You know, I'm quite tired being told that I don't behave correctly, and stuff like that. I've witnesses multiple members of the staff team behave in a way of which just isn't acceptable really. I was in the supernova discord, and I constantly got spammed by staff members. Saying things like they were going to ban me for "lagging the server", and claiming I was doing things to do the server and trying to make it seem like I was doing things. The things they had been saying could've put me at risk of actually being banned, but they decided to continue their dangerous game of telling others that I was doing things to the server. Yeah, sure it may have been a "joke", yet this went on for a good couple minutes in chat and they continued to go out on me. Gumbowl, you aren't staff material if you think that you can claim someone did something without evidence. "man im tmod i don't need evidence". I am also fascinated that you thought you could break NLR to kill a bounty hunter after they killed you. I don't like how you act like the victim in this thread and seem to think you are 100% innocent and never did anything wrong, and thought you were staff material. You have broken many rules as a Tmod, and I am glad that you're not able to be back on the staff team. I wouldn't want to have to deal with someone who thought they could claim someone did a crime/broke rule without any evidence whatsoever. Personally, I don't think he deserves a chance to become staff again after I heard about him insulting someone for making sits without grammar and ignoring the persons sits completely.

Gum, your attitude towards players is VERY toxic, and you bash into people often. An example of this is when you blatantly ignored sits from a specific person and made fun of them and their grammar. I don't disagree with the staff team that you're the worst t-mod they've ever seen. I mean I was a pretty bad tmod, I only lasted 1 day due to my warns being found out and getting reported for a mistake I made, but you are beyond how bad I was. I also don't know how you could've forgotten a report that got you DEMOTED. To top that all off, you lied in your moderator application and claimed your inactive, and even lied to players in game about why you were demoted to make yourself look good. You claimed "I did nothing wrong, I was just inactive". And even though you're very toxic, it's sad to see a player leave our server. Goodbye, Gumbowl.

hecko, everyone. So, I have a suggestion to change the terrorist mechanics and such. I think it should be made so Non-CP can't kill terrorists while they are on a terror attack UNTIL the terrorist is allowed to kill Non-CP. Which everyone sees in chat, so it'd be easy for people to nice. If this was implemented, it would make terrorist attacks actually relevant and meaningful, compared to the terrorist attacks that are ended swiftly by people flying with masterswords and spraying down terrorists in the beginning.

Isaac, I have re-read the motd, but the case with the NLR incident was just that I wasn't even paying attention or thinking about if what I was doing was NLR because i was so absorbed in my farm and getting back to it to get our stuff back. I do apologize for the incident, and will indeed change for the better. I have also been semi-regularly reading the motd and checking for rule updates as well. An incident like this will NOT happen again. And Bone, I will change. I will not be like skillpoint, I am doing this because it's for my own good.

Some of you guys, including you people on the staff team might think of me as sort of a minge that is a bit toxic. I have heard people tell me about how I should change, and I am willing to change. I do not want to impact anyone's game experience by being too harsh or slightly bending the rules. Today, I got a warn for nlr, and I argued that it wasn't, even though it TECHNICALLY was. I would still like to become a staff member soon, and I'm going to change to better myself and to stop any possible situations where my somewhat toxic character might go overboard. I hope my warn won't hinder my chances of reapplying soon, and I apologize to those who I have annoyed when making sits about the littlest things and always saying in ooc "can someone take my sit please", and things like that. I am the new Touka.

Peanut, I couldn't make a reply to n7fury's appeal on the forum due to it being closed. I was unfortunately asleep during the time of its production, and I wish I could've replied to him. His actions do call for a 7 day ban, but hearing that he was new may call for a shortening of the punishment period.
