Why were you banned or warned?

NLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Lack of evidence, the only evidence is a 7-second video of me in the sewers master swording

Who warned/banned you?

Lean

How long were you warned or banned for?

Warn

Bupis called the sit on me, Sloth accepted it. I then requested another staff member because Sloth and Bupis were basing together in the base that I died raiding before the alleged NLR. Lean was then brought to continue the sit. He presented the evidence below and used this as grounds to warn me for NLR.  I believe that this evidence shows next to nothing, other than me being in the sewer. I did not interact with the base, any of its inhabitants, or anyone else.

Im going to start out on this by giving the reasoning for giving the warn and why I thought this was nlr. So in the video you see him in the tunnel coming out of it kinda looking towards the raid but then quickly flicking up and leaving. in this amount of time as one of his raid members were still alive and near the base the raid was concluded not over. He couldve commed in his discord in this time and told the last alive member the position of the people outside and how many. In my own opinion if the raid is not 100% over you should not look or even go near the base until it is fully over. There were plenty of other ways to go to wherever he was going other than the lower sewer to the upper to leave. But as I gave the warn I knew he was gonna make a appeal as he told me he was going to. So id love to see the staff teams input on this.

Im not sure how I would give 30 seconds of evidence before if i started recording when i saw him come into sewer. I can provide 30 seconds after that had happened even though it would provide nothing because it just shows me roaming around sewer.

Yeah I am +1 for a warn removal as well, what he did isn't really warn worthy at all, he could've simply been going through sewers to go up the ladder in the upper areas. He did nothing to disturb raiders  / base owners at all either. I still believe this is nlr though, and you shouldn't being doing this type of stuff.

+1 for a removal and a firm reminder to avoid going near a base you died in from a raid if possible. I just dont think jump swepping on a bridge somewhat near the base you died in warrants a warn entirely.
