Hi everyone, as the title suggests I will making this informal post regarding to suicide, if you are someone who does not like reading this topic and/or are triggered by it, I suggest skipping this post and moving on to the next. anyways, I wanted to bring up this topic to bring awareness to a disease that I have called MDD Major Depressive Disorder. MDD is a metal disorder that causes a person to feel extreme and most often suicidal tendencies within depression. Not everyone with depression has MDD. MDD affect only %8.3 of the population, its most common in young women aged 18-25 as well as teenagers and adolescents. 75% of people who are diagnosed with MDD often to do not receive treatment for the disorder. I am one of the 75% who have not received treatment for this disorder. why is this important to know? People who are diagnosed with MDD and/or general depression disorder do not seek treatment and do not talk to their loved ones regarding the condition. 20% of people diagnosed with MDD end their lives due to this condition. That’s 1 in every 3 adults diagnosed. what are symptoms to look for if you believe that a friend or a loved one is affected by MDD? shockingly a lot of people often do not show symptoms, they are their normal selves except for minor things such as not wanting to be social, refusing to talk to people as often, losing motivation for things they love, extreme fatigue and exhaustion. Arguably, you see these symptoms in a lot of people who are not diagnosed with MDD, which is why it’s important to check in on your loved ones often if you believe they might be a victim to depression or MDD. people who are diagnosed with MDD experience symptoms such as persistent sadness often lasting months to years, loss of interest in activities, extreme fatigue (some would categorize this as “bed rotting”), weight changes, And difficulty concentrating, which can be exceptionally difficult for people who are in school. How do you know when someone might commit suicide or is thinking about committing suicide? Funny enough, you will most likely see a random burst of happiness followed by them asking you to hang out with them constantly, buying you items, giving their stuff away, ect... this means they have already thought about suicide and plan on committing suicide soon. If you see someone do this to you randomly, talk to them. Please. in conclusion, please check in on your loved ones, and if you feel like these symptoms may be what you are experiencing, please find help with a therapist or psychiatrist. He's been far more active in the community, in game, and has returned to properly managing the staff team. Cons: Can sometimes be a LITTLE combative with problematic parts of the community (which while fucking hilarious can backfire at times) Overall Rating and Notes: A. The LOA he took combined with more community engagement has done a lot for him quality wise. While he's obviously not 100% flawless he's finally back to being someone who deserves his position and is comfortable performing in it. Vex Pros: Despite being pretty freshly new to the role, Vex has adapted to it practically instantly and has already pushed for some major changes within the team. Vex has a good standing in the community as well, and hasn't had an incident yet to name. Cons: Still euro trash tea drinking disgusting brit I hope someone pours his fuckass leaf juice into another harbor Overall Rating and Notes: S. Vex has hit the ground running following his long overdue promotion and has already had a very positive impact on the team as a whole. Senior Moderators: Tali Pros: Not much else to add from last time. Tali has continuously shown improvement, and while I cant give any particular examples since he's been on Loa, he's still been doing a solid job. Cons: Tali could still probably stand to adamantly stand on business when it comes to higher up decisions. Overall Rating and Notes: A-. Tali is still doing a good job and hasn't had an incident yet to name. Get off LOA, nerd. ChefSoda Pros: Like predicted, Chef was pretty much a No Brainer candidate for SMod. He has good common sense opinions on the forums, is active in both the community and in game, and is a good example of what the mod team should strive for. Cons: The only con I can really name beyond a few mild complaints I've heard about him here and there is simply that he's too new to have made a major impact yet. Overall Rating and Notes: B+. Keep up the good work, settle into the role, and over time you'll start standing out more whilst being able to voice your opinions and stances more effectively. Succ the Zucc Pros: It makes me physically perhaps even violently ill to compliment him. I get cold sweats, my hands shake, and I get sent into violent rages. I've killed 2 coworkers so far just trying to force myself to give it props. They are unrecognizable. Numerous investigations have been launched. I'm currently the target of an international manhunt. My rampage is not over yet. Before I'm caught and summarily sentenced to death, I will kill again. As I type, I am currently in the midst of sawing my own left foot off. Succ has shown significant growth during his time as staff, a common trend pretty much anyone will say if asked how Succ has been performing as of late. He's mellowed out significantly, and to the surprise of myself and many others hasn't been a TERRIBLE smod candidate so far. Cons: The voices won't stop. They're telling me to kill again. Very Jewish. Still smells like feet. Fuck you Overall Ranking and Notes: B. I wear their skin now. It hides me from identification. Blue Shirt Pros: NGL haven't seen the guy since I came back. Solid and safe mod pick Smoking that Bukapak (Bukavac) Pros: Was on LOA for a pretty damn long time, but his sit quality is solid. Understands his tools available and knows how to use them when needed. Down to Earth during his sits, which is always a positive trait. Cons: Some slack is obviously deserved considering he was reviewed after having JUST returned from LOA, but could stand to be a bit more assertive in his sits as to maintain control of them a bit better. Overall Ranking and Notes: B. Outside of his slight issues with sit management, a solid moderator overall. Choom Pros: Has had a MASSIVE glow up since the last tier list. Other members of staff pretty much only have positive things to say about him. Has good community interaction, positive outreach, solid sit quality, and no notable incidents regarding his staffing career. Cons: The only cons I can really think of may just be to maintain a more active forums presence if even that. Overall Ranking and Notes: A-. Future SMod candidate. Fontaine Pros: While seeing Fontaine back is pretty surprising, he so far hasn't been an unwelcome addition to the team. His sit quality is solid if not a bit spotty, and while leniency is important Fontaine can sometimes be a bit TOO lenient (refer to the PD sign incident). Still, by no stretch would I say Fontaine is a bad moderator and has a very positive reputation in the community. Cons: Beyond the fact that he can sometimes be a bit too lenient, having private discords off server can SOMETIMES lead to problems with staff security. Overall Ranking and Notes: B-. Fontaine is absolutely a solid moderator, and what little flaws he has are easily solvable. Would still he careful regarding the new discord server however. StaticCG Pros: Static despite being a pretty fresh mod has had a surprisingly positive impact on the community and the team as a whole. He's received plenty of praise regarding his attitude from his peers, comes off as a pretty easygoing guy, and I haven't heard anything bad from anyone as far as his sit quality goes. Cons: Static has had problems with being subtle at times. Sits can sometimes require watching before acting, which can lead to problems if you skip that in favor of immediately confronting the issue head on. Overall Ranking and Notes: B. The guy absolutely has a kickass attitude I can appreciate, he just needs to work on that one issue. Ego Pros: NGL idk if he's on loa or what but I haven't really seen him do anything yet. I don't really see him in game, on forums, and as far as community interaction goes I've really only ever seen him being negative and engaged in some kind of drama. Cons: Very toxic personality which has not changed even slightly since becoming staff. No issues when he does this as a player, but as a mod it's not a great look. Overall Ranking and Notes: C-. Maybe instead of reapplying when you know the person that's gonna deny you is on LOA, just work to be a better person so they don't have a reason to deny you in the first place? Pibble (Xoxt) Pros: Absolute jitaholic. Is SCARED to base. Good mod though, very solid sit quality, well liked by a majority of the community, loses rdm zone a lot though Cons: Doesn't have a base dupe with anti Thomas capabilities, would advise. Overall Ranking and Notes: B+. Solid mod in pretty much every staff run he's had with only a few issues here and there. Can usually find a balanced middle ground as far as leniency goes, and has a good understanding of the importance of PR when making decisions. Cons: Has a long and common trend of making emotionally weighted or hasty decisions. Infamous examples include telling the entire staff team to not take sits from a group of players, pushing a massive negatively received change regarding how sits should be handled and taken, and inconsistently enforcing guidelines. Overall Rating and Notes: B. While he is the best admin we've had following the resignation, it's not a particularly high bar. Blue also suffers from IRL issues which can impact and hamper him (to no fault of his own). Blue could Overall benefit from taking more time to think decisions and their consequences through, but beyond that does his best with the very limited resources he has. Melancholia Pros: During their last staff run, was considered a quality SMod and showed massive improvement in a short span of time for the role. Has always had good sit quality throughout multiple staff runs, and for the most part does a good job at remaining impartial for what situations they do get themselves involved in. Cons: They were thrusted back into a role they had no time to ease into, then for whatever reason was bumped again into Admin. Melancholia on this staff run very rarely gets involved in situations that demand a higher up's attention, lacks any form of real leadership qualities, has contributed to no meaningful decisions or changes, and for all intents and purposes really feels like a DEI hire meant to fill a slot. Overall Rating and Notes: C-. Mel needs to start embodying the role he was given and start actually contributing to the server and decisions related to it. We've had more than enough inactive admins in the past and present and right now the cycle continues until Mel is more comfortable with the role he was thrusted into. Senior Moderators: Tali Pros: Tali has done a surprisingly good job with his new role, showing huge growth from their decent performance as a moderator. Tali has shown the ability to perform sits well, maintain reliable activity, and stay impartial in a vast majority of situations. Tali also does a good job maintaining good public relationships between the staff team and the community. Cons: Like most of the higher up team, a common trend is lacking some leadership qualities. Could benefit from a bit more backbone with their decisions. Overall Rating and Notes: A-. Tali is pretty much exactly the baseline of how an SMod should act. While he could absolutely benefit from better leadership qualities, he at the very least does lead well by example. No major notes or problems beyond that. Fujiyama Pros: From what very limited info I have since his promotion he hasn't really done anything problematic or bad. Pink Moderator. Cons: I literally have no idea if he's still alive or not Overall Rating and Notes: Wellness Check please Steve the Hare Harrington Pros: Sit quality is pretty much average. No real hangups during their time as an SMod. Maintains solid relationships between staff and the community for the most part. Cons: Still struggles to fully adapt to the role he was rushed into. Makes very safe decisions or avoids interaction with situations that could result in backlash against him. The Nancy larping is also a little weird. Like other SMods, lacks any notable leadership qualities. Overall Ranking and Notes: C. While not "bad" enough worth making any real notes about, Steve after all this time still struggles to come off as an "SMod" versus an above average mod. Steve needs to start actively participating in decisions and demonstrate leadership traits (which he probably could have done had he not been thrust into his position). Vex Pros: One of the few (if not the only) SMods actually able to demonstrate the ability to possess a backbone and act as a leader when needed. Has prior experience as an SMod, and actually worked their way back to the role. Vex has a good sit quality, the ability to remain impartial when needed, and retains good activity, interjecting when higher up attention is needed. Cons: Tea and crumpet devouring fucking euro brit fuck your timezone chud Overall Ranking and Notes: A. Besides being a disgusting euro subhuman Vex has always been in both this run and his last a reliable higher up and is another hallmark for how SMods should carry themselves. Blue Shirt Pros: Honestly a sleeper pick that should have gotten the role a good while back. Too early to judge his abilities as an smod right now, but his abilities and demeanor as a mod were respectable. Remains impartial, solid sit quality, etc etc. Cons: Too early to really speak of any. Tier list rating subject to change Overall Ranking and Notes: B. If he can maintain his qualities as a mod and fit himself into the role as a leader, could EASILY become an A tier SMod. Just needs to avoid common pitfalls such as indecisiveness and emotional decisions a lot of SMods tend to fall into early on. Hidden Chaos Pros: Despite being put into an awkward position following the mass resignation, Hidden has maintained a pretty solid quality as an SMod, and truly did earn himself the position. He has solid sit quality, maintains good communication with the rest of the staff team, and hasn't done anything negative worth noting. Cons: VERY safe decision making process, almost to a fault. Hidden rarely communicates with the community beyond VCs, has a below average forums presence, rarely makes any decisions on his own, nor does he spearhead his own stances when they are required. Overall Ranking and Notes: C+. While again not bad by any metric, Hidden along with many SMods struggle to properly lead when needed. Hidden especially rarely gets involved in a vast majority of situations and struggles to stand out among the other SMods. Could do with a bit more spine. Madx04something Pros: N/A Cons: At his absolute peak last staff run his reputation was "the guy who did absolutely nothing and resigned". Since his return as an emergency DEI hire, he has managed to go from doing absolutely nothing to making exclusively bad decisions. He has already been given a strike for inciting staff to make bad decisions, has a horrible public reputation, has repeatedly demonstrated OBVIOUS biased choices noticed even by other staff members. MadX has done nothing positive for the server at all since being promoted, frequently abuses his position, actively combats members of the community, and should be demoted now that he no longer needs to fill the slot he was brought in to fill. Overall Ranking and Notes: Worse than Hitler. Absolutely no advice needed beyond resignation or being inevitably demoted before that happens. Moderators: Crow Pros: His sits are fast and efficient with little room for criticism. Has a very positive reputation in the community, demonstrates the ability to remain remarkably impartial, and overall not a lot of issues to name. Cons: Could stand to be a bit more active on the forums and be a leader at times for smaller situations. Overall Ranking and Notes: B+. Give him back his T2 bee you greedy Doberman. Future SMod potential. Sleepy post Pros: Haven't seen much of them, but they do have a good reputation from their last view staff runs. Overall pretty much the definition of a solid moderator. Decent sit quality, decent community interaction, decent decentness. Cons: Could HEAVILY benefit from more activity and community interaction. More forums responses wouldn't hurt either. Overall Ranking and Notes: B. Please give this man a wellness check. ChefSoda Pros: Chef has been yet another shocking sleeper pick. The guy has good forums responses, is able to possess a good amount of backbone by expressing and defending his own opinions. I cant say much about their sit quality but the guy is an above average moderator despite a reasonably short run as staff so far. Cons: Honestly? Not much to list here. Could probably do with a bit more leadership to help him make the gap from Mod to SMod, but as of right now he does a solid job. Overall Ranking and Notes: A-. Easily a future SMod candidate. Not a retard (rare mod quality) Choom Pros: Decent enough. As far as being exclusively a mod goes, Choom does a passable enough job. Frequent community interaction, solid enough forums activity (even if the quality isn't all there) Cons: Pretty much the bare minimum of what a mod should be. @Rubikis there any way you can make guns that get removed get reverted to the base gun if they are enchanted. for example i go inactive someone has a enchanted version of my aug cc item which is a sl8 reskin. Its then reverted from my aug reskin into the base sl8 gun. Or is that to much work.

Kilobyte, the person you're portraying as a victim here, ran his own RAT which logged his Discord token to an unencrypted channel with who knows who in it. Some guy in the discord used that token to log into Kilo's account with the intention of exposing his plot to extort random people for cryptocurrency. This is all detailed in private chats between Kilo and others who were involved and that was the reason for the "leak". Saying he was doxxed and targeted for anything other than being a piece of shit for trying to extort innocent people and trying to paint him as a victim is sick. If you weren't so ill informed I would say you should go ahead and retract your entire statement. The exploit which was disclosed to me and patched within minutes has absolutely nothing to do with Kilo or bone. I understand that you're upset but you're drawing conclusions that are simply false. Everyone involved is banned from this community and legal action could be taken as well if necessary. That's what I'm here for and I don't have any reason or initiative to ignore it or take it lightly. Am I going to notify 150,000+ people in Discord that 13 people standing in spawn had their IP addressed collected by some skid? I hardly see how that's going to do anything except create a false sense of urgency and panic. There are a few different ways to gamble on TitsRP. Primarily Coinflip / Jackpot system. What would you guys think if there was a Rock, Paper, Scissors gambling mode added to the game? Fairly simple, win, draw, loss. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to implement or code. Gives the player one of 3 options to pick during gambling. Maybe limit it to one listing so it doesn't bug up your screen and give a timed warning for an accepting challenger. I would say to keep the same option to list as much Darkrp cash or Suga just like coin flipping. Keep in F4 menu under games.

thank you skadop. it's very, very hard to struggle with this disorder without any form of assistance. I did a few weeks of counseling but had to cancel due to price, then had my school do an online therapy for me for free which honestly helped. Just note, the only thing that prevented me from committing suicide was talking to my school counselor on a random tuesday because i knew i needed help. That's all that took for me to get help, thats how genuinely easy it is for me to not make a mistake that could solve a problem permanently rather than temporarily.

Thank you @BeeTeeth,@Plutosmokes, and @Hex_for opening up about having MDD. It's very brave for all three of you to do so and must've not been an easy thing to do to open up about your mental struggles. I'm proud of all three of you.

according to the sanzu, staff abuse, cheating, IRL trading, and rape jokes are equal to leaking the personal info of a member of the community acquired via a RAT. Not acknowledging that the cheating player is directly associated with the group that did this. Before titsrp had the discord guild tag added, it was at 10k members, meaning 140k of the members are only in the server because of the tag being added, so if you ping everyone saying "hey if you logged in to the gmod server your ip was logged" 140k of them + however many of the original 10k are inactive/ alts will not think about it for more than 5 seconds, but for those who WERE actively playing on the server, it would be nice to know that their was potentially a leak of an IP which CAN provide the user with an idea of where you live in the world if they had isolated you to an area where only your IP is logged. Multiple of us have dmed rubik or messaged him in the discord asking about when this would be resolved, and when nothing ever came of it, it was decided the best course of action was to let the community weigh their own thoughts in on it, which has lead, consistently, to a disavowing of what the staff team and rubik himself chose to do, and thanking tene for making this major issue known. If this solution is seemingly so simple, why was this not the course of action to resolve it. I've played on titsrp for nearly a decade and it's gotten to a point where i'm more and more uncomfortable logging in to the server and interacting in the discord by the day because of a couple of power users are allowed to run around and do whatever they want. Any group that is well known to be doxxing and spreading leaked dms acquired by RATing, as well as pulling IPs with an exploit, all while hacking, and repeatedly alting with almost no pushback (banning bill, the chosen scapegoat, who hasn't actively played on the server in over a year, and has been known to make dozens of alts to troll for multiple years at this point isn't actually stopping anything). I've seen you and rubik repeatedly mention how vbov is banned, but why is it never mentioned the fact that he was not banned for pulling IPs, and was never going to be banned, in fact getting PAID for the exploit. His ban, when it did come, was for cheating, which everyone knew was going to come eventually. The ban was blatantly obvious to any player who has been in the loop the past year or 2, as he had been banned for cheating twice before then, was still active in his own cheating/ exploit server (which multiple of the cx members, the admin henchy, and various other players of titsrp are members/ mods of) as well as an active member of tuss cheat client discord. This cult of personality that has sprung up around a group of cheating, doxxing, drama mongering users that have done nothing for the server but make people want to leave for multiple years now is going to slowly erode the server. You may not realize it now, but if this continues people will stop being comfortable being part of the community, much less logging in to the server. For many of us, this is a last ditch effort to get some sort of accountability in the community that we have been a part of since we were children, wishing to not see it become a twisted effigy of the server we've put countless hours, and dollars, in to. For any staff reading this, I implore, before you say this is just the big bad hivemind coming to stir up drama, just take 10 minutes to look at the replies, as well as reactions to the posts. You will see users who would never associate, or even say they like any of us in a million years who all seem to be on the same page, despite our many past issues. As for rubik, anytime me or any other user has tried to message him about any of our issues the response is almost always something about wanting to avoid/ not take part in drama, but ignoring drama isnt avoiding it. When the same players are continuously causing issues on the server it gets to a point where ignoring it is just proliferating it, and anything aside from removing them entirely is accepting it. I wish to see this server continue to thrive until gmod itself is down to its last players, but this can not happen given the current state. As for the claims of drama mongering, this is the last I will speak on this subject in any capacity. It's so painfully obvious this is just an excuse after the fact to justify doxxing, and if Bill and whoever was involved with those people actually thought that behaviour was not acceptable they would have cut off people like sixnut years ago when they were doing those things, like someone like myself did (I had not contact with kilobyte either at the time, in case that is in question). The point I am making is that there is a clear pattern of actions that people within a certain group are doing, and nothing happens after evidence is presented or people just admit things.
