Why were you banned or warned?

I alted on an account and got banned, once I was banned I logged onto my main account "Noiz" which is technically alting to avoid punishment so I got banned on my main account as well.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I have been playing this server for a long time on and off, I have donated a lot of money because I believed it was the best darkrp and I still think so. I was very stupid, I knew that if I logged into my main account I would end up being banned all I had to do was wait 3 days or something. I know I can be toxic sometimes but I feel I never take it too far and at the end of the day I really just want to help people play the server better so they can enjoy. A big part of why I love this server so much is the building and the raiding, I have heard that more people are building and basing compared to before I got banned, I want to help these guys build better bases and have some goofy fun with all the people I have met on this server over the years. I don't even want to play to fight with people, I mainly just want to build and you can ask anyone who knows me that is how I spend like 60% of my time when I played. I have broken many rules over the years and I truly apologize, this time around if I get unbanned I want to help newer players as best as I can (mainly with building) instead of just being someone who plays to kill people. I love this server and community, always will no matter what decision is made for my appeal. I'm just asking for another chance to be apart of this community. Thank you

Noiz, i was only here a short while whilst you were here, we never had any bad incidents and just seemed like you just hopped onto chill, i think it's been a goodwhile and ever since that you've been gone, if you alt you'll be permad rule has been removed, it's now double your original ban and the alt is permad, i don't see any problem with you coming back, i wish the best of luck to you.  +1.

I'm not sure on my answer for this fully yet.
I see you hit 35 warnings and probably had way more with multiple MRDM bans
x2 MRDM. Alting many times, IRDMx2 and x1, with hacking/exploiting perma ban which looks like you appealed,

I feel like people can change and that's why im on the edge with this.
+1 until more replies come through because it's been since April 2021 but if you get let back in, it'll most likely be couple mistakes and you're out type of deal. (imo)

I believe noiz is a good community member, despite the record. Most players find him toxic but let's be real here. They are just mad cause Noiz is better then them. What you have done is IMO something pretty minor. Just don't do it again. Much love,

I never got to play with you that much but i haven't heard anything bad from you aside you getting permad for alting, and that was a while ago, in this appeal it shows that you are sorry for what you did and i think we can all agree it was pretty stupid what you got banned for, if you waited 3 days you wouldn't be doing a ban appeal right now.

You were a fun person to talk to / play with !  I can’t name a bad interaction with you and tbf your original perma ban was dumb !  While you shouldn’t have made multiple alts while banned, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t come back to the community !  +1

Now, looking at your bans I almost want to +1 because of the alt situation. I understand the new alt rule and I do believe in second chances. But I personally feel it’s just too many bans to allow an unban. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. -1

Your original ban reason is not even that bad and isn't even perma bannable today. I think what some of the staff team dislike is how many alts you made, but from the way I see it you didn't do it with malicious intent, you did it because you wanted to play on the server. If you truly wanted to damage the community you would've atleast hid your identity, instead of just naming your alts after your main account. I played with you for a long time while you were here, and you were honestly a fun guy to play/chill out with, I can't remember a single time where you were toxic to someone for no reason (atleast while I was there), but I do remember seeing your name in chat helping out people in OOC if they needed it. You were a good member of the community and seeing as your ban reason isn't something like cheating, exploiting etc I'm not sure what the risk is of having you back.

Alting back then was a perma on the main unfortunately. People may disagree and say "if he alted when it was a perma it should stay a perma" but I personally don't agree with that. The punishment for alting now is doubling the ban and you alted on a 3 day rdm ban. Adding up all your alts and doubling for each alt you've been on, I think you've still served more time than the total of all of that combined.

+1 for unban, or at least a ban reduction.
