Jewann Posted January 4, 2022 Share Posted January 4, 2022 Look, I really don't think you would cause any problems as far as toxicity if you were allowed back into the server, and people who have exploited more severely than you have been unbanned, so in that context I am +1 for your unban. However, you have been given many chances in the past, and you knew that your previous ban had the stipulation that if you were banned again, you would be permabanned and you still decided to exploit on an alt. In that context, I do not know if it is fair to say that you deserve to be unbanned. I do not think that you are the entity that needs to be far removed from the server that you once were, but I also cannot say that you undeniably deserve to be allowed back, so I am neutral leaning +1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I put in 250-500mil for his unban and I would like to say that the "dumbass" part in his name definitely makes sense considering what he did. But that being said I'm sure this will get taken down for being "useless" but I was one of the staff members during his ban and I can honestly say for the most part he's changed for the better. He was once just some guy who would join my discord and say the Nword constantly but now I would say he's become more of a "reformed" guy. If this gets taken down at least the staff members will still be able to see it I promise he has changed and I doubt he'll jeopardize his one chance of being back once he gets unbanned. When he did get unbanned he streamed the whole time to show he wasn't toxic and I believe he actually did change. Rubik Posted January 6, 2022 Share Posted January 6, 2022 iirc, the terms of having someone buy your unban was that if you were ever banned again, there would be no opportunity to appeal. This was added in good faith that if you garnered enough support from the community that they would be willing to spend 1 billion dollars on you, that you understand that & have / be willing to change. Edit: I could be wrong about that, here is further clarification on the subject of the 1bil unban. Maybe you are just unable to be unbanned for 1bil after you fuck it up the first time? Who knows.. Minky Posted January 6, 2022 Share Posted January 6, 2022 (edited) A whole year is a extreme amount of time to hopefully mature and evolve from your actions, The only time I ever interacted with you was during your unban in January, and I never really had a bad interaction with you in those few days. You were actually friendly and helped me out multiple times. Your previous bans before the one in January seem to be multiple years ago. Also like Jewann pointed out, multiple other exploiters have been unbanned recently. You also have put in the time and effort of wanting to come back to the server, and if what Sixnut said is true I would be 100% in favor of a +1. But from what other staff have said and pointed out and your history. And the fact that you knew getting banned again would have serious consequences, I am currently Nuetral leaning +1 definitely feel free to contact me on discord to discuss (Minky#1234) After doing a full dive on your ban history and talking to other players about your behavior recently, I'm going to change my status to a full +1. Thought you were initially banned for exploit so that’s my fault. So I see there was an initial ban. And then the community came forward to pay 1b for your unban. But then on an alt account you were caught exploiting. Before your perma ban was considered Doc had gathered pages of evidence and took over a week to compile all of it. Now do I think you deserved a second chance for your original ban? Yeah I mean when you came back you were chill and easy to get along with. The main challenge I'm facing is that during your second chance which was a group of players that paid 1 billion to get you back. You alt and get banned for exploiting. Look man everyone here is saying "oh well we unbanned people recently for exploiting" isn't really grasping why you were originally perma banned. I like you personally I've never really had issues with you in the past. What's holding me back is the number of chances we need to give until we really start holding people accountable.
