Why were you banned or warned?

Something I said had been taken out of context and this is all just a big misunderstanding. 18:14:00 Player Tuss ( ) said // THEY HAD TO CENSOR PEDO BECAUSE THEY CANT CONTROL THEIR OWNER SERVER. That sentence probably makes absolutely no sense to anyone and that is because I typed it out while dying of laughter. I practically slammed keys together to try to make a sentence. What I meant by that sentence was "They had to censor pedo on the forums because they can't moderate their own server." (I was informed by Rubik that it is not censored because they cannot moderate the forums.) The owner part was a complete mistype and was never meant to be taken as me calling Sugar a pedo. The entire context behind the situation is that someone brought up that the word pedophile was censored in the MOTD in Sugar's coding stream. I don't know why I found this so funny, but at the time I did and I just mashed a shit ton of keys together to make a sentence. I thought nothing even of it because it was 30-45 minutes later that I was brought into a sit and was told I was going to be warned. It then escalated to a permanent ban. This is all just a giant misunderstanding.

I was the one who was told to pull the trigger on you but I.. I- I couldn’t... Saiah had to do it for me... I honestly believe you because that entire time I was listening to sugar’s stream and he did talk about that and he even laughed about it aswell. 
 

In my mind that’s why I thought it was a misunderstanding. The wording on your “comment” was a little bit hard to understand since one side sounded like you calling him a p*** but then the other side also sounds like you making fun of him for that which I understood because I was also listening his stream too. 
 

And that’s the reason I couldn’t ban you... I honestly don’t think i should even put my answer but here we go...

 

I know tuss has a pretty big record with his warns and all that but this... this shouldn’t be the way he goes out... his wording on the message was extremely weird and I can see how it can be interpreted another way without context. Please just try to look at it another way before you come to a decision. Because honestly I also think this a misunderstanding, I know I’m the one who brought it up to the staff team but I don’t think it was the best idea too. Not because I don’t think you guys don’t know what your doing but because you guys didn’t know some of the more hidden context. Tuss I don’t want you gone like this man... I know you can be a problem but like I said this shouldn’t be the way you go. You should still have a few more bright times ahead of you on the server

This does sound like a misunderstanding, but oftentimes you've done things like straight up ignore the rules, even when a mod is telling you them. I advise you be more careful, and to try to read the motd when you get on the server as well. I think you should be unbanned though, but don't do something like this again, or it can end up badly for you. +1

Since all the other guys have stated their sides and brought up good points I'm neutral leaning towards +1 for unban/reduced sentence from what evidence is given I belive it may have been a misunderstanding.

See, as someone with more monkey brain than human brain, I can get where you are coming from tuss, 100%, but, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SAY WE CANT CONTROL OUR SERVER SO WE HAD TO CENSOR THAT WORD???

Why would you even let something like that slip out of your mouth, period? You have been on thin ice for a LONG time now, and you have consistently pushed buttons to fuck with staff and to fuck with players. Just stop dude, literally just stop. Stop being a toxic curmudgeon, stop trying to push buttons and be edgy, just enjoy your time on the server, because if you keep up this personality, and these ways you have, you will just be on borrowed time.

Yeah man, this really just seems like a misunderstanding. The remark to walter was a very bad thing to say but as a result you were banned from discord and otherwise given consequences so there's no reason to keep the punishment for that. +1 

blue brought up good points too, i'ld refrain from making statements like that even if the accusations weren't your intentions as it comes off trashy. Best of luck

I can see how your statement can be taken out of context, It's an easy mistake to make, however, you have been a member for many years on this server, you know the drama, and what caused us to become so wary of pedophilic accusations and remarks. What you said to Walter that warranted a discord ban was extremely unneeded, and wasn't even close to being funny. Due to the statement you made to Walter, along with your previous bans, and warns, some of which include attempting to crash the server and Client-side LUA execution I am going to -1 your appeal, because of your previous behavior.

Although your comments are disrespectful as hell towards the staff that work so hard to keep this server running for you, I think the only victim here is yourself.
