Why were you banned or warned?

After being staff for around 6 months and getting smod, I got really burnt out and mentally exhausted from some irl things going on. I had no more intentions on being staff but I kinda just didn't want to resign. So i hopped on with the intent of getting demoted on the server, but not to hurt it at all. I unbanned Sixnut (permad player who never hopped on before getting rebanned) unbanned a random, and made Yoshe* (known player in the community)tmod for a bit. I also unbanned sixnut in the discord, who was around for a bit. After this happened I messaged green and others to get on and demote me. Shortly after my demotion I was perma banned.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

While I definitely messed up, I made sure any abuse I did wouldn't hurt the server. Hurting the server was never my intention, and never will be. I didn't demote any of the staff on who could've demoted me. I message multiple people to hop on and demote me. My ban was reduced in early august but I've been banned for 3 months, which I feel is a reasonable ban length with all things considered. I'm also already permad from being staff again incase any new staff were wondering. (person I unbanned will be unbanned in October) https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/18451-minkys-appeal/#comment-127509 was my original appeal and is mostly coppied into this one with added information. Didn't feel it was necessary to make a brand new appeal.

Wait it out, you were given a time after the perma ban so we feel like you have served a reasonable sentence after the perma ban. -1 from me

I mean I feel the same way as what I replied on your last appeal (+1 for unban) but I'm not sure It really matters since Kdawg already dealt with your previous one and stated "Lowered your ban to 2.5 months. You will be banned permanently from staffing though." I'm not sure if they will be down to lower the length again, or unban you since it seems that is the decision the higher ups have already made.

My brother in christ you are trying to double appeal a ban. You got your deal from the sugar guy, i mean you got 1 month left. I understand the anticipation for sure though. I will mention that in your original appeal i said you should be unbanned on 8/22. Being as how there has been an entire month since then, honestly im gonna go +1 here for a full unban *IF* sugar is willing to. At this point there wont be any difference keeping you banned and you have been non problematic from what ive personally seen.

I don't think a perm ban is nice you did abuse your power as staff when you were so called trusted I am neutral on a reduce of the ban but I would say a reduction to a un ban on 2022-06-23, 7:00 PM would suite best since I don't like staff who abuse powers the only reason i think a year ban is ok is because you promoted a person to t-mod and unbanned a couple players besides that I am +1 for unban on 2022-06-23, @ 7:00 PM EST

Take this with a grain of salt cause I have known minky for years. hes not a bad guy. he is a good community member. he should be allowed back. just notr as staff

HARD +1 ON UNBAN
i think he should be unbanned because he didnt do anything that malicious if he wanted to harm the server he wouldve set everyone to tmod, he only set his friend who he knew wouldn't abuse it and then trolled by banning some people which he knew was easily reversible, i don't think what he did was really all that bad and i don't see what another 30 days is going to teach him

like coba said there was a appeal and it was supposed to be reduced but i still see that you are [perm] banned, also kdawg said it would be reduced "Lowered your ban to 2.5 months. You will be banned permanently from staffing though." this was posted august 14 so an unban on the beginning of NOV would be fine or mid OCT
