I want to begin with yes I had alt accounts but I only have 2 my alts we�re almost the same name and 1 had almost an hour of time my 2nd had almost a day and when I used them I was not banned on my main I mainly used them to hold my artifacts and stuff that I had no space to hold as my bank and inventory were full and I like to collect random things. The issue is I have a little brother who very often will come on the sever and minge/rdm all the crazy things bc when Gmod was on sale for 5 bucks he bought six copys and would do his thing, the thing is the other 4 accounts are his I don�t know if there a thing u can check but me and him have played at the same time while he was on all of those alts and honestly I thought my 2 alts were not bad aslong as I didn�t use them to avoid bans. I can see why my 2 alts were banned but I don�t think my main account deserves a perma ban I�ve been on tits for awhile I ran thru hundreds of severs and nothing comes close to tits and if possible I would like to come back and play again. I apologize if some stuff doesn�t have the right pronunciation or isn�t spelled right not to good at this stuff. Who warned/banned you? Koda How long were you warned or banned for? Professional Jay Walker Posted October 3, 2021 Share Posted October 3, 2021 (edited) You literally went on your second account once you were vote restricted for false votebanning yourself and then on your Tony Mozzarella account you literally tried to get a guy punished by telling him to voteban when staff were on, with you knowing that it isnt allowed and results in being vote restricted or stripped from VIP, your brother buying 6 copies of gmod does not sound very legit either PURELY because as soon as you were vote restricted, you hopped onto another account rinse and repeat, koda did right, and i remember this WHOLE situation very clearly, you even proceeded to re-acquire VIP on your Tony Mozzarella account after I VIP stripped you, literally bypassing your VIP removal and then ALSO doing that exact same thing with abusing your voteban/votekick powers again, literally on your 1 week of being VIP stripped. You dug yourself into a deeper hole each time you messed up, pretty much a valid ban IMO, wait your time out and maybe in that time you'll grow up and realise "oh yeah, that was pretty dumb" cause since your ban, its literally been 21 days since you were banned. TL;DR Originally, his vip strip was 3 days, he then got his VIP back, did it again, then it was extended to 1 week, then he proceeded to alt and he did a shit job at doing so. -1 EDIT As Koda can no longer reply to this appeal, I will be +1 for reduction and Vote permissions perm stripped. When you came back onto the server, you decided to target and harass me out of no where just because I took away your main accounts VIP, also we banned Tony Mozzerella because 1 account got banned under that family share, then you family shared again and got banned, thats a no go and I completely think you should take way more than a month off of the server for trying to dodge a ban multiple times. -1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

EpicWafflehouse Posted October 4, 2021 Share Posted October 4, 2021 i get that is is annoying to deal with someone alting and having to ban them over and over again but i would think that for his original ban which was 1 day, should be doubled 6 times for each alt. which would come out to 32 days since his original ban. and if the vip voting was abused by tony while he was alting why not strip him of his voting privledges? yes he caused some major annoyances but i would be willing to let him come back after he serves proper time for alting that much and trying to get other players to break the rules for him. +1 For reduced Ban to 1 month, i would also say on the condition that voting privileges be stripped permanently. and the 1 week VIP strip be reapplied when ban is over. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tony Posted October 4, 2021 Author Share Posted October 4, 2021 For one koda I never came on to the server and harassed/targeted u and if u think I was explain how, and I’m 99% sure that it was jaywalker who took my vip away for votekicking myself I never alted to avoid bans I only alted to avoid the vip strip since u can’t paste dupes down as a user. 2nd is as I explained I don’t have six alt accounts I can pull up my family share there are 3 accounts on it there’s my 2 Tony’s and then a 3rd which I never used and has 0 play time and has never logged on at all. And jay about u not believing me about my little brother buying6 copy’s of Gmod if you’d like I can dig in my moms bank statements and show all the accounts he bought Gmod on, and all of his family share alts that are linked to the random accounts that are apparently me and yep I did a shitty job at alting because I wasn’t trying to hide the alts since I rarely used them and when I did I wasn’t banned on my main. the dude I asked to vote kick me was a buddy of mine not some random guy u make it seem like I walked around and told random people to vote kick me because I wanted to get them in trouble it was supposed to be a joke I’d understand taking my vip away if I was votekicking random people or telling people to votekick randoms for no reason but I votekicked myself. about the discord thing u showed I’ve been on tits less than a year I don’t understand how I’ve been alting since the dawn of time I feel like y’all think I’m someone permad from the past but that’s not the case also I forgot to mention on my appeal I wasn’t asking for an unban I was looking to get a reduction As I said before I do not have 6 alts I only had 2 I don’t know anyway I can prove it other than if u can check bans by ip my ip most likely has a lot of accounts banned but the fact is all the accounts that are “me” have been on playing the server while tony mozzarella was on playing the server so that should show that it’s not me on those accounts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
