I can understand being annoyed at the concept of PD stairs being KOS, but that is how the law has been used since before NoobSlayer even played on this server. If you think it shouldn't be allowed, you should make a suggestion to have it changed, although given how long it has been allowed for, I don't think it would change. There's honestly no reason to stand on PD stairs or windows unless your goal is to fw them, in which case it makes perfect sense that they should be able to arrest/kill you if it's against the law.

I believe that the second sentence of the rule is a remnant of when the ban appeal category actually had a listed time to wait in between appeals. Nowadays it's really just a matter of staff discretion. It is extremely rare that someone gets punished for this, and the fact that it happened to you is because you made an appeal asking for a ban transfer lol (that is not a thing).

This is an issue with Garry’s Mod. Please switch over to the default branch of gmod for now as it may fix the issue until the x64 build is patched.

None of the things mentioned in this thread are considered raid actions. You would fully be allowed to destroy your ents if you see someone popping a talisman outside, eating food, or putting down deployables. Once you hear c4, redox, holy, lockpick, timebomb, cracker, breaching charge, or something else that damages/affects you or your base is when the raid has begun (or upon trespassing).

February 17th Changelog It seems a past admin team removed the below rule without logging it or having a discussion in admin chat about it. We are unsure of as to who it was that removed it in particular, but we will be adding it back with slight modifications to ensure that both sides are given leeway, and the staff member has enough discretion to decide who's in the right. Added: Thief / Raiding Rules You may not raid a base just to minge/AFK inside and wait out raid timer, base takeovers are not allowed. You will not be warned if you raid a base and you find out they have no entities, but you should leave after finding out.
