If they disagreed there is staff chats for that, and number 2 the text screens should have been deleted the second the sit was made. Stirring drama. The dude participated in doxxing and you guys are saying Free Sixnut. Like all this does is invalidates the dude it happened to. Shouldn't have happened to begin with. The arguments trying to justify the reason one staff member being demoted for this then why you shouldn't get any punishment whatsoever for it is stupid. "Bri doesn't really have the cleanest staff record ever..." I don't care. This isn't too different it's the same shit just not as harsh. Not only that but the community views staff differently from TMod to Mod from Mod to SMod and so on. We're supposed to look at you as the ones that know the rules more than Mods and if Mods are calling you out for dumb shit then it makes you look bad and even the team as a whole. Guest Posted April 12, 2022 Share Posted April 12, 2022 I have to agree with Succ, i have never seen smods being that unprofessional in this server, the textboxes should've been removed the second the sit was called, it doesnt matter if only one person reported it, a report is a report, if someone has an issue with it they have the right to complain about it and your duty is to fix it. not only that, you were all stirring drama, which is something people get banned for. You are supposed to be the best in the staff team, mods look up on you because smod is literally a higher rank, isn't it humilliating that a tmod can be more mature and professional that the literal bosses of the staff team? +1 for all member involved being punished Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The punishment more than likely should be a talking to about it but it is up to admin to decide on the actions taken in this. Staff members especially smods should not be involved in support the behavior (putting around free sixnut signs while aware of the situation ) around fountain . Bad choices +1 for punishment . Insulting the victim is pretty different from saying free sixnut or free whatever player did something. These signs have always been allowed, and I wrongly assumed all signs were from players rather than staff. You were the only person reporting this, and because of how many times this has been allowed in the past I ignored your sit. Nobody is saying to you “we’re gonna make everyone disable textscreens” we’re telling you that nobody else reported and that if more people did the signs would have been dealt with. Next time Smelly, I will make sure I properly go to you or any other player that reports and look at the extent of the spam, and which players own the signs. This report is overall petty, and this will be my last response. Anyone who thinks I put signs down, I am only in this report for denying the sit. And that they participated even when a sit was made to ask for the removal of said signs. The issue with asking them to make it so signs aren't shown is that the game is almost unplayable without signs. From raiding to seeing RP bases that are selling shit. Furthermore bringing up OG in this is stupid. 2 wrongs don't make it right and this was done how long ago?? Not only that but was the reason he was banned nearly as bad as doxing someone? OG is the only other example of a community removed user who people said 'free og' and spammed signs for (not including North), and it was perfectly allowed then, so I'm not sure why it is any different now, there are no rules about it, nothing brought up etc, only bad thing is that it was 1 staff member's sign, Kilobyte didn't do anything wrong because he just ignored a sit which was called for something which is fine that only 1 person was having an issue with. Merhaculous had the textscreen up (allowed but probably not the best look) for around 15 minutes. Also, you yourself said that you quit the server for 2 years because of the whole OG situation, whereas Beekid, who has been doxxed multiple times, still plays, so really the second question is up to your own belief, but as it stands there were no rules broken, only a semi-bad look for 15 minutes which *1* person cared about. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
