After I killed her, she comes back to where she was killed and told me I cant be basing as a bird (which had nothing to do with the original kill, I killed her because she killed my party member). I told her I wasnt a bird, and I was a master stalker using a disguise swep but she then felt the need to go staff on duty and without saying a word, goes into my base to see if I was on the doors. What I didnt know is at the time, the original owner crashed so we didnt have any owners at the time, so after going in there as staff on duty she leaves, switches to her CC, then goes back and buys the doors and starts saying over and over "You need to leave my base". I tried to deal with it in game, but I just saw it as a lost cause since the other staff member saw nothing wrong with this, so I will spell it out: 1. If she had any true intentions of doing her job as staff, why wouldnt she ask me "Why were you killing people in a base with no owners" or why didnt she question if I was in a party first? 2. She used information she got as staff on duty just to minge me and my party 3. It is obvious that it was done out of spite and pride because I killed her, I can tell because she immediately started chanting "You need to leave my base" I will give credit where it is due though: She did end up selling the doors, but it took an awful long amount of time, and took me having to find her in RP and bring it up to her until a true sit took place. Although everything got fixed in the end, the players I was partied with (who were all new to the server and didnt know what happened) hopped off because in their mind, they didnt have a base. So IMO, her misconduct and petty actions should not go unpunished. Brisky has always been a petty person, but doing it while being staff and even going as far as using staff powers to not even properly staff seems too far. Nah I don’t think you made this up but without some kind of evidence there isn’t much we can do because then it would be a he said he said type of thing. I don’t see anything wrong with what happened between y’all expect for that fact that bri shouldn’t have owned those doors just to fuck with yawl. I have talked with bri and let her know that was she did was technical minging as she only owned those doors just so she could kill y’all in the base. Considering that she is a staff member she should have not done this and been more professional with this situation so that will be dealt with. Foul Posted January 16, 2022 Share Posted January 16, 2022 I 100% At punishing BriskyBri for the things she did in the video, i also watched the recording from @Jason Bournewhen he recorded briskys POV/recording. there were 2+ things that she's done that is abusing/ things we talked about as a staff team that we shouldn't do. She knew what she was doing, in the recording @Jason Bourne showed us, she says "watch me own this door and kill these guys" she didn't own the door to RP (at least in the short term), only to kill you. She should have told you the door was unowned (which ties into my next point). She also used the staff on duty job improperly. She came back from being staff on duty to instantly to own the doors to kill you. Using the rules in favor of causing issues isn’t behavior someone on a staff team should be exhibiting. Sorry you had to deal with this my dude. Staff team shouldn’t be trying to ruin game experiences for players on the server and is an easy way to drive people off the server. I hope you have a better experience moving forward! +1 Edit: After watching her behavior towards people in the Brisky POV video, I am even a stronger +1. Brisky thought quas was a bird basing, but he made is very clear he was not a bird and to look at his job. Brisky going as staff on duty and checking to make sure your not Basing and leaves. That's okay I don't see anything wrong with that. What I have an issue with is the fact she came back and only had the intention to murder everyone in that base. She had no intentions of basing, she only bought one door and the other door was owned by someone else. So no matter what that base was never hers and she had zero right to rdm those players. I also would like to make something clear to staff and players. It doesn't matter who owns the front door. You need to own the most door in the base for it to be considered your base.
