A few things, I'll post my full log file as I was the one who had banned unkcle funkler (STEAM_0:0:530522513).

 

 

I was the one who originally banned unkcle funkler. He was mass RDMing as a Bounty Hunter, of which I was spectating. And during my spectating, I noticed a few things. I noticed him repeatedly exiting through back exit of spawn, towards the beach, and then just getting gunned down. And this repeated. Almost constantly. By none other than you. Within in an instant, you'd kill him as he came out the tunnel, from your perch on top of the tunnel leading towards the ocean beaches.

 

There were a few kills where from the log standpoint and my own spectator view, you were the initiator every time, as I read here:

Of course, he was banned for MRDM, because in my logs you can see he was quite busy killing a large amount of people. But there was a caveat, you see, as he also called a sit on YOU, during your back and forth. He also pressed the ask player in OOC button on death, and even PM'd you.

Currently, I will be -1 for unban.

The pm’s of that are auto sent once you click that button and make the ticket. It all happens instantly. He never typed a thing himself and I could not pay attention to much in chat as his buddy was also constantly coming with him at the same time or a couple seconds from him to also try to rdm me. Also about the “back of spawn” thing. My base was over there.  I was not basing by fountain as I normally did as the base was being used for a rooftop base so I moved to another location, set up my public decorations dupe, claimed a building, and opened my bar there instead of the one by fountain spawn tunnel.

Based on the logs provided, this does seem like a valid ban. Do you by chance have a video of them shooting at your first? I understand that every situation is going to have two sides but all we have to go by here is the logs & it shows you damaging those players before they damaged you. Obviously text logs aren't perfect, but it's the best we have. Another thing is I see that you never attempted to call a sit against these players (I'm assuming it should have shown up in sit logs posted by Ironfish). If you did at least that I would be more inclined to believe that this is self defense. You should have moved towards a vote kick/ban against these players if no staff was active to respond to your sit.

Again, I did not get video of it. Additionally, i do not feel like spending 20+ minutes of the hour I play to hang out with people in sits unless I legit cant play due to like 8 mrdmers. I didn’t call a sit because they were not bothering me since they shot at me but kept missing initial shots since my head was small and the angle they were at, they could only shoot my head and shoulders while they were out in the open as a full target once they shot at me.

 Spectate can make it hard to tell if people are shooting or not, but if you are sure the people were killed without looking in tyz's direction (they could be silently shooting in spectate if they were looking) id be convinced to -1

Can you take a screenshot of where this perch is? If he actually moved closer to spawn tunnel to kill them easier, he should definitely not do that either.

Can you take a screenshot of where this perch is? If he actually moved closer to spawn tunnel to kill them easier, he should definitely not do that either.

Did ironfish1 not provide evidence?

Ok yeah. Tyz if u were just here shooting them out of spawn, you were probably more focused on killing them than roleplaying, and it would not have been more detrimental to call a sit. Still wish we had a couple position logs of how soon they got hit after  leaving spawn.

Any time it was with a sniper they were relatively far out of spawn.

Any other time when it was closer they were blasting instantly as they left the spawn protection area and sometimes prefiring as they walked out. Some of the times they were killed closer to spawn when due to them coming out shooting once they got past the spawn protection and the others were them getting almost right up on me by rushing me firing. 
Some they shot at me right as I left spawn once they actually killed me and they shot others around too.

if anyone actully knows tyz hes legit super helpfull to new players and gives out vips all the time and makes sits when he feels like someone is legit breaking the rules, this is garrys mod, sometimes people like to have fun and if tyz was okay with the players coming back to try and kill him why is that not allowed yeah you can say that this is taking rule breaks into your own hands or not calling a staff and doing the same thing but if there legit mrdming and then make a sit on tyz for killing them while there mrdming and killing tyz and shooting at him to me thats not a crime just tyz making the best of the situation by fighting them back if someone has walked out of spawn and shot at me multi times and kept coming from the same place id shoot first a few times as well cause its a pattern that doesnt seem to be changing and could just be them fighting each other and instead of them shooting first tyz shot first, i get rmd'd all the time and dont report it cause its just fun and when i know someones just coming back to fight me ill shoot first because where just goofing and shooting each other, with no videos i cant say much but to me it seems like these players where just fucking with tyz and after they got shit on so many times and where about to get banned they said fuck it lets report this guy , im +1 for unban and get a warn at most
