For Making a " Pedophilic Remark" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I'll begin starting off by saying in my opinion and countless hours and hours of work for large scale communities this moderator is immature and unable to handle his emotions correctly during a sit. The Ban itselfs reason goes unjustified and is just a feat of the moderators immaturity by making false accusations. The Original warn for a rather clear joke I made was somebody who said he was thirteen asked I for a vote yes And In reply I said " Yeh bro I'll be needing 10k ingame or a phat nude" I feel as if this was VERY clearly a joke as later in the game he was talking about " Fucking getting inside girls" and such, later saying "Jokes" that involved Racism, Homophobic remarks and terror jokes, I wasn't seriously affected but Wanted to see if my hunch on this moderator being controlled by emotion was real or not, I watched the jokes go by and I stated a few, Was later pulled in a sit not once making another "pedophilic Remark" I rather upset incited a slight challenge to the moderator asking why he wasn't being warned if I was the one who found these racist and homophobic remarks offensive, he replied with " yeh but he wasn't being direct" Let me just assure you how this person who was So deeply offended about my joke was later talking about getting his dick sucked but older men being above age of consent whilist he's "13". The moderator Was unable to give me an awnser and instead replied with things such as " I'LL SEE U ON THE FORUMS!" And Instead of actually moderating me bans me for something I was previously warned about but never actually committed again, In short I was Banned for "Repeating" more pedophilic jokes even though There was Absolutely no Pedophilic jokes made after the time of which I was warned. This bans reason is completely false and if possible I would like for a talk of some sorts with the management team about this moderators current position. I would Also like to highlight in spite of all these jokes and his strong will to take every clear joke seriously later said that these blatant remarks of racism were just "Clear Jokes" when in fact they weren't. So you were warned once for making an awful joke after someone who was underaged revealed their age so I spoke with my superiors and my fellow Smod's on what to do about you! The judgement was to give you a warning and if you were to make another joke or even an accusation you were gone, now I fully understand where you may feel insulted or even wrong'd when I didn't take the two others into a sit and spoke with them about their use of langauge but they were talked to shortly after your ban due to major toxicity levels with your friend Eshay who was still in game. Blue. Posted July 13, 2021 Share Posted July 13, 2021 The way things work around here for pedophilic remarks/accusations/etc is it's a warn, then a perma ban. We have a zero tolerance policy for that shit, and for you to call someone a pedo immedietly after getting warned is incredibly stupid of you. It's like a slap in the face to do something similar to what you just got warned for. Your ban is completely justified, and followed proper protocol. We dont warn for terrorist remarks, and will usually warn for serious racism (slurs, continuing after told to stop, saying something like "kill all the _______" , etc.)-1 for an unban at this time, or a reduction. It is very clear to me that what you said is a joke in your head but to others it's no form of a joke with the extremity of the context. Its gonna be a phat -1 from me. Personally, I don’t think you deserve to come back to the server soon because all your doing is taking away the fun that other people have for your own enjoyment, nobody likes that.
