for many reasons

perm bans are meant to be permanent. people seem to forget that. Appealing one shouldn't be an option, especially for the shit you did. Personally I couldn't care less if it was a joke. if that's the kind if humor you thought was funny, at any time, I'd prefer if ya didn't come back bossman.  -1 for unban.

I do think you deserve a second chance, as my interactions with you recently have been alright, and I take that as you trying to improve. However, I believe you should be kept on a short leach should you wish to return. That means keeping out of trouble and not trying to bend/loophole the rules at every corner. Any sort of sign of a return to your old habits will mean adios to you, with no chance to ever appeal (on the basis of a mercy appeal, obvious you can still appeal if the ban was false).

 

So with that, a you have my tentative +1

People deserve second chances, don't get me wrong. What you did was completely UNACCEPTABLE, wrong, immature, and dumb. BUT, I'm going to trust you reflected on your actions and changed. It's been a whole year and you had time to mature.

 

For the people that disagree with his unban and don't agree with giving him a second chance. We had people, do a lot worse and we swing an unban to them. We believe in second chances here at TitsRP.  Everyone makes mistakes, no ones perfect. What he did, was unacceptable, and a horrible joke. He apologized for it and that's a sign he matured up over this year he's been banned. We will keep him an eye on him as Slick says. We can just ban him again, if he does anything dumb and easily make his ban unappealable. Now with all that said.

Appeals like this make me upset. You take the last situation you had here, and use that as your ban reason. You seem to have missed all the minor things you did before hand, which add up to you being a shitter. You were a constant thorn in our side, and now that thorns been gone for a while, I'm not willing to put it back in. 

Your joke was not funny in the slightest, and frankly, I think you need help. You are not welcome to return here.
