I was verbally warned (note added) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Accidently killed after sit. Who warned/banned you? Byonic How long were you warned or banned for? It was a verbal warning. The kill was completely accidental, I ended up throwing a Karambit night knife at him after a sit had concluded, the sit was for a guy who was running around massrdming people. Afterwards in the sit, I was switching my weapons back and forth using the bind "Switch to previous weapon" because I like listening to the knife unsheath sound. I was under the impression that Byonic and I were going to joke around about the kill as he jailed me and I decided to crack a joke that "My hands were greasy after eating some little caesars pizza and I was going to apologize to him, but he seemed to not like the joke. So I asked him to please not warn me because it wasn't an intentional kill, the kill was accidental and I even explained to him that it was unintentional. So after awhile of asking why he had given me a verbal even after I told him it wasn't intentional and it was an accident, he tells me to enjoy the update and then returns me, not really giving me an explanation on why he had done it, I don't know if I had done something to him, but I'm a clean player, he even said he gave me two rdm notes, which I don't know if it's true but seems odd? I don't have an visual evidence for this case but I explained it as best as I could, I do apologize for the kill and would never do this to anyone intentionally. Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 People generally shouldnt be warning or even adding notes if an accident happens in sitland - shit happens, seems he verbald in september as well. Personally if it was a genuine accident I would have shrugged it off and continued the sit as normal without a second thought so i dont see any reason to keep a note about it - even if lewd cant see it and it has no repercussions to it - still. Byonic Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 Well you did explain to me this but when i brought you, into sit land you tried to kill me with a knife and after i banned the player you killed me i checked and you had a clean history so i gave a verbal for rdm in a sit . i do remember talking to you about it for at least 5 mins after the punishment and i did say i hope u enjoy this new update and have fun then i returned u . mainly you right clicked on a knife well looking at me from my perspective it was a rdm in a sit i understand that mistakes happen but the cheesy finger issue is what i hear alot from people who mass rdm or rdm its more like they say misclick or some other random non sense but after hearing more about the story i come to the conclusion that its a rdm. Lewdtastic Posted October 20, 2022 Author Share Posted October 20, 2022 (edited) My right click doesn't work, I use mouse 4 and mouse 5 on the thumb side to aim and throw weapons, my previous weapon switch is also mouse 4, so they are pretty close together, I explained after my joke that it was genuinely an accident, it wasn't intentional, also I did not try to kill you with a knife before hand? I was running around with the knife and you teleported me to a sit that I made about a guy mass rdming? I don't even remember what I did, nor was this brought up to me, Byonic never told me he issued a verbal warning for that, so now I'm even more confused as to why I have two verbals for rdm. Also for those who don't know, on my Police class called Lewd Squad, I have two Karambits, one fade and one night, I like to switch between them rapidly because the sound of the knife being unholstered is really pleasing to me. Succ The Zucc Posted October 20, 2022 Share Posted October 20, 2022 I unlike most staff hardly use the note system because it stays on your record semi-permanently for this very reason sure it doesn't count for anything but it still isn't a "clean" record. Notes should be used as a meditation between a warn and verbal in the case that your RDM if bad enough warranted a warn but you're being nice by not making a hard warn for a point on their record. (Or toxicity warns or even in some cases FailRP where you have to explain what they did as a teaching over punishing thing) All I can say is shit happens.
