No one called a sit a user i was in discord with (ShadeSkull STEAM_0:1:47854082 ) pointed it out and i noticed it in my kill feed as well while i was dealing with another sit. after finishing said sit i spectated you watched you walk out of spawn and start firing SBC cannon balls into every corner of fountain at groups of people. after pulling you to a sit you told me you pmed everyone and they said it was ok. pretty obvious bs but i humored you and checked anyways, no pms were sent. you changed the story to dms in discord. then fired your SBC in jail in the sit killing me and you. i banned you for 1 week for MRDM | NITRP | RDM in sit. i was then told i should have checked your bans and done for longer.

Is this one of those staff policies that are turned on and off whether its convenient for staff ??

-1 on being unbanned completely, +1 on a reduction seeing as though the only person that wasn’t fine with being killed was the mod in the sit 

 

If you hadn’t killed insurance agent I’d be completely in your favour

If staff see you clearly breaking a rule. They are allowed to intervene and punish you for it. But if nobody was bothered by this then I would only count the players that had an issue with it. Also wanted is not a new player he knows the rules and what’s not allowed.

Staff members are allowed to ban people who mass rdm consenting people who don't call a sit, but it is not really something i like to enforce because all the parties are okay with getting rdmd and it is kind of being very petty.

 

Although you did RDM insurance agent, someone who did not consent to getting RDMd

 

+1 for reduction, -1 for full unban

It is your fault for using an SBC cannon so the RDM is your fault. You know how big the explosion radius is for it so it should not surprise you that you got someone that is not consenting to being RDM'd.

I am +1 for a reduction as insurance is the only one who seems to care about being rdm'd but -1 for a full unban.
