Why were you banned or warned?

This guy and I were messing around at fountain, he kept kissing me without my consent every time the cooldown wore off, I kept trying to kill him but he had a party member with an enchanted minigun that just mowed me down every time I tried. After awhile of him nonstop kissing me I started saying stuff along the lines of "I hope your mom cuts herself (in gmod)" while he was kissing me, and other things that weren't appropriate to say at all. A bystander, who wasn't completely aware of the context of the situation, took a screenshot of chat where I had said the horrible things and sent it to Rubik over Discord. I was then banned a few moments later. The ban reason was "irl death threats / self harm" (I don't remember me saying any IRL death threats to anyone on the server, and even back when I first got banned I was complaining that the death threats part of the ban was wrong, but it's been quite a while so I could've said something worse than I remember.)

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

This is my third ban appeal for this ban, I'm going to guess a lot of you haven�t seen the other two appeals I made because it has been awhile, so let me go ahead apologize again. During my time on the server I was a minge to say the least. This apology goes out to anyone that has been affected by my mingery in the past, whether that be staff members that have had to deal with my mingery, players that have had to put up with me, or really anyone who has been affected by my time on the server. I am no longer the immature kid I was when I played on TitsRP those years ago. I do not find it humorous to ruin the fun of others by breaking the rules anymore. To be frank, I�m no longer the shithead I was when I had played on TitsRP. Anyone who has had an in depth conversation with me in the past eight months will tell you the same exact thing. When I first joined TitsRP, I was twelve years old. I am now sixteen years old, closing in on seventeen, and my personality has changed so much since I first joined. This is also something that anyone who knew me before I got banned would say if they have talked to me recently. My brain has developed and I�m no longer that annoying little squeaker minge Tuss.

I am not trying to justify anything of what I said that day, I just want to give you insight into what happened, and ask for forgiveness.

Now, as I said before, this guy and I were messing around, we were in the kingdom and he was showing me a dupe he just built. I told him that he should fix some holes in his base as anyone could come in and sit exploit on a prop and be completely inside his base. After I said that he turned to me in game and said over voice chat, "I bet your fifteen year old asshole is easily exploitable." Then, around twenty or so minutes later he starts using the kiss swep on me nonstop. He would kiss me and then I would try to kill him but he had a friend in a party with him that had an enchanted minigun that killed me almost immediately after I tried to kill his friend. He would chase me around and keep kissing me over and over making it impossible for me to do anything. I would run away from him and he would follow me. He would camp the spawn tunnel to chase me. I would warn him three times and shoot, but of course his party member would bind and mow me down before anything was able to be done. Eventually after maybe thirty minutes of him nonstop kissing me, I say some edgy things as a joke. Of course, the things I said at that time were nothing to joke about. I realize that I was just being extremely edgy and insensitive. At the time, I thought that it was okay for what I said because the person who was kissing me laughed at what I was saying. Once again, I am not trying to justify the things I said, I just want to give you all insight into why I said the things I did.


Also, on my previous ban appeal, I was made aware of some accusations against me claiming that I had posted CP (Child Pornography) in a Discord server owned by a member of the TitsRP community. They claimed that I had posted CP and gotten the server banned. I want to say that all of this is completely false and that I have never posted, or owned, any form of CP. If it is true that I did post CP and got the server banned, why isn't my Discord account terminated as well as the server? Furthermore, why was me supposedly posting CP withheld until I made my previous ban appeal? If I did in-fact post CP (which I didn't), why did they only wait until I made my ban appeal to bring it up? They are accusing me of some serious things. Adding onto this, my Discord account still has not been terminated. On top of that, the owner of the server has told me that he deleted the server because an entirely different situation.


Concerning all of my alts I used on TitsRP, I will admit it was a really really really dumb idea to alt the amount of times I did. Alting is against the rules and I knew that yet I still decided to do it. I do not have an excuse as to why I alted except for the fact that I believed I should�ve been unbanned after my ban appeals got denied. After my last ban appeal got denied, in my mind I thought I should�ve been unbanned. So I alted like an idiot. On all of my alts I have a minimal record. Little to no warns and bans at all. This only solidified my thought that I should�ve been unbanned. To me it was clear that I had changed. I�ll admit that I was very wrong and dumb to alt. It�s not up to me to decide if I am able to come back, it�s up to the staff team.


My last ban appeal got denied by Rubik where he mentioned my past record on Tits. He brought up my "highlights" which included Pedophilic Remarks, Racism x8, Attempting to crash the server & prop abusing, and Harassment. I had a conversation with Rubik after he denied my ban appeal where I explained all of these "highlights." If you take these at face value they sound horrible, but if you factor in the context of all of these situations you would see a different story. Before you -1 my appeal, I would like to be given a chance to show you guys that I have changed. Put me on probation, even the slightest of messups means I'm gone. I do not care how long this lasts for, two months, eight months, a year, three years, I do not care. As long of a time as you feel necessary to prove that I have matured and changed. I feel that I have changed a significant amount in the time from when I was banned until this point.

To all the new staff members that have never interacted with me before, please don't judge me based on the things you have heard from other members of the community. Most of the stories you will hear about me are not only 1. May be over exaggerated/plain wrong 2. These stories you have heard are more than likely stories of me from when I was younger and immature as hell.

It�s been over a year since my original ban was issued and I hope I can be forgiven for my wrongdoings . I know this ban appeal is extremely similar to my last one, but this is because I poured everything into my last ban appeal. There aren�t a lot of new things that can be said on this appeal. I know it’s a long shot asking, but, before I even consider making an opinion or a vote on here, tell me all the alts you have going right now, if u list them all, admit to them and it *might* give u more of a chance with this appeal…

You put a lot of effort into this appeal which I can respect. However you aren't permanently banned you were community removed. I'm usually all for second chances but that ban history proves otherwise. 

 

I can't with good a good conscious support you coming back when we've gotten rid of people for less. Maybe sometime later on?

I can definitely understand why you wouldn't wouldn't want to support me coming back. The screenshot you posted was of what I mentioned in my appeal.

As I said, if you take these at face value they look horrible. Context is key when it comes to those situations. The only thing I can not give context behind is all my warns and most of my bans. Even then, I only have 11, maybe less now, active warns on the server. I would greatly appreciate it if you would reach out to me on Discord so I could explain everything to you. Maybe if we could just sit down and a have a one on one chat that could help us both understand each others POV? I've done more than enough shittery on Tits and I'm done. I hate everything that people associate the name Tuss with. I am not proud of my past whatsoever and I'm genuinely ashamed that I couldn't even play by the rules on a server with one of the most chill rulesets there are.

Hello Jaywalker,

 

I wouldn't think asking me to tell you all the alts I am using currently is a long shot at all. I was actually expecting this question from someone. I do not know if this will be a surprise or not, but I do not currently have any alts going right now. I stopped alting some time ago after I realized that it was just extremely dumb for me to alt. I have no place in the server as it stands right now. Not only do I not have any right to alt, it's also just a waste of a money. I stopped seeing the point of spending money just to get banned in a week. I really hope this isn't coming off as the reason I stopped alting was because of my financial situation. I am in rush and am typing this without looking over it so if something about this seems wrong please just give me a few hours until I get home and I will revise it.

First off, people get unbanned for shit like this all the time. Second of all, we give a lot of people second chances. Ik you were banned for being toxic, but if you change your behavior then i have no problem with you back in the community (even though you were removed). +1

I have definitely changed my behavior a ton. I am way less toxic than I was when I got banned. I am very thankful for your response. If I get unbanned I won’t let you down

Copy and pasted appeal and extensive ban history for nearly everything in the book. I don’t believe if you came back you would not go back to your old ways. Maybe you wouldn’t immediately but you definitely would eventually and frankly that isn’t worth the risk.

Hello and thank you for your response Smelly. The reason my appeal is copy and pasted is because I poured my all into my last ban appeal. I said literally everything there was to be said. I have revised over half of it and added any new details I could remember. Also, I know I won't go back to my old ways. I know I can't really prove this to you at all which sucks.
