If you go by the book, yes, this warn is valid, however there have been many times I have based in public or on the skywalk not as a hobo and no one has had an issue with it because I'm not disturbing anyone. 

I do agree and I personally also think maybe the rule should be changed then so we don't keep having this problem

All I did was follow the staff guidelines and The rules. They are saying the warn is false bc ironfish said it was allowed in a forums post, But in the same forums post he also said if someone calls a sit on the person skybasing it becomes a issue. Their whole argument for why this warn is invalid crumbles with this...

Someone did have a issue with it which is why they were in a sit to begin with. I didn't just bring them to a sit for no reason.

So it’s allowed until reported, at that point we should ask them to remove it or become the proper job and if they refused then go from there. She seems like she didn’t refuse to delete the dupe so me and others don’t see why a warn was needed. Considering she wasn’t breaking a rule until the report and she even said she would delete it, and legit wasn’t hurting anyone at all with this,

Someone did have a issue with it which is why they were in a sit to begin with. I didn't just bring them to a sit for no reason.

 

I told you I had prior consent from an admin in the video and you said "he's not admin so it doesn't matter". You didn't initially say what you are saying now. Sure you mentioned the reported part but you didn't connect that to what Ironfish said at all. If you remembered what IronFish said why was "he's not admin so it doesn't matter" all you said?

 

What harm did my base cause Tene? Can you or him give me a solid answer on this? Because at this point it seems like you just wanted to get me specifically in trouble considering someone else was doing it across the street and was left alone by Tene. Please answer this so I can get a better understanding of where I hurt Tene or diminished his RP experience.

 

I immediately became compliant and was willing to fix what ever problem tene had with my base. 

I have 1 NLR warn from December and according to you one verbal from months ago about failrp.

I'm a regular player, not a serial rule breaker,  and I follow the rules.

 

Why did you feel it was necessary to warn me? Not only that but with the knowledge that I thought it was ok based on what another staff that out ranked you told me that YOU saw?

If you watch the video you don't even look at my warn history for 10 seconds before deciding to give me a warn.

You also cut me off anytime I tried to explain something. Quite rude tbh.

Just because someone isnt staff anymore does not mean what they have implemented isnt happening anymore, we have nothing that says that. Also Kdawg is still owner he is on a break from what i know.

1. He isn't admin right? So im not going to go by his word. I'm going to go by what the motd says.. Even if i did go by what he said, you would still be in the wrong.

2. That is a tene question i can't answer why he had a issue with the base. I just followed what the motd says and what the punishment guidelines are.

3. You got a warn since you already had a verbal for failrp for this exact situation- sky basing as non-preacher.

4. I warned you because like I already said you have a verbal for this exact thing. Why would I give you another verbal?? You have already been talked to about this.

5. I could care less about warning you in particular. I just got on took the first sit that popped up for me, which happened to be made by tene and he was reporting you.

As always the reason the rule was added and enforced is because no one wants 900 ccs permanently building on the streets, on every rooftop and the sky. You are not exempt just because "bro i was just chilling tho".

2. Isn't the 'why' behind the warn important? Shouldn't you be more well informed before making decisions?

3, 4, 5 - Could an admin or super admin please look at what sits Terrry has taken recently. how many involve his friends directly and without?

I mention this because of all the footage I have gotten since the 30th of March, all video evidence shows you only taking sits for your friends while other staff take majority of other sits.

I would not be making this claim if I did not have video proof.

 

The reason I bring this up is because I call bullshit on how much you actually care about the rules or even enforcing them if it's not to defend your friends or fuck with others.

 

You can't be this "Oh I was just being a good mod and going by the motd" and "I sit in a corner of my base and ignore sits I don't care about"

 

You CANNOT be both.

 

Unless something important is said, I will no longer respond and let the admins make their decision.

The sit ticket was petty, theres no denying that. This couldve been resolved by letting Lexi become preacher. Do I think the warn was invalid? No, you still broke the rule, but if it were me there wouldnt be a warn. terrry decided it was worth it to warn you, as there has been a previous incident surrounding this issue. Neutral on warn removal but I would be open to be persuaded as we’re here to have fun, not have a fit over someone building a public base, notably, as there was another dupe across from Lexi, which seemed to go unnoticed. there should be an update to the motd for this rule in particular. Along with looking over that rule, we should review the MOTD, finding what’s relevant and whats not and what needs rewording. I find it highly unnecessary to go this far to appeal a warn that is valid. Like others have said, staff should be the only ones replying at this point in the appeal.
