Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I should be unbanned because I wasn't even warned by the moderator for actions I didn't realize were a thing such as being on the street during a raid apparently that's nlr when I had no idea I cant just watch from a distance what people were doing. Plus I didn't realize they were raiding I thought they were inside their house just shooting me for no reason and plus the admin was pming and directly msging them on discord when I asked him to please just talk to us and get two stories before making a decision. HenryDude123 Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 As being directly involved in this sit, Angelo was being a minge the whole time the sit and kept telling you that he doesn't know how to do his job as a moderator, giving pointless excuses of him breaking NLR because "It wasn't his base". in SitLand for 10 minutes straight he ranted about how YOU did not know how do his job quote "Did you just get promoted from trial mod". He MASS NLR and I counted a total of 5 times. The first time was when he was hugging the base with a gun behind me so I killed him to not risk the raid. The second time he came back and was right next to the base again. The Third time he was looking at us through the windows of the raid base and my party member went outside and killed him on the street. The fourth time he came back and started to shoot me, finally the fifth time when I was escaping with the ent he went behind me and try to kill me with a master sword so that excuse of "I had no idea I cant just watch from a distance" is not vaild. He clearly knew it was a raid because we were using blowtorches and shooting up the raid base with props being destroyed so what i see from here is just him coping out of a ban. All he did the whole sit was question YOU judgment off the logs... You were killed during a raid by swaggerpass Player swaggerpass (pregnancy shart) (STEAM_0:1:119037328) killed Mr Angeloo (CMB) (STEAM_0:1:54561593) with weapon weapon_shitty_gold_ak <29-04-2022 / 19:37:16> You then proceeded to come back and immediately open fire on Ion Culling who was also participating in the raid for literally no reason (Clip also shows first dead body on the ground, showing how close you were to the actual base and not far away)https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/jorEVe-itvd-1/pUl75l28gFYt?invite=cr-MSx3UlUsNTE5NDcz note: he says nlrx3 because apparently the user did NLR prior to that, however due to my crash I didn't have logs, and he also didnt have it clipped, so the ban was for NLRx2 instead of MNLR 25 seconds later while Ion had the entities from the raid still on his body (rp scenario not fully over), you used your jump swep to jump towards ion, again, no reason, to just stab him and try to kill him, to which he gunned u down. New health: 68 <29-04-2022 / 19:38:30> This to me + the immediate NLR to try and kill ion showed you had no intent in properly rping on here and shows you clearly never read the rules. You also in the sit decided to just shittalk me and my staffing ability for literally no reason other than me not tping you to the base, which I had no need to do because I was checking death location logs, and looking at you staring at him, to which you replied that you weren't even looking at him and you couldn't even see inside the base. You also said in the sit you never engaged first, which as shown in the clip is very clearly a lie. Your attitude sucked and you were speaking over both me and the other users in the sit repeatedly. Also you literally said 'just ban me' so I'm not sure why you wrote a ban appeal but slay. You NLRed twice, both of the times to just try and kill him for literally no reason, I included ARDM in the ban reason because they were conjoined reasonings (I only cared about 1 ARDM which was for the mastersword thing, not the raid), shittalked both me and the other users in the sit, lied in the sit about never engaging first, and overall just weren't rping properly. Do not be rude in sits next time and read over the motd. Player toxicity is a warnable offense if you are being overly toxic so keep that in mind. -1 to be unbanned. And now changing to -1 for reduction. If you are going to accuse me of not knowing the story when I looked at the evidence provided, then you can take the actual punishment handed out. I tried to get the story from your appeal and the evidence. I was trying to help be lenient to you but you want to say that i don’t know the story and make me seem like i have no idea what i am doing or talking about when I am going based on the evidence provided. You lied about multiple things and didnt seem to want to accept that you were in the wrong/that you did say you moderated a lot of servers. I think a reduction to 3 days might be better since this is your first punishment period, but you really shouldnt be trying to make things seem another way, that won't help you but most often will hurt you. If anything you guys must not understand the commentary between the mod and I. I was seeing if coming back is allowed if your just watching a scenario and yet again I never got a answer the whole entire time yet let alone the admin decided to use his mic later in the sit as he waited to justify the conversation with his fellow friends in discord. Unacceptable and coming from a mod myself thats not how you handle situations with new players especially if you want them to learn.
