We're not gonna require people to pull out the dictionary in order to find out whether or not they're breaking the mayors laws on a gmod darkrp server. Makes more RP sense anyway for the mayor to say where to cross. Map crosswalks are not valid areas of crossing as, like nipple said "The crosswalks we have placed" implies you must place crosswalks. Saying "Cross at corners/tunnels is a nice catch all".

I hate to break it to you, but racism in a private discord not on our platforms/somewhere that is private in discord doesn't hurt anybody and isn't something we enforce. There's current and old staff alike who have been racist and even blatantly offensive/mean to other players in other discords. Not gonna name names, but I have seen it happen. Game night isn't part of the problem. Also, since the game night is being moreso considered as an admin held event, we aren't gonna have the bad staff in here anymore. Problem solved, right? I'ld assume it is, considering you have an issue with us being racist in the titsrp discord game night.

I appreciate the effort you invested into making such a well detailed post. But there are a few things I would like to add. I believe that the so called 'cliquing' that you speak of has improved over time, and is something we are trying to work on. I've noticed friend grouping for a while but I mean people will have their friends, I only took issue to it when there were certain behaviors going on that went against my moral value in staffing. As you may know, I take this very seriously and invest my time helping players of the server. With all due respect, there are always areas to improve and I hope that we as a team considering our meetings are getting more frequent will be able to cover and address these issues before they become more severe. I think that the main issue we had, really was not based on any nametag but it was based on the relationships between to parties, in general staff/player conduct has improved but there's been times in the past where (for instance) a sit was called on someone and then a staff member would tell the person the sit was called on that, they got a sit called on them for it and then the user would lash out in OOC and expose someone trying to report someone for breaking the rules. Another issue I have noticed is many staff as a result of not being invested don't really take much mind to how they are making other staff in a team feel. At the very least since we applied to help the server, that should be our main motive rather than any internal affairs/drama they have with other staff. If it has progressed to a degree in which proper communication/ability to work as a team has been affected then we have a real issue on our hands. Make sure, (Like rubik said) to report any staff you suspect of abusing their powers or being biased during sits/staff decisions. I'm not gonna say your claims are baseless because I agree we've had a fair share of issues but it takes proper information in order to address the issues you claim are occuring at face value, but we'll still try our best. Our top priority should always remain helping out the server since that's what we originally applied for. You don't have to be buddy buddy with every other staff member. But you should always try your best to at least be able to work alongside the other staff.

Considering titsRP's economy I think 200 bucks for a hit at minimum is really dumb. It's like 10k - 30k in most movies so maybe upwards of 100k for a hit to make it a commodity and give incentive

Hello, So, fellow users of the DarkRP branch TitsRP, we've really been short on staff lately with school starting up again and there's as a result been a few glaring issues that I and other staff have noticed. 1. The staff we have can't get on as often as they could because they have school work to do/personal lives of their own. 2. The staff who do get on aren't able to take as many sits due to stress/personal issues and having a life (Staff are not expected to take sits 24/7, it's volunteer work) thus creating complaints about sits not being taken when really it's just we need more who take enough sits than one who takes a lot and as a result gets burnt out. 3. The staff who do both are in minimum and grind so hard they also burn themselves out or they just get generally tired. None of these are an issue of the staff personally more than there's way too much stress on our moderation team. There's been a high decrease in our staff team lately with many of our moderators resigning and the few who haven't either being extremely inactive or logging on and holding the fort, which isn't how it should be. A moderator shouldn't be the only one on for hours because they feel inclined to have to watch the server as no other staff are on while Mass RDMers and other players who break rules run rampant to the highest extent.
