Hi please feel free to use https://txtformat.com/ or even chatgpt to format your terrible paragraphs so its easier to read. I understand it would take you more than 20 minutes of your time to format this correctly and felt it appropriate to put this here.3 points

Regarding Sugar, there are many things that contributed to him leaving. While a member's action might have been the boiling point, it wasn't the entire reason. Sugar had done this for nearly a decade. Back then, there was practically no headadmins and admin at the time had no power (like promoting/demoting) so there was no one doing all that but Sugar. That's why you see these ranks have so much power now because it gave him more freedom to do what he loved, which is to code. Sugar did all of this for that long, and once he had his fun, it was time to go and do other stuff. I don't know if he will ever be back, but I'm sure he would be welcomed with open arms, but after everything that's happened, highly unlikely. Speaking of which, Rubik wasn't some chosen demi-god coder like Sugar. That's simply because Sugar's IRL job and passion was coding while Rubik didn't. However, when Sugar had left the first time, Rubik stepped up to the plate and kept the server running by paying off its bills and took the time to learn all he could about GLua until Sugar came back. Now that Sugar is gone, along with the other devs, Rubik is all we have. I for one also support more content for the server. Fresh new content is what I imagine we all would like to see. What I see in this post however is mostly bashing Rubik, while trying to poorly disguise a suggestion for more content which is not right imo. He literally posted a giant changelog this morning with server-breaking bugs/exploits patched. Back to custom content though, yes, I agree with you that we should add new CUSTOM content. As far as performance, the only issue is when you start adding a shit ton of crammy addons into it. This server's content is mostly custom and well optimized, and not to mention we compress all of our shit, so we can definitely fit more stuff into this server. This topic is something to discuss further as a community, and while your concerns are understood, don't go and bash Rubik, especially if you don't know the entire story.2 points

I think it's common sense to agree on this, it stinks when a game you love has updates you don't agree with. How else is content going to improve? However, I believe it's a fair balance of taking in critique and keeping to the original plot of the server. Creating content with a passion is all I'm asking, which should also be common sense. I'd personally play content pushed out created with love then something created to appeal masses (pet boxes I'm looking at you). Like where's the 2025 memes? Maxwell went hard, server needs like Tralalero Tralalala or a fight where a buncha players fight 1 gorilla. That would fix it. (sarcasm pls don't downvote)1 point

What are the actual content updates you want made? I will agree that there hasnt been super huge content changes and instead smaller tweaks/additions, and I do very much want boss fights (grr) but I think it is due to the idea going from making 1 really big change every few months to tons of smaller changes and additions instead. It also is due to Rubik being 1 person who also works a job and is busy with irl things. Hiring devs I believe rubik has explained before is something that is alot easier said than done if you're aiming for actual good developers that know how to make stuff specific to this server that wont pillage optimisation (what titsrp tries to prioritise) and server-performance, along with the actual quality of the stuff produced typically needing to be fixed anyways by rubik (or sugar at the time). If you look at the suggestions in discord, they are mostly small change suggestions, and I think there is probably more 'value' in doing several small suggestions vs 1 somewhat big suggestion that not everyone cares about. Example: The mafia leader update was actually hyped, then upon being released no one cared to actually use that job or roleplay it unless they were brand new or needed to for a quest. Making new huge updates and balancing it around already existing systems is difficult when trying to not completely outshine any/be better than other systems (ie a new thing that makes more money than basing, or a new item system that changes raiding and basing, or a new job that then has to be tweaked via rules to not be aids and loopholeable + the exploits that come with new things) The server has fuck tons of content, its just people have poured months of playtime into it which with any game will get boring eventually. When you think of all the systems we actually have on the server, new additions that are worth sinking tons of time into for everyone/majority of people to enjoy is difficult with the added risk of just months of development time being wasted on a thing no one cares about. This is probably why it is preferred to do battlepasses instead as its something for everyone, even the people who claim to hate bps do them. I do want more major content changes, but if they just flop then it seems like just a waste of time. Boss fights, trash tradeup thing, changes to fishing system, more advanced crafting, cool jobs ie magic man, full event rework, weather system that modifies jobs or mechanics/day to day gameplay element that changes things rarely also there are constantly new bugs popping up that need fixing, along with server stuff, crash methods, bugfixes with any small changes/additions made etc +1 to bring back big content updates if possible though without it causing burnout.1 point
