I am sorry for being a moron. I've had 2months to think about my actions and I can honestly say I regret it, I don't want to be that person anymore. I knew what I did was against server rules, but I thought it would be funny and decided to go through with it anyway. I understand that actions have consequences, and I understand that what I did could upset many other users, and even posed a threat to crashing the server. After doing this, i began playing on an alt account before serving the original one month ban in its entirety. I am sorry for what I have done, and I wish to ask for a second chance. Getting banned made me realize how much I care about this server and its players, and I will begin to take its rules more seriously to avoid this happening in the future.

Fuel was the one who banned me for the armor packs, jewann banned me for alt.

I'm commenting on here because I originally banned you and it was extended to perma due to alting it. So, the thing is it was general abuse of props and caused extreme serverwide lag that I decided was reason for a perma, then put to a month. When you alted your ban, rubik was the one or jewann was the one whom banned the alt, and staffs decision was on the fence. At this time rubik thought an alt to evade punishments would be a permanent ban on both accounts which makes sense. Doc however was on the side of leading towards no punishment to the main account and the alternate being permad. eventually after further consideration doc changed his policies to appease that and the original gets double their ban and the alt gets a perma. Now, here's the thing. your ban occured before that was put in place so it's treated as if it were a perma ban in which, also a decision permanent bans are now permanent and durational bans will be handed our accordingly as opposed to the 3 month bans disguised as permas the staff used before. so anyway, you wouldve been grantef amnesty naturally by waiting but reasons happened and your appeal was denied. personally, i believe 2 months was reasonable as you alted a 1 month ban that by all means dis not portray you as a bad person, you just make stupid decisions. so here is all i am gonna say. if you want this appeal to get accepted you probably shouldnt do any funny business like telling your friends to +1 your appeal trust me staff will catch wind and it will most likely cause your appeal to be denied. warn me if you must but this isnt a useless post and i am involved. no opinion is being given from my side as i am not staff and have no say in a permanent ban

As Isaac has said in other ban appeals, I think you should find a new community to join and get a fresh started. You have PM’d myself and I’m sure other staff members telling me I should change my -1 to a +1 on OG’s appeal and telling me not to listen to the information given to me by fellow staff members on the server.

Through my entire play through of the server I have not run into any problems with you. But the armor pack situation was very uncalled for. 

For now I feel very neutral about letting you back on the server. I’ll edit this response once I have seen other staff members responses.

 

Edit: From what other staff are saying it seems that you were pretty chill and a good player. They also made the point that you were still interacting with the community as well which I respect 100%. And since we handle Alt bans differently now As of now I see no reason to not 1+ this appeal.

Alright, so as fuel mentioned, had you done this now instead of before, you would not have been perma'd. I do not think you are a user who deserves to stay perma'd. You have a few bans, a good bit of warns sure, and you weren't as quiet about your appeals as you should have been, but I don't think you are a blight to the community. You haven't done anything bad since your last appeal, and one of your problems with your last app was you messaging users who -1'd.

The armor pack situation was silly, but definitely not the end of the world, and definitely not the worst thing someone on the server has done. The alting was a huge forehead moment.

You are still trying to interact with the community while banned, and I respect that. You've kept your act clean since your last appeal.

+1 for a complete unban.

I did not play with you enough in game when you were they but like blue said i always see you still communicating with the community and i respect that 100%

But the few time i played with you in game you were chill

If you are Unbanned you need to behave yourself 

But ima wait for more staff on what they say for now ima go with NEUTRAL

People are going to screech at me for this, but I know you are a good person, and you actually try to have a positive impact on the community. Yeah, you did some really fucking stupid stuff, but I believe you should be able to play on the server again, after all the effort you went through to try to prove that you can be a good member again. +1

His negligence is already what lead to his ban being one month rather than the usual maximum of ~1 day for racism. I wouldn't say it was an attempt to crash the server, since he was not spawning the armor packs with the intent to crash the server. I would say his original ban is fair, and he has already waited longer than the period that he would be unbanned under new guidelines. Ember may be a dumbass, but I don't believe he is toxic or severely malicious. I am +1 for a full unban. I have no reason to believe that this user will create major issues within the community upon returning.

Okay so I'm going to start with you spelling a slur with armor packs. You shouldn't have done it obviously, it was dumb to say the least. You knew what you were doing but, I think after the 2months you would of been banned with the new rules in place I believe with the time served you should be unbanned. You shouldn't have alted in the first place but if we considered this situation with the new rules you would have just gotten the alt banned plus another 1month ban. So I personally believe you've served your time and I +1 for a full unban. I don't think you'll cause problems when you return to the server considering how good you've been lately.

I don't feel like repeating what Jew and Six already said but yeah dont do that stuff. From my experience with you I see you mean well and have learned from your mistakes. +1 for unban
