NLR x2 , ARDM, IRDM,LTAP Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? My Game crashed when I got pulled into a sit and I couldn't explain anything to the guy when I re logged I was banned and couldn't do anything about it. The ban is severe I just started playing this game and couldn't even defend myself before banned. Who warned/banned you? Lewdtastic (STEAM_0:1:93170943) How long were you warned or banned for? 5 days it was an admin I have talked to before he was raiding I was talking to him he shot me so I went back with no guns in inventory I told him there was nothing in there he kills me again and continuous raid then I go back just to un paste dupe to prove it to him he sees I'm telling the truth sees me across the street shoots me again outside raid zone without a gun kills me so I run back to base see he destroyed plants that I just planted in the back yard so just to be a prick he kills me like 4 times and does all that excessive shit so I got pissed off he wanted to act like that when I'm cool with 99% of the people on there I was being nice to him the whole time once he killed me once did nothing other than show him nothing there and in return he kills me disrespects me so I pulled out a sniper when he was running away and blew his head off disrespect me I disrespect you so yes technically I RDMed him 1 time and returned to the base but I was doing stuff to benefit him and he returned that with being an asshole he lost nothing in the whole process I lost like 4 guns 3 of them Spiderman guns and 1 of them was a epic scar and all my plants shits not cheat I just started playing this game earlier in the week no reason to be a prick but gg I don't believe I should be banned for a week for RDMing once the return to raid I did nothing all I did was talk to the guy nicely and when he pulled me to a sit my game crashed I seen him for a split second and game crash then when I try to re log to talk to him I'm banned. See I raided you because you randomly shot at me while I was just sitting on top of a roof in front of your base, this lead to me killing you first. As you can see here, I killed you and then you proceeded to come back during the raid twice, I even killed two other players who ran in. This is the very first shot, you hit me with an ak47 and I was wondering who shot me because I didn't see anyone around, this lead me to raiding you and you breaking nlr. As shown in this video, it does not show the intitial shot or kill, but the logs will back me up saying I killed you three times, now the other issue here is you came back just as I finished a raid so I didn't count it as NLR, but then just as I was about to turn the corner to tunnel, you shot and killed me, I also fail to believe your game crashed because you left just as I was gonna pull up the logs and speak with you about it, I fail to believe your game crashed just as you were pulled into a sit and think this ban was justified however, I shall wait for my fellow admins and mods to respond. Honestly just take the ban and read the motd so things like this won't happen again to you. Professional Jay Walker Posted August 23, 2021 Share Posted August 23, 2021 there is literally 100% evidence of rule breaks here, AND ALSO from what i see, a blatant lie about LTAP... out of all the times your game could've crashed, its when lewd brought you to a sit for what you did... your game was 100% fine in that first 4 or so minutes and boom, lewd brings you to sit land and your game conveniently "crashes".. there is clear evidence of NLR & LTAP. massive -1. dont lie on appeals, literally gets you nowhere.
