Why were you banned or warned?

I was warned for a stupid occasion, I was Gambling in the casino and this guy came in and started pressing e on the machine while I was using it, intentionally trying to piss me off, I block the machine and trap myself near the machine. While I was using the machine I got "death" from the machine so While I was going back to remove/fix the propblock I did someone was propblocking spawn so I could not make it there in time, after I went there I was told I was breaking nlr for rolling "Death" on the machine and propblocking the machine. I removed the propblock and was still warned for both. They need to fix it so you can not jsut steal someones machine while they are using it. I feel Like this warn wasnt really necessary for the occasion that happend.  https://ibb.co/7KxPHNv

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because I dont feel as it was necessary for a warn, Plus I didn't Know returning back to a machine after rolling "Death" on it was NLR, and The Propblock I quickly Fixed as I was told to.

Who warned/banned you?

Scythekill

How long were you warned or banned for?

Warned [Look at Screenshot]

So NLR is listed as either a Verbal or warn in the punishment guidelines, but in this situation I can't really see a case for NLR here neither you or the other person harmed each other during this and you only died as a result of the machine it also wasn't interfering with any raids or rp situations far as I can tell, as for the propblock I feel a verbal really should've been used first as you've never been warned or banned for prop block before, though I haven't heard if you were told to stop first.

I'd like to hear the other side from Scythekill but for now I'm 1+ on this warn being removed and having it switched to a verbal for prop block.

When i got there there was this other guy already at the machine and he complained about a prop block. i was told by this guy that you died so i just moved the props out of the way for this guy and you come back and I ask you to delete the props but he wouldn't the first time i asked, i asked him several times before he removed it, then you claimed that the gambling machine was yours and you kept going back to steal the other players winnings, i asked you multiple times to please leave him alone and to use another machine but you continued to do the same thing over and over till I pulled you into the sit

I deleted the props as soon as you said to. , And how could I steal the other players winnings?

Breh I cannot help but laugh at this.

+1 from me.

The only thing you did wrong was propblock a machine. You shouldn't be building there in the first place if it isn't RP intensive as you can't even own the casino. (which could lead to a warn) personally this should have been a verbal at most.

The fact this garnered a warn for NLR...

Rolling death on the slot machine doesn't mean you cannot return to the casino, so idk why NLR is involved in this at all. Also, you can't steal any winnings from the casino, it doesn't drop a stack of cash or anything. If you removed the props when asked, I wouldn't see a warn as necessary.

+1 for removal

I've gotta agree with everyone else here, a warning for this situation seems unnecessary. If you get killed from the slot machine NLR does not apply so you can go right back.

I think a verbal is more fair in this situation.

You’re telling me you know how to use the remover tool but not the Z key?

anyways I’m +1 for removing the nlr part from your warn but you were definitely prop blocking and keeping a machine propblocked
