riddim
Here is my HONEST opinion, From Kiezuh's side, the whole situation was handled badly. As a staff member, there should have been more professionalism involved which would have solved this whole situation a lot faster. Sure, reporting a senior mod for building in the street can be seen as them picking on Kiezuh since there were many other bases on the street, as well as someone like Abides doing it every time he's on with no sits on him. However being a staff member there definitely should have been more professionalism. One standard I staff by is to treat others how you would want to be treated in a sit, and to be in their shoes having a giant public base like that in the middle of the tunnel can be seen as a nuisance that should have been taken down once a sit was made on it. It's simply what I would do as staff in this situation. From Tene's side, you should have stopped engaging after he took the dupe down, the whole reason you made a sit was because his dupe blocked the way to your base. Which in the end of the video he removed and switched to a job where he could legally do it. It is a bit unfair from my eyes that you call out Kiezuh for not enforcing rules on other bases in the street, yet the only person that had a problem with building in the street was you and Terry. He is in no way obligated to take every person with a base in the street into a sit and enforce a minor rule that most players don't care about. Overall, this whole situation was handled unprofessionally and could have been solved with a simple, "sure I'll take it down if its bothering you". I am a +1 for Kiezuh acting unprofessionally in this whole ordeal. Sidenote - Agros demotion shouldn't even be a topic in this discussion, and if you want to hear my side to that you're more than welcome to DM me on discord.

Ironfish1
Revised Statement: After speaking to Tene in discord I realized that his intent with this post was not to have the building in the street rule enforced more, or have Kiezuh striked because he broke that specific rule. Tene was more concerned with the specific behavior coming from an SMod, and the lack of professionalism. I still stand on my original point being that it's a silly rule to enforce being that it only slightly impacted two players mobility to their base, one being that they had to stop bhopping, and the other being that they had to walk a few steps to keep jetpacking. However, I will state that the way this was handled was unbecoming of a staff member, specifically from a staff member who holds such a high rank. Without our community the staff team would be nothing, vice versa. Respect is a must when it comes to interactions, no matter the situation. In this interaction there was no respect given. GoatNuts said "Hey fellow staff members, i remind you that this is a Senior Moderator what we are talking about, a SMOD is supposed to know the rules from top to bottom and from left to right, maybe even from corner to corner, he is held at a WAY higher standard than any user in the server, if any of you is going to make an input on this report, please, for the love of god watch all the evidence provided and keep in mind that this is against a senior moderator what we are talking about, he should know exactly where he went wrong, please take this seriously.". While I disagree with him on where this is coming from, I will say that if you take out everything he said about the rules, and replace it with "a SMOD is supposed to behave according to their rank, with a level of professionalism and respect" where it's applicable, it makes sense where the concern is. Like I said in my original post, while he may have technically been correct in everything he said, the way he went about it was not the best way at all. While I will admit that it might have been pretty funny seeing him replace the dupe blocking the whole tunnel, that is not something that should be done by an SMod. If I had told someone to remove their dupe because it broke our rules, and they did that, they'd be getting punished for "Failure To Comply". In the end I still stand for a -1 on this for the rule break, however I am a +1 for Kiezuh being spoken to regarding his behavior when interacting with Tene. To add clarity to my previous message on the topic of AgroBot and Riddim, neither were punished for that incident at all. Coconut Overflow
Kiezuh, if you are reading this, you must be more professional. We are the image of the server. It's fine to goof off with your friends from time to time and be silly when appropriate, but you need to know when situations are serious and need to be taken care of correctly. The dupe should have been removed when asked, because it does indeed break the rules, as they are written now. We are not above the rules in any way and must abide to them as others do. I do feel like there is more to reflect from here though. Why don't we allow people to build in the street, in general? +1 for the good ol' talkin to Edited August 1, 2023 by Coconut Overflow
Professional Jay Walker
12 hours ago, kiezuh said: For this one we are 100% able to take our own sits no matter the rank. If the player calling said sit has an issue they can always ask for another staff member to either take the sit over or be watched over I'm pretty sure that in the staff training sheet, it states something along the line of "As a staff member you CAN sits that are placed on you, but if you feel you cannot be unbiased, you can request another staff member to take the sit" Meaning, YOU, the Senior Moderator SHOULD have requested another staff member to take your sit as it is very clear you cannot be unbiased when a situation occurs involving yourself. The whole situation that has happened is 100% a wrong move on Kiezuh's behalf, and all the community at this point have noticed there is a bias between SMOD's, I know I do not play this anymore, but it is actually pretty gutting to see what this staff team has become, there have been more reports on staff recently than there has been in the time I've been in this community. I feel that with how many staff reports are coming in, people should be able to speak their minds without their comments being removed. And we know that it is only SMOD+ that can remove comments, so it adds up to bias too. All the SMOD's defending this (even before 1 of the SMOD replies were edited to change their vote) should really think about how exactly they're meant to act, you've got a whole community to oversee, you're basically 2nd in command when it comes to actual server work and from what I am seeing recently, there is a TERRIBLE job being done. Again, leave peoples comments on here as they should be able to state their thoughts on the SMOD team. Community opinions > staff bias
Crabroll
14 hours ago, Tene said: Terrry was told that since he was the only one complaining about it it was not going to be removed The recent change in Hobo rules does not apply to a previous situation. Our usual process is that even if one person is affected, we should remove it since it is against the rules. No matter how stupid a rule it is. There is merit to this report. So besides from all the speculation, the fact of the matter is: 1. Kiezuh was not professional 2. Kiezuh built on the street first as a CC, then as a HOBO. 3. He should not have engaged instead, he shouldve told yall to take it to forums and muted people for spamming/harassing him. What would a staff do to a player who builds on the street and refuse to listen, kick em, ban em etc. Kiezuh's attitude and behavior in this situation is demoteworthy IMO. However, we must also remember not to only focus on one transgression. For me, Keizuh performs the other task that are required from SMOD well. He motivates staff to take sits which is a iniative we really want to push, He has decent hours and playtime and he is active in discord helping other staff with issues. He also performs the smod duties he is assigned and communicates well w the server. So in normal circumstances if there was more I was unhappy with Kiezuh for, I would vote to demote. However, when you look at everything, I would settle on a strike.
Succ The Zucc
Making a new reply after thought on issue. So the only thing I can really add here is that from his perspective Keizuh felt like he was solely being targeted because no one else was complaining about any of the other bases that were there for just being chill bases. That's kinda where I feel about this as well. Like I said in my previous reply that this is just petty. That said his actions when a sit was made was in bad faith and either should have just said "take it to the forums" or had another staff member take it over. For this being a rule break? -1 it's petty and you all know it. +1 for a talking to on the professionalism aspect.

Not sure how he percieves a sit on his rulebreak as targetting, if anything this goes to show that he can't handle being reported and feels like he's being singled out in any situation he's wrong in, instead of accepting being in the wrong. Reporting him isn't targetting, but he is an authority figure breaking the rule, so even if he was being targetted for all his rulebreaks that would also be fine, as in his position of leadership he shouldn't be actively breaking any. 18 minutes ago, Succ The Zucc said: -1 it's petty and you all know it. Tons of rules are petty, he broke a rule that is clearly stated and then repeatedly broke it / attempted to loophole with the whole "Im building ON the sidewalk and its going IN the street", its written black and white its not allowed and he repeatedly broke the rule and then he also used other people's rulebreaks as an excuse as to why his rulebreak shouldn't be punished. Sure you can consider it petty, he broke a rule multiple times and attempted to loophole it, if this was a normal user being reported he would receive a warn, why is this any different? Just because hes your friend and you were in a vc with him during/after the incident (when writing your reply) you deem that this report is invalid and petty, but I can 100% guarantee if this was a report on someone YOU succ didn't like you'd be +1ing it and agreeing with me. TRMaze
Hi After reading through this and the responses as an ex admin and looking at evidence provided thus far this situation seems crazy to me. (do not remove this as this directly contributes to the situation -- this has gotten to the point of becoming an issue the community should be able to voice their opinions on considering the blatant bias in the senior-moderator team that jeopardizes the entire team leading the server) Kiezuh you're attitude is appalling and is not what a senior moderator of the server should reflect, you are a higher position and a barrier between the admins and moderators, if this is how you behave in a situation as small as this I wonder how that reflects onto the moderators you are meant to be cultivating, teaching and assisting. You are clearly very wrong in this situation, no it does not matter there are sky bases and that doesn't excuse your behavior, why literally verbally point out an ongoing rule break and use it as an excuse rather than correcting it, you should know better in your position. I'm not sure why there are disputes coming from other staff members here trying to say that tene is just targeting kiezuh because tene doesn't know him, regardless of who this smod is he is actively breaking a rule, he is a smod and hes using his position of authority to circumnavigate this, "Im an smod you cant tell me what to do". The rule clearly states you cannot build on the street and you can build on the side walk, like 80% of his build is on the road guys, it really brings into the question the validity of these other smods here backing up what is clearly a breach in the rules and the resulting behavior from this staff member. 19 hours ago, Ironfish1 said: All I am going to do here is inform you that AgroBot is mistaken or withholding specific information surrounding his demotion. It is not my position to say exactly what he was demoted for, or to correct his mistakes. If he wants to say that is what he was demoted for, he is allowed in that. This is ridiculous. You aren't a secret government agency, you can divulge the information surrounding some ones demotion, even if it wasnt an issue big enough to punish the users over, it was clearly a big enough issue to take notice and talk to them about it so why are smods now openly saying theyre fine with letting people break rules. 13 hours ago, Ironfish1 said: While I disagree with him on where this is coming from, I will say that if you take out everything he said about the rules... What do you mean you disagree where this is coming from that makes no sense at all, he broke a rule, a player noticed and brought it up and he responded like a petulant child. 6 hours ago, Succ The Zucc said: So the only thing I can really add here is that from his perspective Keizuh felt like he was solely being targeted because no one else was complaining about any of the other bases that were there for just being chill bases. Regardless of how the smod felt it should have been handled a completely different way, tene typed in the exact rule ripped from the MOTD and that was met with "you cant tell me what to do", sure tene cant tell you what to do but he sure can bring up the rules that not only you should be enforcing, but obviously shouldn't be breaking yourself just because some other dude is, which brings me back to a point i brought up earlier, if he was aware that sky bases and other things were being built why would an smod use it as an excuse to goof off and break rules themself rather than resolve the issue. 7 hours ago, Crabroll said: What would a staff do to a player who builds on the street and refuse to listen, kick em, ban em etc. Kiezuh's attitude and behavior in this situation is demoteworthy IMO. Unless the rules have changed since i was admin he is on at least 70% of the street and that's against the rules no? I could do this all day but I feel I've said enough. All in all the SMODS behavior is something that i like to believe wouldn't stand back in the day when i was administrating and if it wasn't a demotion it would sure as hell be a big talking to and last chance, there seems to be a cult of Higher staff here protecting each other over something that is plain as day an issue that should have been taken care of before it had to come to forums, if he acts like this in one instance where someone brought up a clear rule break imagine other situations. if you did read thank you. - Jeff 3
Crabroll
SUMMARY: Kiezuh will receive a strike and talking to based on two reasons. He broke a rule (stupid or not) and he did not act professionally. In terms of the comments and views of our SMOD team, we will have a discussion to ensure everyone regardless of rank receive the correct and appropriate response when they do not act accordingly. In terms of the rule change, we can acknowledge that the timing is unfortunate. This is something we have experienced (almost 2 months prior) when playing on other servers and started to notice that we have a growing desire from our playerbase to simply socialize, build bases to hang out around the map and on the street. We want to satisfy the desires without forcing these players to have to go through the hassle of asking permission every time they are on or to be harassed. Clearly, copy and paste from another server is not something that is viable as Titsrp has a unique community and for that I apologize for not realizing that. We will continue to work towards creating a Titsrp specific wording that aligns with the community's desires as a whole for both socializers and grinders. -Admon Tem Edited August 2, 2023 by Crabroll 3 3
