So, we are trying to be more transparent as a staff team, and in my opinion, permabanning a player for one comment with no prior warning is excessive, unless the comment presents a threat to a player of the community, or the server itself. As far as I see it, that is not a comment being made here. In addition, the offended user, Skii is alright with your ban being reduced, so I am going to be +1 for reduction to ~3 months. What you said was stupid, but I think we should still follow some escalation of punishments, and I don't believe this transgression was worth the most severe of punishments especially considering you haven't been banned for toxicity in the past. Seriously though, if you do come back, make a concerted effort to watch what you say. All of your words have meaning, and you shouldn't be saying these hurtful things about anyone regardless of the context.

Have never really been a fan of the idea of perma bans, especially for something like this. I believe in giving players second chances. I think you deserve one for going out of your way reaching out and apologizing to people you may have offended with your actions. +1 for unban

After reading through these comments and what Skii said I don't think you should be perma banned. I think what you said was incredibly dumb and shouldn't have been said in the first place with that being said you also didn't say it within TitsRP. I believe if you say something not within the sever you shouldn't be punished for it. I'm going to +1 for reduction but seriously think before you speak and remember that actions have consequences.

I feel like I do have a part in this appeal. I genuinely believe 1 month is a good time frame for the accused. Frisco said something very fucked up. Yes I get that. It was never meant to reach any staff members ears folks. Especially not Skii. I agree that he should be punished for what he said but even 1 month is fucking harsh. Frisco if/when I come back to moderating I expect you to be on your best goddamn behavior.  In your last appeal you said you use toxicity as a defense mechanism.  If you start being nice to people and they start messing with you. Contact us man. All of the staff team is here to prevent that kind of behavior and create a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

However if you go back to your old ways. You will see a different side of me. One thats a lot less trusting and one that'll be pushing for your perma the most. I can either big your biggest supporter or your biggest pain in the ass. So change it up man. I believe in you and I hope others do too.

I've interacted with you a couple of times before the ban and I know you aren't that kind of person from our interactions.
