Until any proof of actual bad shit happening this part of the ban should have never been given out in the first place. Not only that but that's if the shit that was said was true. I have evidence I PERSONALLY sent to Rubik that shows that Ironfish sat there and waited to give this info or screenshots or whatever you want to call it to Hobo and whoever else spread the info in the first place. If anyone deserves the ban its Ironfish for withholding the evidence and letting it stay there as long as it did without telling anyone or he needs to get community removed for falsifying evidence about someone that led to a perma ban/community removal. As for the Staff Abuse and Doxxing that's to be discussed but having @Tene(Yes Ima call your ass out) post the shit with Spektor is just fucked up. And coconut is still yet to tell people himself what actually happened that day in his words, and instead is just saying he wishes he did it different. Wishing you did something different does not exempt you from punishment, and him strangely avoiding retelling his story of that incident suggests that he (like I said) does not and did not actually care but just wants to be unbanned. Maybe because if he writes everything down parts can be disproven by those with actual knowledge, or maybe because if he’s in a vc when he does it he can sound upset to garner sympathy, either way him avoiding telling the actual events that led to him doxxing and defending a doxxer from punishment is not a good look. All because you couldn't take accountability. You also from what I've heard are one of the sole contributors of lying about my demotion and spreading fake shit saying that I was demoted because I had e-sex in my head admin VC with Spektor. When you know damn well that never happened. You of all people know that I was demoted because I called Spektor a whore to your face because she was fucking around with multiple other people while you were trying to get with her. Instead of realizing what was happening you ran to her and told her everything I said which pissed off Hobo dad and multiple others and had them threaten to resign over it. I'm not saying what I did was right. It wasn't and that's not how I should've handled the situation. I shouldn't even have gotten myself involved. I deserved this demotion 100% I'm going to guess you tried to save face because you didn't want to be seen as the guy who helped cheat on what was his best friend (Hobo Dad) that's probably why he hates you to this day. Honestly as do I. Besides all that bullshit I don't really care if they bring you back into the server because at this point everyone knows who you actually are. You've been a snake for a long time and it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that you were caught doing shady shit again. Do you have anything to supply that helps give the player-base an idea of who I am Gerbs from your point of view? When we worked together to the very end, I was nothing but truthful to you. I always had respect for you, even the day you were demoted for Drama. You were one of the best admins I’ve had a pleasure of working with. We played a few games after your demotion, but then we didn’t talk so I assumed you moved on. You then went on to titsrp gen and the forums to cause drama on multiple occasions (posted about Spektor on irrelevant posts, getting the community involved in past drama they had nothing to do with). If you would have just come to me and talked to me about any of this, I would have shown you anything you needed to or attempted my best to figure out the issues. I’m no snake in the grass, and if you feel the community needs to see these screenshots, and they are relevant, post them here! The secrecy won’t help progress anything. Like I said in the original post I really don't care if they let you back into the server. I also do want the community to see what kind of person you actually were.
