Now, Say you identify as transgender and you frequently joke about sexual topics (real example, friend 1 says “speak when spoken to” and friend 2 types *whimpers*) Is it transphobia to insult that person or disagree with what they did? Nope!

 

I’m not going to deny that some people on this server who are trans do get harassed for no reason, but others have a victim complex and fail to recognize their behavior is actually what causes them to be insulted or targeted. No, I am not saying it deserves to happen to them or trying to take away the responsibility of the person that harasses, Just pointing out that sometimes these things are not just 1 sided. I hope this helps. 

Kilo, I don't know (personally, anyways, maybe I just don't surround myself with friends like that) who have ever been overly sexual because they are trans. That wasn't the topic of this post or what it was meant to be about at all. I personally even AGREE with this statement in terms of over being oversexual for the sake of it because guess what, I personally find it very uncomfortable. I dont care if you're straight, queer, cis or trans, I don't constantly want to hear that shit. The most I ever do is randomly write "balls" in chat. 

 

This is about the people, like myself, who are told to to kill themselves, that nobody loves on the regular, that we don't deserve basic human rights, BECAUSE we are trans.

if people have complaints about transphobia/homophobia/racism or whatever please reach out to me or any other admin / smod and ideally have screenshots of what it is you're complaining about - alot of the time people will make complaints about others being overly toxic and then provide literally nothing, to which we cant take any action.

if people do not agree with people being trans or gay, that is your own choice and opinion but as others have said they are still people and deserve the basic respect you'd give to other humans.

Yes, I am aware of the overly sexual people, and overly sexual individuals are going to start being punished for being 24/7 sexual if they do not stop when told. If you have issue with someone being overly sexual, report them and/or make fun of them for being a weirdo, not their sexuality/identity! :3

I really dont think its sexual at all tbh, its just a skirt and a crop top and I go outside in public like this decently regularly. But thats besides the point as the main issue comes with people not accepting the existance of trans people. We saw this yesterday with people like Agro saying we are pretending to be a girl. Not accepting someone’s preferred gender and pronouns and is where the actual issue is as that is transphobic.

I can't react to this because I've been out of reactions for a hot minute but to anyone who is taking this post wrongly on purpose just to shit on trans people, please just give this reply a simple read. Tene and I have had our past issues and even though we probably don't consider each other friends, he has at least been respectful of me in this regard, doesn't go out of his way to ignore any sits I have regarding this kind of harassment when he's actively taking sits, and this post here pretty much perfectly sums up what needs to be done.

 

Give ANYONE a basic level of human respect. Until they have said or done something to you that causes that mutual chain of respect to be broken, just leave people alone, and even then, reach out and have that behavior looked at. Don't become the person who will witch hunt someone and make them abandon a community they enjoy to be apart of. 

 

Overly sexualized people are not and have never been exclusive to trans people, gay people, etc. This is a completely different issue that needs to be be dealt with on a person to person basis, not an identity one.

A few days ago you posted a picture to staff chat, where you were bent over on your bed wearing little clothing. I specifically told you, if ANYONE posted something like that, no matter their sex or gender, I would tell them to not do it again.   Low-key it kinda sucks that people are feeling targeted purely because I have always been someone who accepts people for who they are unless they are directly harming me or cause issues amongst people.  It's good that this is at least getting out just a little bit, purely because everyone has a voice and should use it to express how they feel about things, so good on this post for letting that voice shine a bit and good on the people finally expressing those concerns, because sometimes it requires a leading voice for the others to be heard. The only thing that I can genuinely see being a problem is that there has been instances where people have been over sexual or like hypersexual to a degree and even the cases where(please do not take offense to this) there are people who make being homosexual/trans their whole identity.  

 

   Posting pics of yourself in a public server or constantly going on about how you enjoy "pleasing" other people is genuinely obnoxious and not everyone wants to see/hear that tho that could be said about transphobia at the same time.  I've always had a saying, be the best you that you can be, live by the golden rule, treat others how you would wanna be treated. I genuinely hope that this does open some people up to expressing how they feel more often and reduces the toxicity against player targeting, tho I feel that is a whole different issue at hand.

I do think people make transphobic comments to you, and I understand why that hurts you, but after all of my time in this community, seeing how various people act and respond to things, I can't help but come to the conclusion that you are harassed so much because you respond to every comment or slight against you. It seems that after years of this people have come to learn if they do ANYTHING to you it will get a big reaction, which will lead to them wanting to do it again, because they think its funny to make someone so upset. I do think these are bad people, and as such they are willing to make very poor taste jokes and comments, but they are only made with the goal of upsetting you into a reaction, not due to any actual hate for your identity.

Cause are talking about whats in general chat not staff chat. I admit that the staff chat selfie was a bit much but LeGerbs is not talking about staff chat he is talking about general. And none of the pictures of me in general are in anyway sexual. Its just a skirt and a croptop sweater with fishnets. I go out in public like that all the time and never has a single person pointed it out for being “too sexual”.
