The story, alright so from my knowledge this ban was because of 3 incidents, Incident 1 - In General Chat I pinged Doge Skeletor and said something refering to something he said in Shoutbox about a player Binary Chimp, they were saying that a single RDM didn't matter. I said in gen chat while i was mod the following. https://gyazo.com/03a86e38fbe59fd125df90a35dcb9225. For this I was demoted to Tmod for my toxicity. Incident 2 - The report, https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/17152-report/ . This report I think was moved to mods/admin only for personal reasons but the staff can view and learn the context on that as I don't think I should say the info in this ban appeal. That report's punishment got me fully demoted . Incident 3 - The anon message, I sent this message in anon. 21:23:04 Player Silver (Silver) said /anon make sure to never give Binary a chance to report you they will! (trans karen).

Now that you understand the ful context of my 3 month I don't want a full unban I just want a reduction I feel a 3 month was really harsh saying that I got full demoted on top of it. The sit that I was presented with before getting banned was 3 different staff members bringing me and telling me im getting banned and the terms of being discussed. I'm fine with being perma'd if I do some toxic shit again but I wish to be there for the gambling update and to host a secret santa like I did last year. I get what I did was not allowed and wrong and incident 2 was really low even for me which is why I wish this to be reduced to 1-2 months including time spent banned. I will be able to answer questions if needed. I will refrain from being toxic and stick to myself if I'm allowed back I just wish to enjoy the gambling update, and if im not allowed back in time for Christmas someone host a secret santa that shit was fun last year, and again I apologize for my toxic behaviors and promise that they will come to a stop once unbanned.

  In my opinion the things that you did shouldn't have happened considering you have been on the server for a long ass time and know the rules. If you want to say that 3 months is harsh, what about the stuff you did?? that's also harsh you know.

as of right now regarding the situation is that you know what you did the first time so you kept doing other things you shouldn't have done and you know better. As a Staff member (before) you are held up with a higher standard. Have a little respect for people man, the stuff you did is nowhere near funny to anyone,  For now I'm a -1

I've seen on you on this server long enough to know this won't be the last time this happens and it definitely isn't the first time either. You soiled a reputation for staff members and you soiled your reputation for yourself. Nothing that you did is funny or innocent in any way. The only people that get joy from the shit you've said to or about these people are the same people who are also banned and being weeded out of this community. I think 3 months is lenient as hell and you should serve that time entirely. Using your demotion as leverage to try and reduce your ban is super annoying because you obviously didn't care about being staff and being in a position to support this server because you used it as a platform to shit on people.

 

Being allowed to be here for any updates the server goes through is a privilege and not a reason to be let off loosely. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Now welcome to the waiting game.

At first i was really baffled to see you getting banned for anon-ing "make sure to never give Binary a chance to report you they will! (trans karen)", but now i understand why you got banned, you are an old player with a lot of time in the server, you should know what you can or cannot do, if someone feels offended that you have called him the f word, you should say sorry, as i said again, you are an old player, you have years of experience on this server, and even if the rules and staff team had changed, you should've adapted to those changes.

after talking with the smod+ team while the terms of the ban were still being discussed i saw how close a permanent was for the continued toxicity. RAY RAY said a lot of what i was going to so i wont repeat it. in my opinion if a removal was that close to happening i dont think a reduction is on the table just because you wish to be in the sever when a new update happens. Wait out the ban time and when you are able to return try out the new update then

Even players who are not staff who have seen the ban appeal know how toxic you are in game. You have even made some of them almost quit the server entirely. You have constantly been hanging by a thread for your actions and now something has been done about it. Your attitude in game is just terrible half the time. I dont believe that just because rhe new update will drop that that should be the reason you are allowed back. I am going to say -1 for the appeal.

Listen silver we go way back bro. I genuinely Care for you as a friend bro. I would hate to see you permanently removed from the server, you been here for a minute bro and made lots of memory and met a lot of good people. I've seen you be a good player and a great staff member. Other might say that's false but I stand by that and always will. You genuinely do care for the community and maybe if you start showing that silver again others will see what I seen. You are one of the few actual friends I made on this server. So when I tell you this bro I'm just being real with you. 

 

 

That doesn't mean I will let you act out or cause issues with the community. If you continue to go in this direction you will just get banned and soon removed. You have been here for a min bro you know the game. When you get unbanned come back with a fresh start and just chill out.
