I will +1 this, but I can assure you that if you get unbanned, and I have a single sit on you for any sort of harassment. It's back to being banned. I think all of us staff should give him his last and final chance with a big probation period. Don't fuck up man i'm trusting you with this +1  As for all the -1's I strongly urge you to +1 this and give him a shot with a lot of constraint on his part. We can treat him as we treated Goshimtrippin without a million chances. Give him his final shot.  If it's accepted I think it should entail is the EXACT same way we treated goshimtrippin. You have had so many chances already and I'm sure you made the same claim for those appeals, saying you'll change, it's different, I'm different now, it was x amount of months ago, blah blah. The fact is that you still have been perm'd so many times already and if these appeals just keep getting approved, it's sending the wrong message that after a few months they will be welcomed back.
