This guy and I were messing around at fountain, he kept kissing me without my consent every time the cooldown wore off, I kept trying to kill him but he had a party member with an enchanted minigun that just mowed me down every time I tried. So I started saying stuff along the lines of "I hope your mom cuts herself (in gmod)" while he was kissing me, and other things that weren't appropriate to say at all. A bystander, who wasn't completely aware of the context of the situation, took a screenshot of chat where I had said the horrible things and sent it to Rubik over Discord. I was then banned a few moments later. The ban reason was "irl death threats / self harm" (I don't remember me saying any IRL death threats to anyone on the server, and even back when I first got banned I was complaining that the death threats part of the ban was wrong, but it's been quite a while so I could've said something worse than I remember.) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? This is my second ban appeal for this ban, I'm guessing most of you have already read the first one, but if not I want to apologize again. During my time on the server I was a minge to say the least. My apology goes out to anyone that has been affected by my mingery in the past, staff members that have had to deal with my mingery, players that have had to put up with me, and really anyone who has been affected by my time on the server. I have since changed my ways of playing games in general. I no longer gain satisfaction from riding the edge of the rules getting very close to breaking them. It used to be fun for me to do those things, but I have matured a lot over the time since I first joined TitsRP. When I first joined TitsRP, I was twelve years old. I am now sixteen years old and my personality has changed a lot since I first joined. Now as I said in the previous appeal, I am not trying to justify anything of what I said that day, I just want to give you insight into what happened, and ask for forgiveness. Now, as I said before, this guy and I were messing around, we were in the kingdom and he was showing me a dupe he just built. I told him that he should fix some holes in his base as anyone could come in and sit exploit on a prop and be completely inside his base. After I said that he turned to me in game and said over voice chat, "I bet your fifteen year old asshole is easily exploitable." Then, maybe twenty minutes later he starts using the kiss swep on me nonstop, he would kiss me and then I would try to kill him but he had a friend in a party with him that had an enchanted minigun that killed me almost immediately after I tried to kill his friend. He would chase me around and keep kissing me over and over. Eventually after maybe thirty minutes, of him nonstop kissing me, I say some edgy things as a joke. Of course, the things I said at that time were nothing to joke about. I realize that I was just being extremely edgy and insensitive. At the time, I thought that it was okay for what I said because the person who was kissing me laughed at what I was saying. Once again, I am not trying to justify the things I said, I just want to give you insight into why I said the things I did. Although what I said was horrible, I would just like to say that I don't think it is entirely fair for me to be banned because someone completely uninvolved in the situation took a screenshot and sent it to Rubik. That being said, I don't think what I said should go without punishment, I just think that it was harsh to ban me immedately without even asking for my input whatsoever. Also, on my previous ban appeal, I was made aware of some accusations against me claiming that I had posted CP (Child Pornography) in a Discord server owned by a member of the TitsRP community. They claimed that I had posted CP and gotten the server banned. I want to say that all of this is completely false and that I have never posted, or owned, any form of CP. If it is true that I did post CP and got the server banned, why isn't my Discord account terminated as well as the server? Furthermore, why was me supposedly posting CP witheld until I made my previous ban appeal? If I did infact post CP (which I didn't), why did they only wait until I made my ban appeal to bring it up? They are accusing me of some serious things here. Owning CP is a felony charge by itself where I live. Distrubiting (posting) CP is an entirely different felony charge. Now, before you -1 my appeal, I would like to be given a chance to show you guys that I have changed. Put me on probation, even the slightest of messups means I'm gone. I do not care how long this lasts for, two months, eight months, a year, three years, I do not care. As long of a time as you feel necessary to prove that I have matured and changed. I feel that I have changed a significant amount in the time from when I was banned until this point. To all the new staff members that have never interacted with me before, please don't judge me based on the things you have heard from other members of the community. Most of the stories you will hear about me are not only 1. They may be over exaggarated 2. These stories you have heard are more than likely stories of me from when I was younger and immature. That alt was Dr Doof. I’ll admit it was extremely stupid of me to alt, but if any staff members are doubting me about saying I won’t minge, they can look at Dr Doof. iirc, I haven’t had a single ban on that account, and I don’t even think I had any warns. If I had any warns, not only would it most likely be only one or two, they were for stuff that I did on accident. I used Dr Doof. as a test I guess you could say. I wanted to see for myself if I could actually play on TitsRP without being a minge and breaking rules. I think I did an excellent job at not breaking any rules on that account. Not only that, but I had told some members of the community, even some staff, that Dr Doof. was my alt. I never told most of them my plan about testing myself, which I regret. It doesn’t change the fact that I was being stupid in the first place by alting. The thing that surprised me the most about Dr Doof. was how much more fun I had playing by the rules. It really opened my eyes on a new way of playing on TitsRP. I had a blast actually playing by the rules. Of course I had some slip ups, everybody does, but for the majority of time I was on Dr Doof. I was a good player. I also want to apologize if this is formatted poorly, I am on my phone. You alted while appealing in the past. That is not the case at all. When I said I had enjoyed being a minge and breaking rules, I meant minor stuff, like just RDM, NLR, trapping people in boxes, and just being a troll. I have never enjoyed exploiting, the exploits I had done were never fun for me. It wasn’t fun sitting down for thirty minutes duping 1000000 pounds of opium. Money was a big enough incentive for me at the time that I didn’t care if it was boring. For getting perma banned, I don’t understand how anyone could enjoy getting perm banned. It really sucks, I look back on the massive amount of mistakes I had done in the past and I always end up disappointed with myself. Just disappointed that I had never done the right thing. I never hated you either Jewann, I still don’t hate you, and I greatly appreciate your response.
