the staff have voted and they dont agree with me because the staff have never interacted with you outside of a vc where u speak all nicely and say ''yeah theres actually no evidence'' (its all in staff chats and its not saved because there was a decision to make it so u cannot appeal). 

if the new strat is just waiting for a new staff team to takeover and then saying there is no evidence because they had no reason to keep it (since u were voted to never be allowed back) then i think it is GG for a lot of 2020 permas..

admins r seemingly hiding the evidence (theyre the only ones available to view it rn since its all in chats and nothing was saved BECAUSE U ARENT MEANT TO APPEAL LOL)

i do not like you nor do i think you should come back. the staff who are unbanning you are unbanning you without looking at the whole situation (because it is for some reason deleted). the staff who originally banned you had all of the evidence. i think until the evidence is recovered so staff can make an actual review of your ban u should not be unbanned.

edit: idk what i said that was toxic, but for u to consider that reply toxic i think you can make the conclusion why you were perma'd with ur attitude/things u said/behaviour

If literally everyone hates you being here. To the point where very respected players AND the shitters you know don't want you here. You probably shouldn't be allowed to come back. I was willing to hear you out in the appeals you put up while I was staff. But we decided that you're just not welcomed here and still shows you're not wanted back...like ever. -1 from a community standpoint.

I don't really want to go through this every 6 months, not to mention you being banned from multiple servers and them saying the same things makes me believe that you shouldn't be welcomed back. Comments from the community are mostly AGAINST you returning, which would be saying something. You were denied from the previous ban appeal, and giving you another chance is a no-go.

Okay, lets set the record straight. 

During my time as a staff member, who also reached Admin Rank when Haze was around (he went by a different name beforehand that I cannot recall, probably due to scrubbing his steam profile.), my fellow admins were Succ The Zucc, Tass, Booper Scooper, and multiple others, all witnessed Haze Of Dream cause anarchy on the server. This player would call sits over the MOST MUNDANE things, in attempt to get said player he reported banned. Many players during this time would personally DM me wondering as to why this guy was still around. Only because he skirted the rules. This guy was such an atrocity to the wellbeing of the server that many players did not play due to his behavior. Naturally, this caught up with him and the COMMUNITY held a vote to remove this player. I passed the ban against him, which I believe was removed by Succ The Zucc when he gained staff again and promptly reinstated afterwards. The server's discord is in outcry due to this appeal. Many shady things are happening behind the scenes as we speak. I'm going to screenshot this reply incase it gets removed due to some unsavory choices. If this player is to be reintroduced to the community, I believe we will see the staff team be overloaded with drama and eventually reevaluate his ban. 

I stand on no side except for the community's side. 

If the community truly thinks that this person should be allowed back, so be it. 
But be warned of the past actions of this user.

Found out this dude was the cause of the smod rebellion back in the day rofl. I don't think this dude is that bad tbh but idk.

I always thought you had a terrible attitude and only logged on to create issues. Multiple admins have said you should not and/or cannot appeal and rejoin the community. 
 

Some community removals are repairable and deserve an opportunity to change their removal. This is not one of them. They got it right with your community removal and your replies in this thread show the surface of what’s to come if you were to be unbanned.
