I wish I could if i didn't get shot before I could check also the props are inside it doesn't tell me the name of the props till I walk inside which I couldn't so idk what rocket science your studying.

ok, I'm just going to again sum everything up in very clear terms.
If you have moderated multiple servers, whether or not they are darkrp, starwars or whatever, you will at one point have heard of NLR, and if you somehow haven't during all your moderating expertise, that is your fault for not reading the server rules. Basic NLR is 'don't go back to that same spot at all for min 5mins' on a lot of other servers, including those that aren't darkrp. On here, it's 'don't return/interfere with that same rp scenario'. Even if you hadn't known what OUR rules were in terms of NLR, you at the very least should know of the basic principles of NLR being that you don't return to anywhere near that location.

Death #1 that I saw in both logs and the video (the dead body) COULD be considered the first death as that is the only initial death I have evidence of, which is why when you came back to immediately open fire (NOT in self defense) I considered it NLRx1. However, as you yourself have admitted here, that was not your first death of the raid, and instead your second, meaning that actually you mass nlred during this rp scenario.

You will probably defend this by saying you were referring to a past incident or something but to me it looks like you admitted to NLRing 2x during that raid, but again, I will only punish off of the evidence I have and what I 100% know, so I will still treat this as NLRx1 during the ACTUAL raid.

You then came back 25 seconds after he killed you outside of the base to stab him with your shuriken for 50 damage while he still had the entities on his player, meaning that his rp scenario had not yet ended as he still had the entities from the raid on his player, it was less than 30 seconds after and he was like 15-20 meters from the base. This is your 2nd NLR, and also ARDM as you swung and attacked him for no reason.

During the sit, you claimed multiple times that you never engaged first in any incident, which was a lie as in both the logs and clip(s) that I saw you NLRed to immediately open fire, and then also NLRed to go and stab him prior to him doing anything. I don't know how you assume that it wasn't a raid when he had blown up the base, killed you multiple times (allegedly!) and was literally inside of it.

Because you still seem to be angry about it, I will explain why I typed instead of using my mic initially. I did this because I like to type a lot in my sits as it means that if my mic quality messes up, or they have a struggle understanding me due to my british accent then they can still see and clearly understand the points I am making to them, it also allows them to scroll up in the chat if they forget what I have said in the sit. I started using my microphone because I said the same point several times and you just never bothered to acknowledge it and kept repeating the same excuses, which I had already debunked in the sit. You got very angry at me for starting to speak halfway through the sit and told me that to be a staff member it is a requirement to have a microphone and use it (it's not), and you also kept bringing up how you had moderated tons of servers and you knew what you were doing, but I didn't because I "wasn't checking logs"? (I was and had informed you I was), and even said 'did you just get promoted', 'this is why you're not admin' along with a bunch of other weird 'insults' about my staffing capabilities. The sit went quiet because I was in general VC with Ion reviewing the clip (which I had stated in the chat), and when you asked to see the evidence I said go in general vc, and also said that he doesn't have to show you the evidence, because in all fairness you had been an ass to him aswell the entire sit, and he didn't need to screenshare his clip (the clip wasn't uploaded yet, and uploading it would've taken another 5-10mins out of the sit when I had already seen the evidence and knew what punishment I was going to give).

All in all, while you may be new to DarkRP, a ton of other servers have rules on both RDM/ARDM, and NLR, so if you have somehow never heard of them rules, then that is still your fault for not having read the rules. You lied in the sit, had a shit attitude and insulted me throughout it, and the ban reason is entirely valid. You keep bringing up a past incident with swagger, which literally holds no weight because that incident is entirely irrelevant, as you yourself have said it was him killing you to raid a base, so you 100% knew what a raid looked like and was, so your defense of 'not understanding it was a raid' is completely flawed.

Seeing the responses, and considering there's only around 4 days left on the ban I am going to deny this appeal, just wait it out and read the rules.
