Minging. Throwing holy grenades repeatedly at pd window only to minge, he also attempted to do the same with boomboxes placed in spots where they could not be shot. I muted his boomboxes.

I vote kicked him once for this so that he would understand to not do it.

After the vote kick he came back to place his boombox, I remuted it since he reconnected. He then did a pd raid advert,m threw a holy grenade, did not try to even enter pd and suicided.

0:00 - 0:35 is the first interaction  
0:40-3:10 irrelevant filler cba cutting the video
3:15 - end is the pd raid and me looking at the cameras to make sure that he was not trying to enter (I knew he was not going to) If you are keen eyed you will notice how the holy grenade comes from the theater/cinema and goatnuts is never seen walking out of there below the pd windows

I think it is pretty obvious this guy did not take the hint after being vote kicked and came back to do the same exact thing trying to hide it with a pd raid advert he was clearly not actually doing, furthermore if you argue that the first holy grenades were a raid without an advert he would be breaking nlr as these 2 things happened less than 10 minutes apart

So Goatnuts doesn't have any majorly recent verbals, warns, or bans relating to player harrassment. However, the fact that he was votekicked and then relogged and continued to do the same thing would make a verbal kinda outrageous considering it was pretty blatant that he was targetting you and being a goof with holy nades. We don't really ever punish for the reason "minge" even though it's stated in red as "Do not minge" in the rules, however I think considering the fact that he went back and did it again after being kicked a warn is pretty appropriate.

Goatnuts was clearly trying to minge by throwing Holy Hand Grenades, and even continued to do so after being kicked.

He was told to leave you alone in the past too, so I'll be +1 for a warn.

Please Goatnuts, do as you were told and leave Piklas alone.
