Before i start this i just need to make this clear. I know this story is goin to sound cliche and wildly untrue. There is also no proof of this because there is no way to prove what i am about to state. Please do not deny this because it sounds fake... i need to explain what happened

So on the day of the ban, me and my cousin were hanging out in my room (he was watching me play gmod) doin what we usually do... my cousin then proceeds to pull out his laptop and show me this video of a yellow cat thing having intercourse with a man while bouncing up and down to some 80s style disco beat. At the time i didnt know about the Ahnka Zone video and i did not know that it was such a popular meme.

My cousin then proceeds to joke around about showing it to my mom and my little brother. Obviously i told him not to and he just smirked and went back doing his own thing. Before too long i notice he is gone, i search the whole house looking for him.... well turns out he was in my lil bros room showing him the cursed video. I snatch the phone from my cousins hand and pushed him out of my little brothers room. (my little brother is 6 btw)

So long story short me and him end up getting into a pretty heated argument that leads into some pushing and shoving. This isnt the first time my cousin did this, a few years back he said the n word (hard r) on one of my favorite minecraft servers, and he got me perm banned on that server (i tried to appeal on that server but they denied for the story sounding too fake).

So after we get into our argument we eat dinner and we have a bit of time to cool down. I get back to playing gmod and he makes this comment "Bruhhh what would happen if you posted that video on that gmod server??' i told him that i would prolly get a warn or a ban and then he looked at me and said "Well that would suck if that happened"

About 20 or so mins go buy and my father calls me into the kitchen to help him put up the dishes. When i leave my cousin is layed out on my bed on his phone..... I proceed to pause gmod and go to spawn.

After i get done helping my dad after about 10-15 mins later, i go back into my room to see my cousin sitting at my computer, at the gmod main menu. When i ask him what happened he smirked at me and said "i dont know" (for context my cousin is one of those annoying ass 14 year old dream/fortnite kids)

I go to connect to TitsRp and i see that i have been banned for 1 week for posting porn links in chat (at the time i didnt see the Extend to 6 months part because i was in rage)

I get up from my computer chair and yell at my cousin. i tell him that he got me banned for a whole week and he is unphased. I then proceed to ask him what he posted and why he posted it

He tells me he posted that weird ass cat video and i smack him across the head. We get into a fight until i push him into my dresser and my father came in and broke us up

Thats really all there is too it feel free to make of this as you wish... but ive told my story and this is my appeal.

My apologies to ANYONE who copy pasted that link and anything that i may have done/said within those 15 mins (also my cousin has flown back to Kentucky so hopefully i wont have to deal with him until November)

PS:Sorry for the whole mini story i just thought my story needed to be shared.. Many people who know me on the server also know that i would never post anything or say anything that would get me banned, i have invested alot of time and money on that server and i really enjoy it. Tits rp is legit my life (even though ive been inactive recently).

Okay so I read all of it and ik you and ik ur nothing like that Ik you would never do anything like that but you really gotta be careful who you let around your computer. Tbh I have no clue what your cousin was thinking or what his whole thought process what through all of that. We all really take this kind of stuff very seriously.  I can tell with what you said, that your sorry I think you should be let off but thats my opinion. Don't let this happen again, thank you.

I mean every single other ban appeal that has had something like this it ended with something like "It is your responsibility for whoever goes on your steam account" So I don't understand why we should make an exception for you, but I remain Neutral

Something like this has happened to me before and I know when someone lies about stuff like this. I think the “It’s your responsibility” rule is dumb. You absolutely should not be banned for someone else’s doing. Just monitor what people do on your computer more closely. +1

We have all discussed that this situation is unacceptable even if it's someone else using your account. It's your account that means it's your responsibility to monitor who uses your account.

 

You will be banned for one week not including the time served banned.

 

Remember if this situation happens again it could result in your account being banned for more than a month.
