note: he says nlrx3 because apparently the user did NLR prior to that, however due to my crash I didn't have logs, and he also didnt have it clipped, so the ban was for NLRx2 instead of MNLR

25 seconds later while Ion had the entities from the raid still on his body (rp scenario not fully over), you used your jump swep to jump towards ion, again, no reason, to just stab him and try to kill him, to which he gunned u down.

This to me + the immediate NLR to try and kill ion showed you had no intent in properly rping on here and shows you clearly never read the rules.

You also in the sit decided to just shittalk me and my staffing ability for literally no reason other than me not tping you to the base, which I had no need to do because I was checking death location logs, and looking at you staring at him, to which you replied that you weren't even looking at him and you couldn't even see inside the base. You also said in the sit you never engaged first, which as shown in the clip is very clearly a lie. Your attitude sucked and you were speaking over both me and the other users in the sit repeatedly. Also you literally said 'just ban me' so I'm not sure why you wrote a ban appeal but slay.

You NLRed twice, both of the times to just try and kill him for literally no reason, I included ARDM in the ban reason because they were conjoined reasonings (I only cared about 1 ARDM which was for the mastersword thing, not the raid), shittalked both me and the other users in the sit, lied in the sit about never engaging first, and overall just weren't rping properly.

I personally feel this ban length is fine, however if other staff members disagree I am fine with reducing it to 3days.

I see why the mod never allowed me to see the clip now because it still makes sense my body was in the base or near it when I first got shot at yes I died near it but them shooting me from a distance cause me to shoot back thats called self-defense its one of the first default laws and it sucks too because the clip really just shows the second part which is me coming to shoot them because they opened the gate I thought he was going killed me again because he already did it twice with swaggerpass and he did that the day before you can just his hrs on and he did it to me the day before when I called for 4 reports and none of them got answered so I had to reply on leaving the server for 3 hrs till my entities had left. Next thing we discussed in the sit if they have the full video on that is I thought that was their base I never knew they were raiding. I assumed they just kept shooting at me outside their base when I was just speaking to the other players next door they kept killing me thats why in the clip shown u can see me dead by the sidewalk and I came back to shoot just swaggerpass for killing me and then ion killed me and if you remember the sit and seen the clip where he said I looked through windows I couldn't because the whole base was one way windows and I couldn't even see inside till he opened up the door.

I didn't attack first blue I even PM you to come to the sit so you can check the logs to see who shot first also I have moderated a lot of servers the thing you got wrong is he said darkrp servers when did I mention that.

you msged him in discord to survive the whole sit theres a difference between a  new player and two players that could of also helped the sit out instead of yelling and saying you killed me yesterday as well which you kept mentioning because u broke NLR the day before when no admins were there to approve or attend 4 reports on you. If anything you don't help new players learn how to probably play Darkrp you could of used ur mic that you have and say hey well can u check if he is new and maybe warn him also you could have spoken durning ur raid and said it was a raid maybe that would have helped too instead of speaking the whole time on discord.

my favorite part about the whole thing they mention above your comment that it was a long sit and yes it was but what I said in the clip was unacceptable and its sad to say but there's only 2 mins of the clip where it ended before that the whole entire time was just the guys speaking and cursing at me to wild up my attitude if all the mods and admins still think this is okay then idk maybe this server might not be for me if this is how you guys base your evidence know the story not just overlook it.

I think a reduction to 3 days might be better since this is your first punishment period, but you really shouldnt be trying to make things seem another way, that won't help you but most often will hurt you.

actually the more I watch it yes you can even see there were other players I was hanging with and they attack first and thats why the other players didnt interfere or shoot back because they killed themselves so they didnt have to deal with swaggerpass or ion killing the whole group theres more players that seen them shoot me multiple times its right there.

You keep mentioning something that happened to you the other day. an altercation with you and swagger which has nothing to do with me. we killed you because we were doing a RAID get that through you head, in the logs it said that you were right next to the base hence the reason I killed you the first 2 times and you proceed to come back and break NLR and shot at me during the raid. You keep talking about how "moderated" servers and how YOU is not doing a good job, if so you should know what NLR is and how it should not be broken lol.

oh so this is Ion and once again I didn't know it was a raid till you guys mentioned it in the sit that's why the parts you cut out of the sit the whole time was me saying I had no idea it was a raid when you guys were in there for a while just killing me for not even shooting at you till the second time because I was trying to have a conversation with other online players.

The reason you saw 3 other player outside was because for one the base owner was sitting down on the wall across the street watching the base posing no threat of breaking NLR or the rules so we let him watch. In your claim you said you wanted to "watch across the street" before the clip all you did was stare in the raid in the second story window and during the clip you clearly was not "just watching". The other player outside was Snow, which he killed swagger and tried to counter but accidentally killed himself that is why in the clip you would have heard me say "how do I get out" (referring to Snow as a threat not you), he did the right thing and did not come back. The last player outside the base was a mutual and normally he does not intervene which is why we did not do anything, I decided who I kill during the raid because it can pose as a possible threat to the raid and I saw you as a threat to the raid when we first started raiding {holding a gun behind me).

Lol you can see props destroyed and check the door of the base owner, it doesn't take rocket science to figure out if someone is raiding or not
