Something is rotten in TitsRP, and it's name is Ironfish. He's (in my opinion) why everyone is leaving. He loves demotions and community removals, and for some reason the admins support it. He added a rule without making a changelog then used that rule to justify community removing someone right after. Rubik had to add the changelog after the fact. He also changed a rule while someone's report was up in order to give a staff member a strike, and then demanded the staff member's demotion on the next strike. If that right there doesn't get someone demoted idk what will. He's an icefuse cancer. Mans told me in the call the day before I was demoted that he doesn't view anyone on the staff team as his friend, he views them as subordinates. He'll deny that because it will make him look bad, but anybody that knows me would know that I'm not much of a liar. There's a reason why staff are being demoted and leaving at a crazy rate. Ironfish makes demotion votes at every possible chance. And then all of his followers support it. ^this is a gamenight type beat The only reason I'm saying anything is because I can't count how many people have reached out to me about Ironfish. I can't do nothing about the guy. Anybody that says anything about him or dislikes him seems to be ousted pretty quickly. I guarantee you that if Ironfish was removed from staff, most of the issues brought up here would be squashed. Goatnuts said something about how the smod team seems to run everything, and that is 100% what's happening. See the above picture of 7 different people with fish1 at the end of their name and tell me it ain't walter happening all over again.

02/15/2024 Staff Tips Modified Keep your ban reasons clean professional. No personal comments from yourself or quotes from the banned player is allowed. Any context surrounding the ban is fine. Good example of a ban message: "MNLR | FailRP | Kept interfering in raids as sewer lord". Bad example of a ban message: "ARDM, learn how to aim shitter" RDM Modified Accidental: Verbal warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided. Intentional: Verbal/Warning or a 1 hour -3 day ban. Punishment is at your discretion. Remember, education>punishment. If the player is RDMing for false reasons and is asked to stop (ex: Revolution is over but still killing CP) the ban should result in a Verbal/Warn or a 1 hour - 24-hour ban depending on the player's attitude If the player killed the person for "Revenge RDM" because they are angry they lost then it should result in a warn or 1 hour - 3-day ban depending on the player's attitude and punishment history If the player killed the person for no reason but to just kill them, a 3-day ban should be issued for "No Intention to RP" If the player RDM'd someone and has multiple recent warns(i.e: three RDM warns within 2 weeks) then a 3 day ban can be issued for "IRDM | NITRP" Mass RDM: Intentional or not can default to a one week ban. Use your best judgement here. As a staff member you have final say in punishment, there is no minimum time for any mass ban, if it was an accident you can verbal, or even give a 1 hour ban. (ex: Someone forgets to advert PD raid and kills 3+ players, you can then verbal for fail raiding instead of banning for MRDM) Mass RDM w/ NITRP: Will default up to a one week ban (ex: Someone joins, instantly goes bounty hunter to shoot everyone on the street and LTAP when they are jailed) NLR Modified NLR exists. Consider the risk / loss if someone breaks NLR Single NLR: Verbal or warn. Repeat offender probably deserves a warn. Intentional NLR: NLR involving a raid is more serious and can result in either a warn or 1 hour - 3 day ban. Mass NLR: Intentional NLR or NLR involving a raid is more serious and can result in either a warn or ban. Use your best judgement on this, mass anything can result in a 7 day ban. RDA Modified Accidental: Usually A verbal warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided. In this case usually an apology is all that's needed + a refund if necessary. Intentional: But with a false reason, then a warning or a CP ban should be given. Intentional: With no reason then the ban should result in a warning up to a 6 hour - 3-day ban. Intentionally RDA'ing would result in a punishment of a warning/cp ban, up to a 1 hour - 3 day ban. If the cop arrested someone for being RDMed earlier, the ban should be 6 hour - 24 hours depending on the attitude of the player Verbal/Warn or CP ban the player. If the cop arrested someone due to some personal grudge against the user, the ban should be 6 hour - 24 hours depending on the attitude of the player Warn/1 hour - 3 day ban or 3 hour cp ban. If the cop arrested someone for absolutely no reason, the ban should be 24 hours at a minimum Mass RDA: Intentional or not can lead to one week ban. Acceptable CP Ban lengths: 15-30 minutes - 1 hour - 3 hour - 6 hour. For the six hour ban, use this for serious offenses in which you would rather use a lesser punishment, or have them educated. For example: A cop arrests 7 people but apologizes or has a good attitude in the sit, you can then 6 hour cp ban instead of the normal 7 day MRDA ban. FTC Removed FTC entirely Not listening to a staff member / continues to cause issues / not helping staff resolve their issue 1-day - 3-day ban depending on the player attitude Running away from a sit / not listening 1-day ban - 3-day ban depending on the player attitude Notes: With FTC being removed I would like to remind all the staff reading this changelog that you can include context in ban reasons. The only thing not allowed in ban messages are personal comments. I should've done this around the same time as my pride month post but I neglected to bring attention to another very important month even, which is men's mental health awareness month (also health overall). Just as women struggle with issues of their own kind, men have their own unique struggles relating to mental health and it can be even harder for them to come forward about it due to stigma surrounding the topic and toxic masculinity practices, resulting in many men being completely miserable in their lives, or even going as far as taking their own lives. I feel that in today's society, we especially need to be aware of these things because men are typically and inherently better at hiding certain emotions that are associated with mental pain like depression and anxiety, but this goes further when we bring up higher risk disorders like those relating to psychosis, developmental and neurological disorders like Autism and ADHD, among many, many other common disorders. I want every male identifying person reading this to know that you are seen, you are heard, and do not be afraid to let your struggles be known!

Bank is dead and hasn't ever been in a sweetspot since the original rework imo Problems: Investing takes too long, most people forget about it Raiders take out all the money even if you have insurance Raiding bank happens when there is no banker playing Banker has no incentive to play it other trying to juice the bank to raid it later or for bad xp I think making the bank work around there being a banker actively playing beyond the investments not increasing should be the way to make the whole system more fun and rewarding. My suggestion would be to: Make the % increase exponential again and tune it where a max investment will reach the cap at around 3 hours. Example: 5% every 5 minutes maxes out a 75k investment after about 2 hours 40 minutes. Make investments slowly depreciate while there is no banker playing, scaling with how much money is in the vault. Example: if vault is above 50 mil it will depreciate 20% every hour, between 50-25 mil it will depreciate 5% every hour and at 25 mil it depreciates with a flat 1 mil per hour until drained (numbers can be tweaked, example takes about 2 days to fully drain from a stacked 100 mil bank) Make the bank c4 very heavily nerfed when there is not a banker playing. Make insurance actually work and also make it only protect money up to 100k. also probably make it cost more than 2k. Maybe 10k to mirror 10% of the max money its protecting. Make the banker get a cut from withdraw fees and insurance purchases similar to how mayor gets money from pd console so there is some incentive to play as the banker and get lots of people investing and then withdrawing. this way its also less incentive for the banker to just play it to increase the money for raiders later on I believe that all this would make the entire process of bank money going from putting in money and forgetting about it to someone putting the money in and taking it out when they are done with their play session, unless it got raided during that time and the raiders got the money. I think it would also make it so raiding the bank would be about actually raiding the banker rather than the bank getting a bunch of investment then when the server is in low population hours a raider goes in and takes all the money without contest. If there is no interest from players to be the banker the money will go away like the old bank but instead of it being instantly deleted, people have a chance to take out their money before it is gone forever. With this change it would also be hard to get to a point like the past where the bank is juiced to 100 mil then raided every 2 days because it would require around 300 people to have investments while there has also been a banker consistently online to reach the 100 mil cap of the vault. I think this revamp would reward players with less money while also making it not being easy to amass insane amounts of money for those who can afford to make the large bank raiding c4 at which point a gain of 300k in 3 hours isn't special

Disabilities come in all shapes in sizes, some are invisible and some are visible, some people need accommodations and some do not. They range from from Physical like Muscular Dystrophy, Epilepsy, or paralysis, Developmental like Autism, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, Behavior/Emotional such as ADD or Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or Sensory Impaired such as Deafness or Blindness. This post is dedicated to any disabled TitsRP players. It's not an easy life but one we were born into. Disability or not, we are still human and can still do amazing things.

Some really great points here. What you're saying has been mostly accurate in my experience as well. Here's my take on it: Garry's Mod has changed a lot in the past few years. The culture, playerbase, everything. There is like a 60% greater chance that I'm going to get shot in the face, cussed out, our screamed at while taking a sit. I think staff have been preemptively jailing players to try and reduce the chance of this happening. On one side, you're 100% correct, this does imply guilt before a proper sit has taken place and it does start things off on the wrong foot, however on the flip slide you see less bans being extended for "rdm in a sit" or "failure to comply with a sit" because those things just aren't possible anymore. Also in some circumstances such as Mass RDM you will see staff check logs prior to bringing both parties, so there's a possibility that they have already confirmed the user is at fault and will be banned following the sit. All in all I completely agree with your take on this and I hope that other staff will see this and feel the same way as you do. Staff: Just like ban appeals, the burden is on the staff member to prove that the player is guilty. Let's do everything we can to not imply that the player is in trouble until we have verified it with evidence or logs. Taking sits as Staff On Duty will provide you immunity from being blasted in the face in a sit You can always use the !refund command to give a player their items back if they are killed while in a sit You can freeze players with the Physgun just like you would freeze a prop. JailTPing is pretty obsolete at this point Don't Jail people in public where other players can mess with them or harass them. Always bring them to sitland before jailing

2024 Bird Speed Competition (3/8/2024)-(4/8/2024) Future aviators of TitsRP. Do you want to soar through the sky at blazing speeds for a chance to win a grand prize? Then you have found your place! Starting today I am holding a competition to see who can achieve the fastest time on my course. Only rules are to stay flying the entire run(Exception being If you stop mid-air but regain flight before hitting ground, this is okay). No outside help, and no other shenanigans, if you do something tricky I have final say. What are we competing for? Nothing other than the RARE Hobo Pet. Having found this one myself I wanted a fun way of giving it away rather than a basic lottery. There may be bonus prizes given out to the individual that manages to poop on the most people during their run. The course goes as follows: Starting position on top of the pipe Finish line(must land on concrete): There is no set path you must follow. Simply reach the concrete island from the pipe in as short a time as possible. You are encouraged to find your own path so chart your course before mastering your flying techniques! My personnel time is 51.44 seconds. This was just after a couple runs and should be easily toppled, you may use the path in my run although it may not be the most efficient. To submit your time all you need to do is upload a clip of your run and put it in the replies here. I use the default windows game capture(explaining the video quality) but you can use any software. There is no need to set up a timer like I did as I will be reviewing and timing all of your videos myself. This competition ends on April the 8th(4/8/2024) so start letting your wings out! Flying tips and tricks: If you find it hard to actually lift off the ground try doing it moving backwards! Low on health from falling out of the sky so often? Press R to squawk and regain your health! Side strafing can lead to insane speeds! Be sure to up your dpi if you want to handle those hard turns.

752 Days. 2 years have passed since the addition of the Hobo pet. When I first started this journey I was still in school living with my parents. I went on the server to goof and gaff and played less after leaving staff. When the pet was released I had no intention of fighting against the 1/20,000 odds. I only took the grind seriously after about 200 days of not a single person being able to find it. And for 39 days straight I ravaged through thousands of dumpsters, collecting 10s of thousands of different pieces of trash. Through this time the odds of the Hobo pet decreased incrementally until someone could actually get it. More and more people would hop on the search hoping as well to make history. Little did we all fucking know that it was completely broken and was unobtainable. The first signs of this travesty began with dumpsters not respawning, simply after a few hours or less of grinding them would cause it to break. I messaged Sugar complaining about the halt, Sugar would have to manually spawn them in until he found the problem, so when they stopped respawning I messaged him about, he fixed it, I got back to grinding, repeat. THE day that Sugar resolved the problem, It was found… Zab, a member of the community, was the first to get the Hobo pet. Fair enough, I deserve it. I regretfully slowed down my search without knowledge that it would be fixed. Apparently there was an error when giving the pet to a player causing them to break and stop spawning. This means I should have gotten it at least 9 times over maybe more, but likely not seeing how after it first got found the odds increased to the original 1/20,000. The events leading after were unexpecting as good friend of mine Its Ya Boi Green generously gifted me a Hobo pet, this of course did give me some closure, enough to take a break from the server and get a life. Fast Forward to today and I have no words, except all the ones above this. I found it. The end of my break, probably around a week before getting on again after over a year it started to creep into my mind. Almost a sort of unfinished business, something I needed and wanted to do, I didn’t want all this time spent for nothing and that was enough to motivate me back into shoveling trash from dumpsters and finding it myself. First getting on I quickly realized that 17 Hobo pets have been found in total and the hype is probably dead by now. Even after seeing the battle pass and all the pets that have been added I still wanted to get it myself. And thank God I did, I really thought I’d be spending another month looking. But in just a few days and about 2-3 hours allocated I found it. Coming to the end of this yapping session I want to bring attention to a very important claim that I totally take seriously and want upheld 2 years after being said. TL;DR I found the Hobo pet

hi top dog tene here to give my input on the raiding complaints if u dislike staff members because they are good at the game you should self-reflect on what ur trying to accomplish by saying they should not be staff. staff rank has nothing to do with individual player skill (see users Dev1, shoebill, mild tsunami etc etc for proof). making your complaint about the staff team ''this guy is too good and him and his group raid everyone'' is a hollow point to make, as even if he got demoted (which i assume the complainers want), he will still be raiding everyone and basing with his group. I dont see how any point on terry is valid in this or why it was even mentioned, since theyre complaints on gameplay and not staffing. the complaint about 1 base having all the ents is something we ourselves have acknowledged, and we have literally suggested reducing max numbers of people in a base down to 3 or 4, which FORCES our group to divide and raid eachother, but it seems you guys (the losers) dont want this change. of course the top group with the oldest/best players will have all of the servers entities, just raid our base!!! I have literally made guides on how to raid our base in industrial, and me and terry have both taught the newgen basing group HOW TO RAID and HOW TO DEFEND!! There is no knowledge gap! its pure skill! what is your complaint!! If EVERYONE is losing their entities to us, why doesnt EVERYONE raid us back, since raiding is so OP it should be easy!! solution to ur terry problem is to buff raiding or simply practice/get better. i am at the point of severe and utter confusion. why are comments like these allowed and left unpunished? when i received a 30 day discord ban for "drama mongering" or whatever? please bare in mind, that the person making these comments is of legal age, but making these comments to somebody who IS NOT of legal age. why is the current staff team allowing this? please see this portion of what i had said in my appeal a few days ago and see how relevant it is to this situation: when i made this point (highlighted in green), i had stated that there are worse things said than what ever i had said prior to my ban but its completely overlooked because if it comes from certain people, its funny i really REALLY do not understand how the fuck any of this works anymore. these comments made towards agro were apparently "dealt with" but literally nothing has happened as you can see below: I will be awaiting a 100% logical answer as to why this shit is allowed but speaking freely about something not even on the same fuckin level as this, isnt. yeah i might lose friends from this, but this isnt down to me, this is down to how messed up this whole staff team is.

I know I am personally very thankful for having all my basic needs met- having food and water to sustain me, a bed to sleep in, a roof over my head, clothes on my back, etc. A lot of people in this world do not have these basic needs, and whenever my situation seems to feel really bad, I try to remember these few things and think about how much less I could have in this life. I encourage everybody to do the same today. Also, I hope that if any of our players are Indigenous, that they have a safe and happy Native American Heritage Day!

Hello, I don't want this post to be perceived as drama mongering or stirring up hate for staff etc, this is simply a question and a proposal for change. Recently on the server there have been community removals, and when staff are asked about said removals, they aren't allowed to share the reasoning behind the ban. This isn't how it used to be, after someone was removed from the community the community was informed as to why the person is no longer apart of the community. This was good, it gave people the clearance they needed to not hate staff or constantly nag staff over maybe a friend or someone they know being permanently excluded from the community. Now though, no one is allowed to say the reasonings behind community removals, along with even other staff members not being told the reason for a community removal. This, in my opinion, creates a negative view on the server, as it's almost like they're covering up someone else's bad actions instead of informing the community of the type of person they are/were. Maybe the server doesn't want people going batshit insane with bringing up someone's ban reason, understandable, but the server will still react the same way if someone is community removed, as it is quite a big event - it's not going to stop the freakouts from people when they hear that someone they knew (got on with, hated etc) was community removal'd, and in some cases can actually make situations a lot worse, as people will immediately jump to the conclusion of the person being banned being a terrible person and doing things that are criminal This is where the danger of keeping quiet on this type of stuff comes from, it can either tragically affect someone with false allegations of the worst kind of things, killing any reputation they had or any friendships they had OR The opposite, someone who has actually done something terrible can simply tell anyone who asks them specifically that it was for a completely different reason - and with the staff team not denying or approving any claims, said person can then continue to be malicious on other servers/communities - or even continue (insert word) with their friends from TitsRP as they are completely unaware of the danger that person brings. This seems more like a suggestion than a discussion, but that's because its both: Why are the admin team now not being public with ban reasons? Was there some specific reason? Do the admin team recognise the very likely possibility of these removed people manipulating other community members due to the unknowingness? Will this be changed for future removals? please don't turn this thread into an accusatory thread or anything, it is genuine concern and confusion as to why there is this new vagueness around big bans.

I appreciate posts like this because it reminds us that the community really cares about the the server. In my opinion, there hasn't been a whole lot going on recently. I think the days when we had 60-80 staff members there was a lot more going on that kept people preoccupied and entertained. If anyone wants to see a change in the staff team and has the time, I would encourage you to apply. Being a part of the discussion, present and active in the meetings, and helpful in training new staff members is the best way to affect change. Get your friends together, apply for staff, and work together to build a staff team that you think the community needs and deserves.

July is a big month for all of us, not only is America Day this month, however so is the National Family Reunion Month. We all have at one point taken our family for granted, take some time out of at least one day this month to reach out and let your family know you love them. Our families help us develop into our own unique individual, while also giving us a safe environment where we are loved. We learn to socialize through our families, and at the end of the day when no one else has your back, you know you can always rely on family. Even if you have none, I know for a fact our resident TitsRP Dad, Mr.Hobo will gladly step up to the plate and be that father figure you need. Don't take your family for granted. Instead reach out, reconnect with loved ones. Simple small actions can lead to amazing things in this regard. All throughout your life, from birth to death you will have family. Be it blood and flesh, or something as simple as tied in through marriage. Let us not forget how important these people in our lives are. Especially when times are tough, the world seems to be in chaos, war is breaking out, chaos at every turn. Don't live your life with regret, reach out.

While there isn't a whole lot different from Trial Mod to Mod there's still some differences worth covering so everyone is on the same page about what the responsibilities of a Mod is! Ban Extensions As a Mod you can now extend bans for Tmods and ban people for up to a week, no need to write out extensions for simple MRDM sits anymore! To extend bans for Tmods you can find them in the ULX menu, Under the Bans tab type out the word "extend " and it'll show all the bans that need to be extended. (Make sure you have a space at the end of extend) If you see a ban in there that needs to be extended for more than a week and is about to expire you can extend up to a week then a SMod+ will extend it further! Voting on Trial Moderator Applications Now that you're a Moderator you can finally touch those Trial Mod applications that you previously were not allowed to. When a new application comes in wait at least 24 hours before committing to vote, during this time you can ask additional questions if you feel the answers to the initial questions weren't enough and watch the person in game to get an idea of their attitude and if they're a good fit for the team. We highly encourage everyone to vote on new applications as it gives the SMod team a better idea if someone would be a good fit for our team. Forums Moderating Now that you're a Mod you have more of a presence on the forums and more responsibilities. There's already a fantastic post made about how to moderate the forums which explains in depth about the moderation tools on the forums! It is a little dated so not everything applies anymore but its still a great resource you should read through! Voting on appeals and reports isn't necessary as a mod but it helps with deciding if an appeal gets accepted or denied. You can also accept and deny these ban appeals and reports but only if it was something like a false voteban or with permission from the Smod Team. e.g Johnny got votebanned for "Being cringe lololol". That's pretty clear its a false voteban and if you see it around first then you can accept it and unban the person, otherwise for any other appeals and reports leave the decision of it up the SMods. Refunds As a Mod you can now do refunds! This window can be accessed by doing !refund (name) or using the Refund button on the sit menu. As a Mod you can only refund people your rank and below but you can't refund yourself. The first option provided is used for refunding exact amounts of cash and respawning entities. It would mostly be used for instances where someone may have lost stock in the gun stand or an entity has glitched out of the map and they're unable to purchase a new one. Note your limit of cash to refund is $300k a day. The second option is what you'll be using the most. This is for refunding items lost on death. This is to be used in the case of items being lost due to RDM, not because someone died by their own hands and wants a refund because they lost a gun. All refunds are logged through the discord, if you're caught abusing it you'll be demoted. Being there for the Trial Mods When They Need Help Just as you were asking the moderators for help on things you're now in that position yourself. You've become experienced enough to be promoted to Moderator and the Trial Mods will be coming to you to get help and advice. We are all a team here and don't want you to be ignoring the Trial Mods because you don't want to deal with them, that's part of being a Moderator and apart of the Chain of Command we have in the staff team. And just because you're a mod doesn't mean you're not allowed to ask for help from the SMods anymore, even we SMods need help and we don't expect you guys to know everything! You can also if you wish too sit in and watch trainings of new staff or with SMod supervision train new staff as they get accepted and train new Mods, just send a message in Mod chat in discord when an app is accepted and a SMod will reach out too you! Mod Chat in Discord You now have access to the Mod chat on Discord. It's basically Tmod Help minus the Tmods, if you need help or want to discuss current applications this is the place for it, otherwise send your better memes here, the Tmods don't deserve to see them. Muting them should be your go-to. You are in control of what you can see and hear. If you don't like it, mute it. Hate speech and bullying is not allowed but we generally won't take action on someone unless there is a good pile of evidence (harassment) and or if the conversation is extremely vile. That's not to say we don't care but a lot of things can be solved with a mute. If things are being said in OOC or other global chats, that is a different story. If you have doubts, send a staff member a DM. We'd like to help everyone, but you have to learn to help yourself first. On the flipside, I usually feel sorry for the people doing the bullying. It's rough not growing up in a home where you feel unloved and your under-educated. Usually, it's just a reflection of ignorance and their own struggles. Learn to not take it personal!

During the month of June, it's a great time to remind ourselves that we are all unique in the ways we think, we act, and behave. Just because someone may have different preferences, appearance, or lifestyle, doesn't mean that it is incorrect or wrong. We should be rather supporting these differences, because those differences are what makes us, us. I also want to say I appreciate the LGBTQ+ community as a whole for their strides and efforts, and you for making this post, Hex. Happy Pride Month errybody!
