Oh shit, I posted something. I would have to agree that TitsRP has gotten boring over a while. With Sugar gone, updates will take very long to get out considering the current Owners aren't being taught how to add custom content, but I would say that they will learn eventually, just not now. People kept treating Sugar like a robot. I get some of that since he was only able to access console and such but people just kept going on and on. Sugar has said many times that all he wanted to do is code for the server. And he's really good at that. That's the reason you see Admin and Head Admin have a LOT of power / authority. They fill in for that side of the staff / server, while Sugar codes for the server. Of course, you have to think. Sugar has been doing this for years. 4 years of developing / working on the server. And at some points, he had to deal with extremely unnecessary drama. It was just getting repetitive. Every time a new drama thing happened it was just another round of trying to deal with something that shouldn't have even happened. Each time stuff like drama happened I could see Sugar was losing interest in the server. Updates became slower and he became more quiet. Meetings didn't happen too often, thus, people couldn't really get their suggestions out. (Even though a meeting is mainly going into updates and just some stupid suggestions like: LOWER THE PROP LIMIT) Jobs on the other hand are the core. Well, sort of. CCs have taken over the server and that's the main reason why people still play. Being able to grind for money to get your CC to the top, or gang, or something else. That's one of the reasons why I stayed on the server. Sure, I didn't do THAT much, I mainly staffed, but I did like the progression state. Being able to grind for something is what I like to do. Some people may disagree on me on that though, but frankly I don't give a BIG RAT'S ASS Though I have lost my interest in actually playing on the server, I still wouldn't want anything bad to happen to it. The application itself was entirely made to get players to THINK about them. You have to use your mind (well, mainly for the Expert Questions, but the normal scenarios too I suppose). Perhaps boiling down to a well-rounded application is the best thing to do. Ex: Removing not really necessary questions, create questions that go down to the core of the server's staff, etc. Even though this wasn't entirely a suggestion, just my thought about it. "Make it only 3 questions long, remove scenarios, give everyone staff!!!"

Aside from going inactive so many times only but to play Toontown (just kidding), you were a great staff member on this server. Hard to believe it's already been a year, but you managed to go from user to admin in a very short scale and I do know it was well deserved. Sad to see you go, but it's understandable. If you ever do decide to come back to staff, just ask. Adios bud.

There comes a time where you are promoted up into the staffing team. When this happens, new powers are given to you and it is your responsibility to mature up into your newly given role and the powers that come with the said role. So, here is a simple little guideline on what you will be receiving upon getting a staff rank. Note: The Head Administrator role will not be included due to the fact that there is not really that much of change from admin. However, in some cases you will need a Head Administrator to decide on something that will affect the server and staffing team. Admin Welcome to the administration team! You have taken the time to mature into your senior moderator position and have excelled into finally becoming "one of the few". When you are granted admin, you are the anchor of the community. It is your duties to make decisions that will most definitely affect the server and you must communicate with your staff members to make sure said decision is appropriate. Upon receiving Admin, you will be granted these powers: Adduser/AdduserID power: VIP, Trial Moderator, Moderator, Senior Moderator (this also includes removeuser/removeuserid) Ban length: Permanent Accept/Deny Staff Applications and Senior Moderator Applications Add/Remove/Change rules of the server Host Server Meetings / Staff Meetings Accept/Deny Ban Appeals Accept/Deny Reports (staff reports included - tmod reports to smod reports) Blacklist props/Whitelist props Have full discord moderator powers + admin powers (create channels, set roles/create or remove roles), etc Vote on T-Mods Watch over T-Mods/Mods/S-Mods Full Administrative Powers on forums Removing Reputation in-game Access to admin related discord channels (text, VC) Much more not listed Decide on tmod promotion Senior Moderator Welcome to the senior moderation team! Especially don't touch important forums stuff (unless they have a valid reason such as responding to a ban appeal of some they banned) A T-Mods main focus as a T-Mod is taking sits and helping the general player-base. They'll get noticed and eventually get a promotion if they follow these rules, remain active, and prove their helpfulness. :D If they are a T-Mod who was previously a moderator, they still must abide by what T-Mods can do, not what Mods can do.

In your second paragraph, I noticed what you said about Walter and I. The thing is, I don't really understand where you're coming from. Sure, you got the information from another source but I can tell you that's not what we are doing. Walter and I both make sure to gather enough information to make the appropriate decision when it comes to either sits, discussions for server wide things, etc. Most of the things that were discussed are personal and private so I will not go into further detail about the situation that happened yesterday, but please know that we're not lashing out at players / staff members for not agreeing with our opinions and decisions on topics.
