In almost all cases yes unless someone gives you a playermodel. There is a way to get access to more models though supporter which you can buy on the store above or work hard in-game to prestige a few times to get a month of supporter. Thats not true man. Under your terms which you were told explicitly during your 1 billion dollar unban was that any ban over 3 days would increase back to a permanent ban. Not to mention that any exploit ban is typically permanent with Superadmins making any appeal decisions. Lying won't get you anywhere

I can absolutely see your frustration when it seems like our staff team feels like lemurs when replying on ban appeals. (Specifically OG Bot) The main issue with me personally is that he was told specifically when he was unbanned with 1 billion darkrp cash that if he was banned for anything again he would remain permanently banned with 0 chance at appeal. Myself personally I find it difficult to fully +1 the appeal when he knew he was thin ice to being gone forever. Whereas the other side of me believes he wasn't as bad as some of our toxic players in the past so he could be a good dude now. I feel like this is a great topic to bring up in a staff meeting and figure out how we can do better as a whole.

Like honestly take a look at what kind of server this is. We literally have a class where you're a bird shitting on people's heads for money. In my time of being staff verbal warnings were given out at a way more frequent rate than actual warns especially when they were new players. We do have an adverse set of rules compared to other RP servers. Things change and just because I don't like the enforcement style of rules nowadays doesn't mean it's necessarily wrong. I can say with 100% confidence that our player numbers have dropped drastically. Whether that's due to the more frequent bans or just Garry's Mod not being as popular anymore it is an issue and I personally think it should be addressed to the current staff team.

I can absolutely agree that the fundamental teach over punish is pretty much gone with our new staff team. They are very quick to warn and call it good. That doesn't mean that people are handing out warns for no reason. If you broke a rule you can expect to be punished for it. With this newer staff team though I do see little to no teaching they resort to the highest degree of punishment when possible. Take for example NLR I have maybe 1 or two mass NLR bans on my history and a few bans for NLR + LTAP. I usually resorted to a warn for NLR even if it was mass for new players. Now if the player knew what they were doing depending on their attitude I would ban them 1-3 days Its not very common for staff to be outwardly bias.

Played first ever in 2018 was an smod prior. I have 0 warns in-game. Stop being a dipshit and you won't get warned. In all seriousness usually if you're respectful in sits and admit when your wrong staff will leave you with a verbal.
