If somebody says a joke in /ooc about trans people, it shouldnt be taken personally or as a delibarete attack on all trans people. Sometimes a joke is just a joke. If the same person is doing it over and over and over again, then some warning about being more respectful is in order and later on a punishment can be applied and if a player verbally attacks someone on purpose, of course staff should get involved and try to control that person, but Punishing, Negative Repping or starting a heated deep discussion about your beliefs after somebody makes a joke is not OK. People need to be more accepting and forgiving to one another. Try to spread Love and Positivity into the world.
