Prop Exploit Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Basically what happened: - Got kidnapped as Mayor - Maybe 30 secs in I got bored because kidnapper didn't give the box - Start fiddling around with Mayor menu, and eventually manage to spawn a lawboard - I spawn like 4 or 5 lawboards on top of each other; it's all stuck - I start trying to move a lawboard forward so its not just stuck inside my cell and so the kidnapper/s get annoyed with it - I move around the cell, passing through some no-collided walls (which I later found out was because of me trying to move the lawboards around) - Lawboards are still stuck, and past a certain point/angle, I can no longer physgun the lawboard that I pushed forward - I crouch down trying to get it with my physgun, because it's still inside the cell and I want it to get out onto the corridor where the kidnappers walk through - Eventually, I crouched forward and passed through the wall entirely I fully admit to prop-minging (or spamming, which Jason called it). I didn't mean to prop exploit. If the clip that Jason has goes long enough to show the end, you'll see that I pause and just stand still, making no attempts at escaping or punching/fighting my kidnapper, because I was surprised that the wall got no-collided. It just happened by coincidence, and I had no intention of prop exploiting to escape. Who warned/banned you? Jason Bourne How long were you warned or banned for? If you ever come back to the server in the future don't do these things that you know will get you in trouble, it just isnt worth it. As well as if you knew about how to do that then #1 this isnt the first time and you knew what u were doing, or #2 you didnt care -1 Considering I have read the other replies and such, yes this should not be a permaban, a 2w would be more sufficient. We've had people get less sentences for worse like sit exploiting with props to get into bases to raid and they get a month. TRMaze Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 I personally wouldn’t say this is perm bannable, from the video it does seem like you were just fucking around and not intentionally trying to fade the props. I’d be happy for a reduction to 2 weeks to a month because you definitely did prop minge and eventually found a way out through “exploited” ways. toosii Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 (edited) +1 for ban reduction While was you did was def against the rules, it wasn't like a super serious exploit that gives you a huge gameplay advantage. You do have 2 previous exploit bans but those are pretty old (2018.) Overall I think a perma ban is pretty harsh for this situation. Since this is now your third exploit related ban please do not do it again if you get unbanned, because next time your appeal may not be accepted.
