Why are you reporting this player?:

First off im reporting fraser mcstubbins for abusing his tools given to him as a staff. This includes his admin stick and phys gun. The second reason was the incompetence of rule knowing and judgement. So Im monitoring a cop for abusing some of his sweps and I follow him and I see him with his want stick out following a man taking a parcel to his delivery point. I see him doing this so i stop him and say "hey dont abuse your sweps on people dont use your want stick on him. Then the man who turned in his parcel comes over to us. I tell him that theres no problem here. and without my knowledge my cop next to me e warns him and the citizen guns him down. I pull out my gun and the citizen opens fire on me. Not killing me. I call a sit for rdm and ardm on me. as soon as im in the sit and the guy is brought he walks back and forth towards fraser and fraser freezes him without asking him not to move. This is yet one of the acts of abusing his admin tools. Well I tell my side of the story and accidentally interrupt citizen then I be quiet. He then tells me that because that cop pursued him that im kos to him now as well. I dont think ive ever heard of this rule before and seemed pretty whack. After this I tell him that thats not a thing, and then white crow comes into the sit agreeing with him. The citizen then says that he shot me cos he knew he was going to shoot me. I think that if this was to be applied any other sit it wouldve been rdmed either way. Just because someone pulls a gun out does not mean you kill him. The sit continues and fraser then attempts to bribe me and white crow knew it wasnt the right thing to do and tried telling him not to. this is a obvious sign of lack of experience and common sense you should not try to bribe anyone in a sit. White crow then brings up out of nowhere my staff application and how me making sits about rule breaking will get my app accepted. I told him this is completely irrelevant to the sit, and wanted to continue with it, fraser then again makes a remarkable statement that im kos just because the cop got killed. So everything else in the video is irrelevant because fraser had the mindset of me being kos jus because a cop killed another person. The sit ended with me agreeing to make a forums report and him not getting punished.

I dont know how training is done nowadays but please implement to where staff arent abusing their tools, I think some verbals about what is expected as staff are for sure needed in this case.

I'm going to agree with Abstergo, he abused his staff tools, and did not ask for help when he clearly needed it, there definitely needs to be some corrective action in place for Fraser +1

Now for my comment on this matter, you both messed up. But Fraser you really started fumbling the ball when you were abusing your physgun in a rp situation and in.... A SIT? Dude come on now, There legit is a page of staff commands which will give you the command to return someone. Or you could have just gone to ULX and returned the dude. Or you could have asked for help if you needed. 
 

 

 Part 2: Now you dropped the ball on this one. If you don’t know something ask in @ chat. It takes like two seconds. That rule you said didn’t make any sense. “Once you kill a cop, all the other cops are kos”. I can easily exploit this by warning a cop in the street, kill him then proceed to kill all and every cop within a 10 mile radius. Luckily this rule is non-existent.

 

Part 3: You completely ripped the ball to shreds then lit it on fire to burn in a dumpster. How... wha- I’m at a lost for words here. You brought money out gave it to the dude who Rdmed another player? White crow was basically telling you “yo don’t do that because that shit can get you in trouble”. Yet you whipped out the bands and gave it to the dude... Not only did you mess up a rule but you gave money to a dude who had Rdmed the player who called the sit. By doing that you basically said “fuck you” with that rule, you then basically slapped him in the face when you gave money to the accused. Fraser... your a cool dude in-game real cool but this... this... isn’t acceptable as a staff member.

White crow you messed up aswell not as bad but you still messed up. You told Fraser to not go with giving the dude money so I’ll give you that. But at the end of the sit you said “calling sits won’t get you any closer to a accepted app” you then say “you know what I mean” like wha- wha.. what the fuck. You know we keep shit like that from being told in public. Only the staff member and the user are the ones communicating. After I say this I only think one thing, He calls a sit... you get mad at him because you think he’s wanting to be a staff member and you see this as his way to becoming one... you then proceeded to slap his face when you talk about “you know what”. How do you mess that up? He calls a sit for Rdm and your one job as a t-mod is to take to sits to become a Mod. But you get mad at him because he calls a sit? You had one simple job. Now white crow just like Fraser I think your attitude is way better now and your actually cool to be around in game. But this... this was a fucking slap to his face. 
 

 

White crows punishment: I don’t believe you should be demoted because you said some “controversial” stuff but that doesn’t mean it should go unsaid maybe a crash course on how to be in sits and being talked to by higher ups. 
 

Fraser’s punishment: maybe taking training again and you being on a “watchlist” from the rest of the staff.

+1 in some form of re-education for Fraser

I'm just going to start off with this. 

@GamesFraser I've told you not to use commands/staff tools on people without permission, I didn't tell you to not RDM people in a sit, but honestly, that's  common sense man. You're also jailing and freezing people when you first bring them without any real reason to, and that puts a bad taste in the mouth of the user you are bringing. Remember everyone is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. I'm disappointed in how you are preforming so far.

Alrighty, first off I didn't drop the money, (you can clearly see in the  video I was talking not typing, clamps was trying to bribe you, as me and white crow were talking)  and second off I was stuck in your car. I know the rule I said was wrong, but you told me you had your gun pointed at him.  I will admit there was some slight misuse of my abilities that will not happen again, and  I apologize for it. Also you were calling pointless sits all night, you would call sits for attempted rdm without even asking the player why he hit you. In some of the sits you were a bit helpful, and I thank you for that. I will take a thorough look at the rules and staff guide lines again, once I'm done typing my response.  Becoming staff, there is an unsaid bargain, I get to help out the sever and represent it and show players what TitsRP is all about, I didn't uphold the bargain and I'm very sorry for that. I'm ready for whatever punishment you all believe is necessary and I will take it knowing I messed up.

Alright, time to call this report accepted.

 

Fraser has been demonstrated to abuse staff tools, and misunderstand expected staff conduct. As such, he will be retrained, and asked to issue himself a warning for using staff tools to RDM in a sit. 

White Crow seems to have belittled a community member for no reason. While this is not enough for immediate action to be warranted, I just want to remind Crow that he is now expected to be a role model of the community, and should not continue to interact with users in this manner.
