Minutes after i got unbanned I got rebanned

 

and this is the appeal that got accepted 2 years later -

In the past  4 years, 23 warns, 2 permanent bans including this one, and about 3 other valid bans.... I've seen worst than this coming from players that have only been playing for months.

I don't think he's necessarily covering them up. Those bans were already appealed, and dealt with. He is only appealing his current ban, not ones that are no longer active. If information from them is relevant to his current ban, it may be discussed, but I don't think failure to mention previous bans is done maliciously/to be misleading.

Just because you arn't the worst player in the history of the server doesn't mean you deserve an unban.

I never really had a problem with you, you weren't necessarily toxic to me but I can't speak for the whole rest of the server. I will give this a +1 because I can see how you have changed, the old OG wouldn't have put this much thought and effort into an appeal. I really hope you have changed for the better and hope you can be a functioning member of the TitsRP community.

When you're trying to get a 3rd chance out of a perma, I think it's common courtesy to include that you already had a second chance.

After additional consideration, and viewing both sides of the argument, as well as your actions in this thread, I don't think you have proved yourself to be reformed, or have the capability to be a good member of the community, as least not now. Maybe down the line it might change, but for now, I am going to downvote this appeal, giving you a -1

Same old same old as before. When I look at your responses to all -1's and all negative critiques people have instead of accepting you're gonna get a lot of backlash as a person of the community who was perma banned for toxicity and was toxic at the time, I don't know if I am still gonna be willing to give you as much of a chance. You've still got a lot of growing up to do, I believe everyone can change and I thought you were ready but your responses to these -1s trying to change peoples opinions instead of like I said, accepting or realizing that what you've did will not exactly be a factor that will make people want to forgive you.

 

Also what zek said is a factor if this is your 4th perma ban you should be coming clean on all past bans as opposed to just hoping we don't look back in the past. It's not our fault for not checking you should've included it in your appeal considering this is a permanent ban appeal and from what i noticed a removal from community but maybe not? Banned on all platforms, and I personally think through some re calling that you have not became reformed at all. I expect all the flak in the world here but oh have the tables turned. I am not sure anymore about you but from what i've seen I can agree to an extent that the requirements, you are just not following.

 

As much as someone who wants to come back should follow. Regardless, this is your appeal. I can tell that even if your appeal wasn't truthful some effort good or badly directed was put in it. I know many people want you to come back but your behavior in this appeal and what i've noticed recently and forgot until I looked back doesn't show me anything good. Regardless of how reformed you've become, 2 months is not any time to prove yourself. If you can fake it for a year then I doubt that you would be sincere within the period of 2 months of the fact you won't come back to be toxic/break server rules and end up getting yourself perma'd again.

 

Your history with loopholing rules in appeals and major disagreements with anyone who doesn't agree with your opinions shows me narcissism and a lack of maturity. Try this on for size. If somebody doesn't agree with you, then just accept it. You can't expect everyone to agree with you, even the people that usually do. This is a video game and you have had a history of making the game miserable for many people. I won't say I was a victim of your harrassment per se but many staff were, and although you ARE friendly sometimes I don't think that you're ready to come back as I already stated. 

 

I'ld be willing for you to appeal in a while you've still got some things to look on. Your response to this message in general should give me the idea as to how you will think of people disagreeing with you. Even your evidence/proof at the bottom of your appeal shows me something. Take a look at this.

Regardless of the pretenses of your ban if you don't realize how toxic you were and how many users you lead to leave the server, I don't think you're reformed in the slightest. Regardless of what guidelines were broke everyone agreed that you were extremely toxic to users of the server and made it unpleasant to play on. Regardless of the flak I will get to this post I don't think you're ready man. I think you are trying to pull the big boy card, but it isn't working.

Yeah, the bans are 3 years old, but still relevant. They show how you’ve behaved in the past and so does this ban. If you’ve been permabanned before, unbanned and are now permabanned again, I don’t think you should be coming back so soon.

we know this. but it’s not a great idea to leave out the fact that it’s your second permaban.

 

I was neutral in my original response, but now that i know this I’m gonna have to go with a -1 and give you some more time to reflect on this ban. Also, make an attempt to prove yourself while you’re gone, by making up / talking to the people who you’ve messed with in the past.

He asks for a final chance, not a second chance, which shows he has made mistakes in the past, and every staff member who's opinion is relevant here knows his history, so I don't think he has to explicitly state all of his past bans in this appeal.
