Reasons why you are reporting: Staff Abuse/Misconduct, Intentional Loopholing of Rules

Staff Abuse/Misconduct: Slick was Mayor and ordered an arrest of SkrtSkrt for Micspamming, almost immediately followed by gagging them for it, making up their own definition of what they believes should be allowed, as they argued in OOC chat attempting to differentiate Micspam and Earrape, which to many people is the same thing, despite the MOTD allowing any job to micspam according to Misc Rules Section, which does not distinguish or define Micspam and Earrape as separate, nor disallowing either.

Intentional Loopholing of Rules: Right after the previously mentioned incident, Slick Mass Fired everyone in the CPD for "Law #4", which was something along the lines of "You must have the Mayor's Permission to be a CP", immediately before committing stop living, which implies that they only did it for the sole purpose to annoy other people and interfere with a mass amount of players' RP Experience, including my own, despite me working for them the entire time to manage the CPD and report noncompliant, abusive, and incompetent CPs, which is a good indicator that I had their permission because they did fire all the CPs I had reported for proper RP reasons beforehand. Slick did this intentionally, despite knowing that the rule had just changed that day, claiming that it is not defined well enough and has potential for abuse, such as the abuse they demonstrated. I questioned Slick's choice of being the one to abuse said definition, to no reply.

This looks quite poor for Slick. Micspamming is micspamming, regardless of what is being played. No where in MOTD does it say earrape is not allowed and this has never been an issue in my 10 months of staff. And firing someone for not asking to be CP is a dumb reason. Use common sense instead of saying "its worded poorly". 

 

Suitable RP reasons to fire CP-

Reports of them being corrupt(taking a bribe or watching them let someone commit a crime)

Not following the Mayor's orders

Literally doing nothing

AFK would be acceptable if you wish to free up a slot. But please make sure they are actually AFK and didn't go to bathroom or grab a snack.

Letting people out of jail for no reason

 

Non suitable reasons to fire CP-

I don't like you

Just use common sense please.

Why didn't you report this when it happened? Where is your evidence?

I never warn twice. I delete the first warn because I made a typo.

 

As for the gag, I've seen other staff gag before for just being an ass and earraping over mic (Walter, Rigbe maybe). I apologize if what I did was wrong.

 

If you're gonna complain about my reason for firing people for not being on an approved list, then you also have to punish Knifu for doing basically the same thing 30m before I did

So slick I don’t hate you man I think your a good person.

 

But I have had encounters with you before  jumping and using your powers for not needed ways.

 

This is kinda similar with me. So when I first became smod I was doing bad I was not showing that 

 

I wanted smod and doing dumb stuff. I heard that you have had other situation with you doing dumb stuff.

 

And admins have talked to you and you still have done some questionable things .

 

What I think that would be best is a demote but this is a kind of demote that 

 

You need to reflect on and see how your acting and to take a break and learn from this and see if that helps .

 

Because when I got demoted yes I was mad but it was. The right thing 

 

Cuz I learned from my mistakes and I’m better. I think that you need this take some time . And come back in a month 

 

 

And re apply if you still want to be staff
