I was banned for going rogue as I did "!admintellall peace out niggers" as well as no clipping into jack johnson's base and calling him an hard r as well. After that I attempted a chargeback via paypal which was unsuccessful. As well as alting X 2. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I understand that my ban is completely legit and if that is your judgement on this I 100% respect your opinion. Around the time this all happened I was thinking pretty unclear and overall like a dumbass considering all the things I had done. So I don't have any actual reasonable answer on why I should be unbanned other than that I have seen the error in what I did and it will absolutely never happen again! The chargeback attempt was simply the dumbest thing I could've done as its illegal and counts to the same charge as fraud, I know that this doesn't make up for the fact that I attempted the chargeback in the first place I have since paid what I tried to take in damages over the attempted chargeback and again I apologize very dearly to the super admin team for the trouble I caused with that. There is no excuse with me trying to circumvent a perma ban by alting twice like I did, again I have nothing but my sincerest apologies to the staff team again for trying to play around the ban. I also wanted to point out that I regret lying to the (then) smod Dan Mcstubins when he had asked me personally if I was alting into which I lied and said I wasn't. As a player before my ban I had never cause any trouble in the server with no warns or a single ban (besides this one) I as well never had a single accepted report on myself as smod. Like I said in the beginning of this appeal I understand swift judgment that the ban is valid but I just want to add that this sort of behavior is not me anymore and that I have grown over the recent months. I promise I will not cause anymore trouble within the Titsrp community if I am ever given a chance to return to it. Thank you to Doc, Rubik and Sugar for allowing me to appeal this ban and to all those that have taken their time to read it. Who warned/banned you? You were given staff because you were trusted, then you decided to throw that trust in the trash and go rogue as a staff member. Then you tried to chargeback, which is obviously bad. You seem to regret what you've done, but im still gonna -1 this. Altough, if you do get unbanned, you'll probally be banned from being a staff member again. I am glad what you realize what you did was wrong and you own up to it, but we need good people in the community. He did apologize to me, and told me how he wanted to right a wrong. He did a lot of stupid shit, but if anyone can get redemption, then I believe Mumper should too. People will probably tell me how stupid and how much of a hypocrite I am, but he's actively trying to redeem himself. I would give him a chance. Rubik Posted May 22, 2021 Share Posted May 22, 2021 Abusing the staff tools to break the rules & the way you abused the trust of your fellow staff is really disappointing. I do appreciate you returning the money that you charged back, but that does not change anything on our end. Every time someone charges back, it negatively affects the seller's standing with PayPal. As the seller I am charged double or even triple fees on every transaction once I have reached a certain number of chargebacks in a year. Additionally, when you charge back I also must pay $20 per chargeback.. so you returning the money is a nice gesture, but I might as well have taken the money and burn it, then flush the ash down the toilet. I'm going to give my opinion on this like the other staff, but in no way should my response be treated as the final say so. I am personally -1 for an unban due to the abuse of staff tools and breach of trust, but that could be resolved by simply banning you from ever having access to them and any private / privileged Discord channels again (basically you would be banned from ever being staff again), so I am neutral.
