Extreme Toxicity Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I've been banned for over 2 months now, and wow. I did not think I would be writing this appeal so soon. A few days ago I really took the time to think about my behavior in game and in hindsight, wow I was an asshole I'll just say it. Nobody deserved to be treated the way I treated them. It can be really hard to remember on the other side of the screen there is an actual person I'm saying these things to. I recently turned 17 years old and I don't mean to sound like its the whole "I'm a big boy now thing," but I'm realizing how pointless and meaningless it is to insult others when the only outcome of doing so is making players feel like they dont belong here. I would like to apologize to Succ The Zucc, he was the main victim of my toxicity if he would unblock me from discord, I would really like to talk it out with him, and see if we can rework our relationship. Other than that, I really just want another chance. In the past 4 years, I only had around 5 valid bans to my name. There has been a player in the past by name of "GoshImTripping," and he had around 20 recorded bans to his name, and had been unbanned from around 4 permanent bans, this player is one of those players that literally the whole server hated, ban after ban, he would always receive a lot of chances to explain himself, and to give direct apologies, meanwhile, I'm sitting here with little amounts of bans to my name, and am defenseless to my banning. When I was permanently banned, I had no knowledge on it, I found out 2 days later after my banning that I had been banned as friends have been PM'ing me regarding my ban, I had moved to another house for 2-3 weeks due to real life events, and prior those 2-3 weeks, I received my ban with out any knowledge. In any way, shape or form, was I able to defend my self prior my banning. I was told by the server owners that they have received screenshots regarding me being Toxic, I was never shown the screenshots, nor know who reached out to the owners regarding me, which lead to my banning. By the time of my ban, no reports have been up on the forums that I know of. The only faith I have on appealing, is the fact that the player "GoshImtripping" has been permanently banned multiple times and has also received a lot of chances, not only that, but 2 years ago, there was an extremely toxic player, that instead of getting a perma ban, he received a 1 month ban due to " court " being held in game. All I'm asking for is one last chance to prove that I can change. Who warned/banned you? Doc Mcstubbins How long were you warned or banned for? Sixnut Posted August 21, 2020 Share Posted August 21, 2020 After reading this appeal I can see how sincere you are in your apology and how you've tried to change to improve yourself. It's been 2months since your ban and it looks like you have improved and realized that you have to take responsibility for your actions. I want you to have another chance in this community and I hope others think so as well I think everyone deserves to try and better themselves. For those reasons I'm going to +1 for unban. Rugrat Posted August 21, 2020 Share Posted August 21, 2020 (edited) I know toxicity is really frowned upon in the titsrp community and punishments for toxic behavior can be justified. But I think Everyone deserves a fair amount of time, and a fair chance to improve their behavior. It’s clear after reading this appeal that you have used this time off to really reflect on your actions and genuinely change for the better. I really don’t like to see such active members of the community be permanently banned over mistakes or behavior that can be corrected and learned from. I know you care about this community otherwise you wouldn’t even bother making this appeal. I hope everyone will be glad to see your change of mentality in this appeal. You played at the limit of the rules as much as you possibly could. We lost 2 nearly 3 staff because of you. So much time was spent dealing with complaints from other players on you. As much as I’d like to give you a second chance. You made us go through so much shit man. Really. It’s too soon for me. Feel free to message me on discord if you wanna clear the air. Mori Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 I feel like 2 months is a good amount of time to reform, I mean lets be honest you have had 2 full months to rethink about what you did. You never alted (to what we know) and has not tried to cause any more problems after your ban. In my opinion I don't see an issue with you being unbanned but if you continue to be toxic you will most likely be perma'd anyway so at most if you do cause to be toxic again you won't last long.
