Prop Surfing Outside of Kingdom Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I had no prior warns or bans for prop surfing and even after fuel told me to stop prop surfing I stopped prop surfing then went to the kingdom had my friend go king to make prop surfing legal there and I was banned for 3 days. I feel like 3 days is too long due to me having no prior warns or bans for prop surfing and not doing after I was told to stop. I do get that prop surfing is a bankable offense which is why I'm only asking for a reduction to my ban. around the 1 day mark. Even after he verbally told me to stop without me illegally prop surfing he later brought me in a sit saying that I was going to get banned for 3 days for prop surfing which for me makes no sense because he legit verballed me and I complied with it so I'm honestly confused. I think that Skii pressured Fuel to either banning me for longer than he wanted or just banning me in the first place. Second of all, I would like to apologize to Skii and Fuel for angrily messaging them after I was banned out of pure anger. Who warned/banned you? That said I agree with a reduction around 1-2 days. I was helping him gain the confidence needed to take action. Unless Im wrong, Fuel told you to stop but you didn’t care for it. He did what he thought was right. Of course, reacting to the punishment by saying the hard R in voice chat and using my IRL problems and criticizing me to get to my head does not help your case. I will let Fuel respond to this, but in my opinion the 3 days is justifiable when something like prop surfing when told to stop by fuel and taking the piss out of him is done. And of course you were in Gen VC laughing about you doing it with your friends. Fuel is a staff member and he shouldn’t be treated that way. My main thing is when Fuel told me to stop I ended up going to kingdom. Had Carelos go king and make prop surfing legal and we prop surfed there. I was in vc and can confirm that fuel gave him what I could consider a verbal warning to stop, but I was not really paying attention, so I cannot confirm nor deny if he stopped after being told. You said that "I'm only going up like two feet" That statement does not justify prop surfing my dude. When you break a rule, we will most likely tell you can't be doing that shit, just to let you know in the future so you don't inadvertently break rules. Maybe a 3 day ban was a bit too harsh, but from what I noticed you were continuing after I told you that you can't do that shit. With all due respect, my verbal warning may not have been clear enough to you, which was on my part, for not bringing you to a sit first and telling you that you can't be doing that shit. That being said, since you took the time to appeal I will be shortening your ban to 1 day but not removing it altogether as you cannot be prop surfing period, we don't even allow people to prop surf inside their base.
