The video was a doxxing spongebob video of where he lived. I sent it because i thought he seen it before and thought that it could be funny(not that funny). when gn isaac message me on discord about the ban i tried to wiggle out of the ban somehow but instead of telling the truth i got fully community removed. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? i only ever dm'd the video to him and nothing else, didnt think it was such a big deal at the time but thinking about it now if I got sent a video of my address from a random person I would not be happy. i just want to play the server again Who warned/banned you? Sending someone a video which already exists, and has been spread by others is different from creating that video or spreading it themselves. It could even be considered positive (in this case it probably wasnt intentional, but still might have helped) because it makes them aware that the video exists when other people may have been trying to hide it from beekid. To answer your question, yes. Maybe if he had come to a staff member and said "hey! Someone sent me this video and I think it may be doxxing a fellow titsrp player" then maybe it would have resulted in a different outcome. Do I put the entire blame on bruther? I feel like this is a very strange perspective, I do not know his intentions at the time of sharing and I would venture to say that neither do you. Making an effort to fix an issue that isn't your own is a courtesy, not a requirement to be innocent of involvement. Doxing is spreading the private information of one person with other persons who would otherwise not have access to said information, if he used the information for blackmail or shared it openly with others, yes punishment is applicable, otherwise it should not be. Sharing someone's own information with them doesn't extrapolate the information beyond the confines of where it inherently belongs. I have also personally been threatened to be doxxed with malicious intent. -1 from me for now dude, sorry. Bruther I know you only did this because you thought it was funny but that joke ended between you and whoever sent you the gif. While I generally would agree with shit like MassRDM and stuff. The thing to do when you see people doxing someone is to report it when you see it. It's one thing to not report MassRDM or even alting to a degree it's another when you see doxing someone. If you wanted to let him know it exists and who you got it from and actually help the team and the one who was doxed it's different than just putting it in his face and contributing to a now larger problem. Like doxxing could lead to swating and in some cases even murder of the dude doxed. I'm -1. Its wayyyyyyy too soon for me.
