Breaking NLR 3x Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The person I killed was involved in raiding us with someone as jesus who we killed and then returned to explode all of us while his friend looted our base. I returned because I died to jesus and not his friend, who had died and broke NLR by returning multiple times. I then killed his friend who was bringing printers from the base. I was brought into a sit after jesus was just warned for the exact reason I was just banned for 5 days. I explain the situation and tyz37 said that it did not matter that his friend broke the rules and that I should not have returned to protect the base after dying to NLR. I was then banned for 5 days, I have no warnings or any history and truly dont understand the extent of this ban. Tyz37 Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 You died to the guy who planted a C4 then died and then the C4 blew up. He planted a C4 and then got killed. The C4 blew up and killed 3 of you. You returned and got killed by the other raider (NLR x1). You proceeded to return 2 more times until you killed the other raider on that 3rd nlr (NLR's 2 and 3). His friend was punished for it. Your other base member was punished for his NLR. I never said that it does not matter that his friend broke the rules. HE WAS PUNISHED ALREADY is what I said. He had no prior warns for NLR. Your friend had a prior verbal for NLR and was warned. You broke NLR 3 times and were banned for 5 days instead of a week which is the time it could have been. If you would like I can increase the ban to a week for the full punishment. The punishment is currently valid for Mass NLR. -1 from me since it is a correct punishment. toosii Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 So yeah looking at the logs provided you did break NLR multiple times. I can see where you're coming from since others involved broke NLR as well I think the reason they weren't banned was because they broke it once but you broke it 3 times (MNLR). When someone breaks NLR in a raid it is best to call a sit and let staff deal with it instead of taking matters into your own hands. Looking at your punishment history this is your first actual ban other than a voteban you received, I also have seen you on the server multiple times before & never had issues with you.
