Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned from the server due to abusing a majorly economy disrupting exploit that brought money into the game by the millions, I constantly abused it for almost over 2 months and I was issued the permanent ban punishment on the 4th of October along with an inventory and wallet wipe.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I don't want to be "Oh this was a stupid ban and it should have been 2 weeks" or "Well I wasn't exploiting! I was testing it out over the course of 2 months!" or something stupid like that because that's obnoxious and I completely agree with the decision that Sugar and Rubik made when it came to handing out said bans & wipes. I also understand that what it did was completely wrong and as a senior moderator, I was held to a higher standard and I ended up screwing up and abused an exploit, going behind the back of everyone that trusted me on the staff team. I apologize to Sugar and Rubik for my actions and abusing an exploit without reporting it, and I apologize to all of the staff members that I betrayed. Although I don't expect forgiveness, I hope that people can take my apology to heart and that I could receive a second chance.

Koda I remember training you back in the day and you really showing you were a great staff member. 

 

This isn't something that comes easy to me but it's way to soon for you to appeal a literally game breaking exploit. You crushed any trust that I had in you.

 

I can't give you a +1 or even a Neutral right now because of how soon it is. I think maybe in the future you could get another chance but you were a Senior Mod an example to the community and an example to our staff team. No matter if any of the others get un-banned you will always be held to a higher standard.

 

I think deep down you're a great guy Koda, but this is a mistake that's hard to come back from.

I think it's way too early for this. All of that money that you exploited has ended up in circulation, iirc you even said yourself that your intention was not to keep the money for yourself.

I don't think you fully comprehend the damage you have caused, otherwise you would not have tried to appeal this ban less than 30 days later.

(just want to add that this does not mean you are a shitty person or that the great things you did for the server don't matter, but Sugar really does not like cheaters & I can understand why. I think you have decided to appeal this way too soon and it comes off as a little insulting that you think 2 weeks is enough time for such a massive breach of our terms of use)

Hey koda, the guys above me basically said what needed to be said but I thought I’d just put my reply in and just say you were a fantastic member of our staff team, and what you did just ended it for you, I know that you’re not a bad person at all, and this wasn’t done in any malicious way, it’ll just never make sense why you exploited and never reported it, money over mind for that time you exploited I guess, I got mad respect for you n that’ll never change.

I love you koda, but considering what you did was just unacceptable. You were an smod, a role model, and you decided to exploit. As everyone else i hate to do this, but im going to have to -1 it is also too early to be making an appeal. Love you man, no hard feelings. (im also on LOA)
